We recently stayed at Ryads Parc & Spa and came away with mixed feelings.
The hotel has some real positives. The grounds are attractive, the pool area is lovely, especially in the evenings, and we regularly saw staff cleaning and maintaining the poolside areas throughout the day. Housekeeping were excellent during our stay and deserve recognition for the work they do. The activities team were also friendly and approachable. They weren’t over the top, but they made an effort to engage with guests and helped create a pleasant atmosphere around the resort.
Unfortunately, there were also several disappointments. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but they are starting to look tired and could benefit from refurbishment. While they don’t appear dirty at first glance, there are signs of wear and tear throughout, and we noticed issues such as rust around windows, dirty skylights, stained flooring and areas that would benefit from a much deeper clean and general refresh.
The biggest let-down was the food. The selection was very repetitive, with many of the same dishes appearing day after day. More importantly, much of the food was extremely dry and often felt overcooked. By the end of the holiday, meal times became something we had to get through rather than something we looked forward to.
Service was also inconsistent. While some staff members were pleasant, many of the staff in the restaurant, snack bar and pool bar appeared unhappy and disengaged, with very few smiles or friendly interactions. We often felt as though guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Interestingly, those who could speak French seemed to receive a noticeably warmer response, and staff often appeared much more relaxed and willing to engage in conversation. While there were certainly some exceptions, overall the level of customer service fell short of what we were expecting.
The all-inclusive drinks selection is fairly limited, although for the price paid it was acceptable and we weren’t expecting premium brands or an endless cocktail menu.
Overall, Ryads Parc & Spa has plenty of potential and there are some hardworking staff members who deserve recognition. The grounds are attractive, the pool area is well maintained, and there are aspects of the resort that we genuinely enjoyed. However, improvements to the food, customer service and room maintenance would make a significant difference. At present, I would consider this a solid 3-star experience rather than the higher standard the hotel appears to aim for.

My family and I spent Christmas here and it was amazing! Honestly a great experience, I'd post more stars if I could!
The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are truly amazing and the animation team were very engaging and friendly with everyone, Anas and Faza were so wonderful to my family and made an unforgettable experience for us all.
Food was varied with lots of choice and tasty.
The whole place went all out for Christmas, though they don't celebrate they definitely accommodate, Santa even showed up on a camel.
Marrakech ryad parc and spa has been my favourite holiday in a long time.
They offer a large range of excursions and they don't try to rip you off.
Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish

The main strength of this hotel is its staff. They are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
We visit this hotel almost every year, and what keeps bringing us back is the warm hospitality and excellent service.
In addition, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. The meals are also good overall.
I highly recommend this hotel and give it 5 stars.🥰

The staff were amazing, all so nice. Especially the staff at the bar, you can really tell they love their job. Reception were also really accommodating and supportive with all of my inquiries. The workers at the pool, including a lovely lady who lead Zumba classes were exceptionally nice, as well as the man who gave out the towels. These workers were amazing and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!! Beautiful atmosphere as well.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights.
All inclusive drinks were great, cocktail options, house spirts and bottled beer were all fine. The food on the other hand was unfortunately terrible. There is the main buffet and snack bar during the day. Most of the dishes were cold and stale suggesting they had been sitting a while. There is a grill cooking fresh meat & fish however the cross contamination between cooked and uncooked was concerning.
The entertainment was pretty average. A good few members of staff were disinterested in serving drinks unless tipped.
The shuttle bus is good and reliable. We went out 3/4 nights due to terrible food and used uber which was around £10 each way (you need to pay uber in cash)
The pool and rooms were all clean and kept tidy. Shower wasn’t great.
I probably wouldn’t return to this hotel but it was just ok.
