Me and my family stayed here for a week and we had a fantastic experience.
The hotel itself is 30 mins away from the city centre, but there is a shuttle bus which takes you there at various times and brings you back.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful, whenever there was an issue it would be resolved immediatley. The hotel is safe and has various activities throughout the day and night. Night shows are fun, the staff include everyone in the activities.
It was our first time in marrakech, me and my family enjoyed our stay that much that we have booked again.

My family and I spent Christmas here and it was amazing! Honestly a great experience, I'd post more stars if I could!
The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are truly amazing and the animation team were very engaging and friendly with everyone, Anas and Faza were so wonderful to my family and made an unforgettable experience for us all.
Food was varied with lots of choice and tasty.
The whole place went all out for Christmas, though they don't celebrate they definitely accommodate, Santa even showed up on a camel.
Marrakech ryad parc and spa has been my favourite holiday in a long time.
They offer a large range of excursions and they don't try to rip you off.
Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! Initially, we were a bit worried after reading some negative reviews about the food and the staff, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel turned out to be fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially the animation team. We would definitely consider coming back! It would also be great if there was an outdoor heated pool for guests in December. And as a minor improvement, refreshing the rooms a bit would be nice.

Firstly, I would like to say what an Amazing experience I had staying at this hotel especially coming to Marrakesh for the first time. The atmosphere and the warm feeling of Riad really makes it special especially coming here for the first time.
On arrival I was greeted by Security, where they take your bags and store them at the front so you don't carry your bags around whilst waiting to check in.
Checking in starts at 14:00 everyday so if you do come in early be prepared to wait but they did allow to go and enjoy lunch as its all inclusive.
To get to your room, you have to walk a bit of a distance where the pool is and around there are the rooms. Finding the room turned out to be a bit difficult as quite a lot of the signages are barely visible. They do need to possibly rewrite the signages so its clear to find your way around.
Once arrived in my room, the room was clean and presentable but also had provided a bottle of water each night. The bedding was clean and the room is equipped with AC/heater if required. The only bit of a let down was that the bathroom door in room 808 wasn't locking as it was stuck. Even in the bathroom, it is supplied with new towels each night, along with shower gel and shampoo and have a hair dryer in there.
The hotel has many activities such as pool, gym, even a bar which is quite active in the evening with Karaoke and events.
The hotel is located near the Football stadium and if you would like to go to the centre of marrakesh the hotel provides a shuttle service, for 10 DHM but make sure you book a day in advance as it does get taken up quickly.
The hotel staff are all very nice and greet you with a smile and are available 24/7 for any requests you may have.

I’m sharing this honest review because I believe the hotel has great potential for improvement.
We stayed at Marrakesh Ryads Parc Hotel from May 10th to 16th. While the staff were generally friendly, there were notable issues with hygiene, cleanliness and customer service throughout the hotel.
On our first night, we were placed in a room with broken air conditioning, a dirty bathroom, and damp mold on the walls, which was particularly concerning since we were with a young child and my sister also suffers from severe asthma. Fortunately, when we requested a room change, the staff addressed it promptly.
The hotel is quite far from the main town and shops, so I was taken aback when we learned that we had to pay for the shuttle service during our all-inclusive stay. Typically, when we book all-inclusive holidays, shuttle services at these hotels are complimentary.
The snacks served at the restaurant by the pool were often left uncovered and unattended, allowing insects like flies and wasps to crawl onto the food.
Unfortunately, the chairs and tables around the hotel were often dirty. The pool deck chairs were rarely cleaned and had bird droppings on them, while the pool towels were stained each day. Additionally, the kids' club mentioned on their website was closed during our stay, which was disappointing.
The food was quite repetitive and lacked flavor. We also observed that the cutlery, utensils, cups, and plates were frequently dirty, and the drink dispensers were rarely clean, we noticed food all over the drink dispensers which remained throughout our entire stay raising serious hygiene concerns.
While the front desk staff were friendly, they often seemed distracted by their phones, leaving guests waiting for extended periods before attending to them.
In summary, although the staff were nice, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness and food quality to truly reach its potential.
