Me and my family stayed here for a week and we had a fantastic experience.
The hotel itself is 30 mins away from the city centre, but there is a shuttle bus which takes you there at various times and brings you back.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful, whenever there was an issue it would be resolved immediatley. The hotel is safe and has various activities throughout the day and night. Night shows are fun, the staff include everyone in the activities.
It was our first time in marrakech, me and my family enjoyed our stay that much that we have booked again.

This hotel is lovely and I enjoyed it so much I visited again the next month!
The hotel is about 30 mins from Marrakech but it’s easy to get into the centre on the hotel shuttle bus which is reasonably priced and easy to book the day before.
The grounds and pool are lovely and even though the pool is cold in November, it was still a lovely swim.
The food is excellent with plenty of choice and good quality on the whole. The pancakes at breakfast are delicious!
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the cleaners are great. The shower head wasn’t the best but I still managed to have a shower ok.
The best thing at this hotel are the staff. They work so hard and are really friendly and helpful. Hayat, in reception was brilliant, Soufian, our evening waiter was amazing and last but not at all least were the fabulous animation team who were the best animation I’ve ever seen. They included everybody and made the whole stay so enjoyable. Yassine, Mimi, Bachir, Zizou and Joseph and chief animator Jil were all exceptional!!

We were here for three nights. The territory is nice and clean. A lot of space to walk, pools and gym, kids room and a small playground outside. The room was also clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and polite. Especially the entertainment team! Guys, if you read it, you’re awesome🫶🏻My three-years old daughter really enjoyed the parties and the show. Though it was her first time in such entertainments she didn’t feel shy.
The food is good and the amount of choice is also big. Twice we were late for the dinner, but there were some sandwiches at the snack bar near the pool.
We spent here the New Year night and enjoyed the festive dinner, show and the atmosphere. Hope we come back some day.

We went in December when the Marrakesh weather was cold so we couldnt use all the facilities. Three times meal service were provided by the hotel.
Positives: Value for money for the price we paid.
Negatives: Our room had air conditioning but it wasnt working properly- two A/Cs barely worked and heated the room despite running all day. Hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough so we refrained and used the Spa instead which turned out to be expensive. Fire alarm battery was beeping and wasn't replaced even after we informed the reception the next day. The hotel is quite far from the city centre (25 mins drive each way) which is good if you want a bit of quite stay and but also bad if you were staying there for a few days and want to explore Marrakesh daily. The van that took us to city centre was dirty, all seats at the back was broken and it's roof was leaking. The driver didn't turn on the heating despite the weather. Most, if not all, of the machines in the gym were broken or not working. The gym itself is in need a lot of maintenance and care.
Recommendations: As a coffee addict, I would have preferred having proper espresso options. The machines in the bar and restaurant was not only old and tasted awfull, it was rusty and dirty.

Ok, nice hotel, we are on an all inclusive package and believe me it includes more than the average person needs to eat and drink.
Entertainment is fun, gardens are lovely, pools are large but obviously outdoor pools are not very inviting this time of the year. The heated pool in the spar is 200dh, £20 roughly. Why?
To go elsewhere, difficult, the hotel is 8km out of the centre of Marrakech, not walking distance in my mind.
Food, plentiful, believe me you won't go hungry, but buffet is as buffet does! Not bad.
All good BUT! It's January, all doors to the hotel, bar, restaurants are open and it's cold! Too cold, eat and drink in the cold, only warm place is your room with the aircon on!
The rooms are more than just a room and the aircon is great, we are here in January and outside it is not warm mornings and after 17.00. BUT, we are on holiday, why is the only place that is warm in the whole hotel in the evening is your own room?
