I wouldn’t book this hotel if I have a choice. But I didn’t as I got this as a package trip through my friend who booked it on loveholiday.com as a package. Although it has a good location, amazing staff and communal amenities like the pool, reception and restaurant but the rooms need some renovations. The rooms are spacious but everything in the room was old or faded. When we checked in, the shower drain and sink was clogged, had to get house keeping to sort it out the next day. The bathroom mirror was held by a cello tape. I was glad I brought my towel as the bathroom towels were brown despite they are meant to white. Overall it’s not a bad hotel but the management needs to invest into renovating the rooms. Just need a bit of touch. Aside from that I had an amazing time staying there as the staff were so nice.

The three things that describe the hotel are: cockroaches, dirty towels and sheets, and a clogged bathroom drain. Everything else - the pools, the mold in the bathroom, the nice view, the broken lamps - just fades in comparison. We had two nights at the hotel, which we spent stressed and with the lights on so the cockroaches wouldn’t attack us. We also noticed other guests sleeping with the lights on. I’m shocked at how disgusting a seemingly nice-looking hotel can be. Don’t go there!

Only plus are the rooms, no amenities for a four star hotel provided. First time in a 4 star hotel where drinking water is not provided in the room, no kettles, no coffee/tea, no dental kits, no house shoes.
If asked “ you can get from the shop “ and the nearest shops are couple of kms away.
Totally disappointed and check everything before you book.

Terrible experience !
Arrived at 10:30am and we were told the rooms are not ready until 2pm in the afternoon we were left waiting in reception until 12pm when we were finally shown the room the room was not clean carpet wasn’t hoovered however fridge did not work in the scorching heat, requested a iron we were told we have to pay for it separately including clean towels everyday they told us there is a charge !
After complaining to the manager she swapped our rooms to luxury family room however we still had the same problems in the rooms, the room was not clean no kettle or water no complimentary drink or water bottle, after complaining about the fridge 2nd time an engineer was sent to the room who was fixing the plug sockets as well as fridge because nothing in the room worked including lights !
It gets worse saw one or two cockroaches every night whilst we stayed, we had to beg and keep asking for normal hotel service whilst we were there the floor was never cleaned everything was stained including towels and housekeeping are thieves as they stole my daughters jumper that she arrived in and her travel pillow,
She was very upset I still can’t believe after the terrible treatment they steal from you too ! The pools are not cleaned and rubbish is not picked up by the pools either, the worst experience ever
Breakfast staff were okay but not approachable and they look miserable every morning with the same breakfast !
Would not recommend this hotel save your money only good thing was its location and nice building.

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid this place at all costs.
This has honestly been the worst experience I’ve ever had abroad. The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. My young son suffers from eczema and occasionally bleeds during the night. Instead of addressing this with any empathy, the staff waited until the fourth night to tell us there was blood on the sheets—then had the audacity to charge us £380 for four nights of sheets, which is completely unreasonable and exploitative.
The Wi-Fi barely works—it’s so bad that you might as well not bother trying to connect. On top of that, the place is infested with cockroaches, and there are no proper ceiling lights—just a few dim lamps that don’t light up the room properly.
Breakfast was another disaster. I literally saw ants crawling in the food, which made me feel sick and completely put me off eating there again. And to make matters worse, the plug sockets stopped working during our stay, making it impossible to charge our phones or use basic appliances.
To top it all off, one day my shorts accidentally fell over the balcony. I asked the housekeeper for help, and while they initially said they’d assist, they left me waiting for over 30 minutes with no follow-up. In the end, I had to dangerously reach over the balcony myself.
This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and run by staff who clearly don’t care about guest wellbeing. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere—this is not worth your money or your peace of mind.
