A wonderful family holiday! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves Club Palmeraie Marrakech with my wife and our 15-month-old daughter, Margot. The hotel is set in a relaxed location, with stunning gardens, pools and a fantastic atmosphere, perfect for families. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and great quality throughout our stay. What truly made our holiday special, however, was the incredible staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A special thank you to Rachida, who was absolutely fantastic, as well as the entire restaurant and bar team, the animation team, the concierge and everyone working around the hotel. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel truly welcome from the very first day. We always felt comfortable, safe and well looked after, which is especially important when travelling with a young child. There are also so many activities to enjoy throughout the day, with something for every age, whether you want to relax or have fun. Thank you to the entire Iberostar team for making our family holiday so special. We leave with beautiful memories and would absolutely love to come back! Highly recommended, especially for families! ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolutely amazing experience! My stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality by the front desk staff and the entire team, who consistently went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was a pleasure, and the restaurant staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and serving guests with warm smiles and a positive attitude. The pool area was one of the highlights of the resort. There were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. The poolside open bar was fantastic, offering unlimited refreshing drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, making every moment even more enjoyable. The entertainment continued into the evening with great music, a vibrant dance floor, and an incredible atmosphere that brought guests together for memorable nights filled with fun and laughter. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of outstanding service, excellent food, great entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a truly unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Once you stay here, you'll leave with wonderful memories and a desire to return again and again.

I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this hotel !!! I came with my friends for five nights and this experience was unreal. I really loved how great the staff were, they went above and beyond and you can see how they put their heart into everything they do. The food is amazing, the night shows filled with so much fun. Felt safe the entire stay, no doubts will absolutely come back with my family, no complaints at all! All the staff are always smiling and ready to help!

Had an amazing 11 nights stay. We've been all over the world, and the food in the buffet restaurant is up there with the best in terms of choice and quality. +Amazing food +Zachariah at Zen adult pool bar and Mohammad at the Arganier bar both brilliant, thank you! + All staff are polite and so helpful. +Really clean, staff do not stop cleaning +Towels and bed sheets changed every day. - Air-conditioning doesnt work if key not in room. - More extensive drinks menu. Thanks for an amazing 11 days we will be back.

Overall, a good trip. The grounds are well maintained and service from the staff was as expected. I cannot say for sure if you could consider this as a 4-star hotel as the rooms are dated, and the food hygiene (flies on and hovering around food) and food labelling were questionable. Salads labelled as vegetarian actually contained tuna and chicken. I had accidentally placed what I thought were vegetarian salads, as labelled on the display, on my plate before my wife told me that they contained meat. One of the reasons I booked was because of the good food feedback, so I hoped we wouldn't face this issue. My sons were okay as they enjoyed having pizza, chips, and pasta on a daily basis, but it would have been nice to have more variety for vegetarians other than roast vegetables or couscous from the tagine. The all-inclusive drinks were good and quite strong, and there are water stations everywhere to refill your bottles. One issue we faced was that the indoor buffet seating area can have stray cats wandering in. Anyone who dislikes cats or has an allergy should be aware of this before booking. There are cats around the grounds and in the indoor dining area, and we had to request that they be removed on multiple occasions which did put a negative vibe to our holiday experience. My wife and I booked spa treatments on our last day to treat ourselves. The spa is separate from the hotel, so you have to pay them directly rather than billing it to your room. They do accept both cash and card payments. We both really enjoyed the treatments we booked.
