It’s the little things that make a good hotel and this one failed miserably.
The hotel is in need of upgrade. The door on our balcony did not close, the furniture on the balcony was broken.
The room was an ok size for two however there was only one chair.
Corridor carpet was badly stained.
The breakfast room needs a manager. Items not restocked, tables not reset after clearing.
Evening dining room did not have a card payment facility.
I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was not great at all. The staff at reception were extremely rude and sarcastic. They would often speak in their own language about other customers, which made us feel very uncomfortable. On the other hand, the security staff outside were excellent — very helpful, polite, and professional.
This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel. It is more like a 2-star at best. The rooms were disgusting, including the bathrooms, which were in terrible condition. There was dirt everywhere, marks all over the walls, and lots of spiders and mosquitoes.
We only booked breakfast, and I’m glad we didn’t choose anything more. The food selection was very poor. The only option available was a bland omelette with salad.

Extremely disappointing experience at Rawabi Hôtel & Spa Marrakech. We stayed for 7 days and experienced issue after issue including extremely slow service, rude reception staff, blocked shower flooding the bathroom, power cuts, cockroaches in the room, birds pecking at uncovered buffet food, and being charged an outrageous £138 for towels with minor makeup/tan stains without them even attempting to wash them first.
We also had no fridge for 2 days despite asking multiple times, our balcony had no furniture while others did, and after changing rooms we were given pillows without pillowcases. The suitcase storage room was also constantly left unlocked which felt very unsafe.
The hygiene and customer service standards were unacceptable and no apology was ever given for any inconvenience caused. Having visited Marrakech multiple times, this is by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have had and unfortunately we would not recommend staying here.

I stayed for 2 nights at Rawabi Hotel Marrakech & Spa and my overall experience was very disappointing.
Before our arrival, we already faced an issue. Due to a slight delay, I tried to contact the hotel several times using the phone number provided in the reservation, but no one answered. This shows a clear lack of professionalism and customer service.
Upon arrival, we discovered a problem in the bathroom: the shower faucet was damaged, causing a continuous water leak during use, which made it uncomfortable.
Furthermore, during our entire 2-night stay, housekeeping never came to clean the room or change the towels, even though we reported this issue to the reception. No action was taken.
This lack of responsiveness and poor service does not meet the expected standards.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel in its current condition.

Enjoyed this hotel. Stayed here 5 nights and it was nice and clean. The bathrooms need updating as shower is rusty and the sink keeps clogging.
SPA
I did a hamam at this hotel and it was amazing. It was my first experience and was very calm and relaxing.
Layla was incredible as she did my pedicure and i was very impressed. She took her time to deliver the best service and everyone complimented me.
