Everything was perfect! From the moment we come to the hotel we was immediately surrounded with love, care and support. Sirin was helping with everything and was answering all our questions and that was realy helpful. Rooms and all the spaces was clean. View from the beach on mountains is stunning! Food was very tasty, a lot of options to choose from, desserts are also great. Evening programs was interesting and we had new one every day. Animation was nice, we like Salma a lot, she was all the time take care about us having a good time, participate in various activities and just pleasent to speak and have a great energy. We was feeling very good here and had a great time, just taking rest and not thinking about anything as hotel take care about all the things. Absolutely can recommend!

Currently staying here somewhat begrudgingly. Considering the hotel messed our reservation up and we had to undergoe a most unpleasant fact proving and challenging conversation with the Front Desk Manager (who has 1* customer service skills) and some obnoxious staff members, it is a well appointed hotel.
Is it a 5* hotel, yes in many aspects but not in some others. There is very little that stands out with their staff training, some finer aspects like not having seating at dinner time for many guests, lunch & dinner seeming to have much of the exact same foodstuff, having to drink wine out of paper cups or glass whiskey type tumblers and generally not cleaning around the one pool from the previous days guests. This is not 5* service in my opinion, especially considering this was the most expensive stay we have paid for in 4 seperate hotels we booked during our 11 night stay in various resorts around the Antalya / Alanya coast line.
Sea Life Kemer needs to iron out a few things with their staff, improve their training & staff selection and they will have a highly recommended hotel that people may well return to. Out of the 4 hotels we have stayed in, The Grand Kaptan Alanya rated 1st, The Crown Palace Side, 2nd, Sealife Kemer 3rd and Concordia Celes 4th, in case people may want to compare for their future bookings.
Would I return here, NO, considering the arugmentive attitude of the Front Desk Manager not having the decency to admit their fault and trying to rinse us out of a further €100 a night for our triple room & NO because of the rudeness of one bar staff member in the Cigarello Bar in particular.
YES, because of the location, room quality, tranquil environment, the hotel & location facilities and the pleasant fellow guests they seem to market themselves to.

Great hotel, just the rude staff (Front Desk Manager & one Cigarillo Bar staff member in particular) seriously let the hotel down. The location, facilities and entertainment are great. The Executive Chef could be more imaginative and not provide repetitive food at lunch & dinner. Also, supposed 5* hotels should not be serving wine at meal time in paper cups or tumblers.
