This hotel is lovely and I enjoyed it so much I visited again the next month!
The hotel is about 30 mins from Marrakech but it’s easy to get into the centre on the hotel shuttle bus which is reasonably priced and easy to book the day before.
The grounds and pool are lovely and even though the pool is cold in November, it was still a lovely swim.
The food is excellent with plenty of choice and good quality on the whole. The pancakes at breakfast are delicious!
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the cleaners are great. The shower head wasn’t the best but I still managed to have a shower ok.
The best thing at this hotel are the staff. They work so hard and are really friendly and helpful. Hayat, in reception was brilliant, Soufian, our evening waiter was amazing and last but not at all least were the fabulous animation team who were the best animation I’ve ever seen. They included everybody and made the whole stay so enjoyable. Yassine, Mimi, Bachir, Zizou and Joseph and chief animator Jil were all exceptional!!

If there were an option to give zero stars, I definitely would. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, and it completely ruined what was meant to be our first all-inclusive holiday.
The service provided is nowhere close to a “4-star” standard. Our room telephone didn’t work, and despite reporting the issue five or six times, nothing was done. Every time we needed something, we had to walk to the reception desk, only to hear the same response — “someone will come to fix it” — but no one ever did.
The room did not have an iron, and when we asked for one, we were told to use the hotel’s paid laundry service, which was overpriced. We were also told there should have been a laundry form in our room, but none was provided. Even after multiple requests, no one brought it until we complained again. When our laundry was finally collected, it was supposed to be returned by 1:00 PM. However, it was still not ready by 2:15 PM — after two more trips to reception to follow up.
The reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and seemed incapable of resolving any issues. At one point, when we asked for a shuttle ticket, the receptionist mistakenly handed us an unrelated bill instead.
The food was decent, but the overall dining experience was let down by broken plates, plastic glasses, and a repetitive menu.
In short, the service, facilities, and overall management of this hotel were extremely poor. Aside from one kind staff member on our floor who tried to assist us, the rest of the experience was completely disappointing.
We will never return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a really good experience at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the lovely staff, who created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel at home.
A big thank you to Mohammad and Ahmed, who made our evenings special with their professionalism and kindness. My 4-year-old son was always excited when ordering his juice at the bar, which was such a sweet touch.
The food was okay at first—we expected an English breakfast—but by the third day we actually started to enjoy it more and more.
We booked two rooms: one was great, but the other had a strong smell from the bathroom pipes, which is why we rated the rooms 3 stars. However, thanks to Mohammad, Ahmed, and the housekeeping team, the overall hotel experience felt like 5 stars.

I’m writing this review on our last evening before we travel back in the morning.. PLEASE take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt! We have had such an amazing time from the minute we arrived.. warm welcome, full detailed explanation of where everything was and how to access it as we had a few hrs wait for our room.. we arrived at 12 and check in was 2.30pm however we spoke with the Rep, had lunch and were given the option to get changed if we wished.. we walked to our room and our cases were brought to us by a kind friendly porter.. our first day and we straight away got a sunbed at 3pm by the pool (never happened before we are used to sunbed wars) and this was the same every day in fact the days we had around the pool we sat in the same place.
We didn’t encounter 1 single rude member of staff, they literally work day and night to ensure you have a lovely experience.
Food was lovely, plenty of choice and I’m a picky eater. I was happy every meal time. Tables were always clean, and cutlery replenished quickly.
The pool was very cold if you take your time to get in.. Dive or jump and the freshness is amazing! Only thing that could improve the pool experience would be cushion beds as they weren’t the most comfortable however we took our seat pads from our room and this was fine. Music was good and all rounder, plenty of activities and water sports but not all day so you had plenty of relaxing. The entertainment staff are 10/10.
I’ve seen some shocking room reviews but ours was beautiful, the bed was massive, clean sheets every few days and bed made in pretty ways every day. Fresh towels daily and floors cleaned we really can’t fault it.. bathroom was big and always clean but the shower could be upgraded if I’m being picky.
We also had a massage at the spa and that just finished our week off perfectly..
I have absolutely loved my stay, I would come back here in a heartbeat..
I suggest if you’re going to be easily offended by a cracked bathroom tile, and few tired looking plants then that’s on you! This place was beautiful.. and I’ll add that we didn’t see any ants or cockroaches the whole time we were here..

The rooms are clean and comfortable however the service and peace and tranquility of the hotel are great. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The Spa was great for a hammam and massage. The hotel reception staff are very good and even called a pharmacist for me to get some medication delivered to the hotel.
