SIMPLY WOW! This hotel should have been 5* plus! We travelled a lot and go away every half term; we visited this hotel for the 1st time and we will be back. Amazing atmosphere and an outstanding customer service. Superb staff who are simply happy and proud to work there. 10/10 on absolutely everything. Room spotless cleaned every day. We flew in on Valentine's day and the room / bed was decorated in this style. Upon arrival to their main dining hall, we were greeted by a champagne. All the tables and interior were decorated with same theme too.
Beautiful views and bespoke maintained garden / grass / hedges / greenery. Delicious food and a huge range to choose from. Super helpful and very friendly kitchen staff who will ensure you are well looked after / fed / watered. Also available food truck, if you still fancy more food. You will not be bored here: tennis, table tennis, water aerobics, badminton, yoga, bingo, darts, spin classes, dance classes to name just a few. 3 heated swimming pools to choose from. Sports and games room. Evening entertainment from fabulously talented Star friends. We saw: Michael Jackson, Around the world, Hollywood, Moroccan night (folk music - simply superb). I teach Music and Drama and I can assure you their entertainment is 10/10.
We loved this hotel so much that we wanted to extend our stay, however due to no seats available on the flight later on, we were not able to do this.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds.
Slightly out of the way but we prefered that. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Fresh towels always available.
I didn't find the bed that comfortable, I found them to be hard, I also felt that the pillows were lumpy.
Food was good but repetitive after the first few days.
Drinks were no different to any other all inclusive, they were enjoyable though.
On to the staff, they were brilliant and extremely friendly, we barely went to the bar, nearly all our drinks were brought to us.
Overall, I'd score it a 9.5 out of 10

Just back from spending two weeks at this fantastic hotel , so were do I start with this great hotel , I think the best way would be to bullet point all the fantastic features so here goes
-Fantastic food served at every meal, this includes dishes like lobster, oysters, steak,fish, chicken, you name it it's served at every meal.
-Reception staff offer and give a terrific service on welcoming you to the hotel.
-Rooms nice and big , cleaned daily, and the girls on room duty are fantastic and very attentive.
-Outdoor food and drink trucks offer a good range of food and drinks from cocktails to burgers, chicken sandwich dounut ect .
-two large outdoor swimming pools one heated right next to the outside trucks and bars
-outdoor kids pool with loads of water activities from to keep the kids amused.
-Flantastic gardens that just go on and on there huge and beautiful.
-Games areas just think of a sport and they have it here there is just so much to do.
-Anamation team , these guys are second to none, they put on loads of activities during the day and a fantastic show nightly.
I can go on and on about how good this place, but I've got to stop somewhere, so let me finish with saying this place is second to none every member of staff just want to make sure that you are having a great time, and they do that effortlessly, so will I return, in a heartbeat,

It has been a real pleasure for my friends and I to stay at this hotel. The service from Walid and his workforce was exceptional. His Guest Service Manager Fadoua was Amazing - just A class! I hope she is recognised for her dedication. She is an important/Valued member to their team.
We had some guests who pushed in front of us and she dealt with them beautifully and professionally.
Rest of the team from restaurant to pool side teams were excellent and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves.
Thank you, we can't wait to come again. We would recommend to everyone who is thinking of All inclusive deals in Marrakech.

This was our second visit to the hotel and this visit was better than the first. The hotel is amazing, clean rooms, gorgeous grounds. The food was amazing. The bar staff and entertainment team were brilliant. A massive thanks to Amina and Fadwa at guest services. Along with your fabulous reception staff you went above and beyond for us, thanks so much guys. We will be back. Amazing team
