It has been a real pleasure for my friends and I to stay at this hotel. The service from Walid and his workforce was exceptional. His Guest Service Manager Fadoua was Amazing - just A class! I hope she is recognised for her dedication. She is an important/Valued member to their team.
We had some guests who pushed in front of us and she dealt with them beautifully and professionally.
Rest of the team from restaurant to pool side teams were excellent and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves.

My stay at Iberostar Wave Palmeraie Marrakech was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and genuine hospitality that truly sets this hotel apart. The entire atmosphere of the resort is calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — a perfect escape for anyone looking to relax and enjoy Marrakech in the best possible way.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The food was simply wonderful — so much variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious dishes every single day. You can feel the effort and passion behind everything that is served.
What touched me the most was the kindness of the staff, especially the reception team. They were always smiling, patient, and ready to assist with anything. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference. They didn’t just provide service — they created a connection, and that made my experience truly special.

The hotel is not the newest, but it is clean. Beds are fine. Kinda hard but they sleep well. The hotel is built in two U-shaped blocks. That makes it easy to reach all facilities. Bar has local spirits but also international (fee).
The menu is very varied. Front cooking and a good salad buffet. Breakfast lunch and dinner time are vast. Invetten snacks are few but you can’t keep eating! Staff very friendly. Except for the bar staff who seem a bit occupied.
Taxi to town wouldn’t set you back more than DH100. Worth to visit (once).

Iberostar Waves Club Palmeraie Marrakech is a well-organized and pleasant all-inclusive resort set within spacious, well-kept grounds. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and highly service-oriented — this is without question one of the strongest aspects of the hotel. Interactions throughout the resort, from reception to restaurants, are consistently warm and professional.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall facilities are in good condition. However, almost all towels showed visible stains. They were not dirty, but clearly no longer white, which detracts from the otherwise good impression. Additionally, housekeeping started very early in the morning, moving beds and carts through the corridors, which was unfortunately quite loud and disruptive.
Despite these points, the quality of service and the general atmosphere make this a solid choice for a relaxed stay in Marrakech, especially if attentive staff is important to you.

Firstly, the staff are lovely and very welcoming- they always go the extra mile!
Rooms- The cleaners do a great job and the rooms are in good condition. The hotel grounds are really big so it’s possible that you will have to walk quite a long way to get to the reception/ pool, so be prepared to walk a lot! The rooms don’t have a kettle which is a bit of a let down as you’d have to walk so far to get to the bar for a hot drink & the bar closes at 12am & when we tried to ask for hot water at the bar (you could see the coffee/ hot water machine was still on behind the bar) we were told that we couldn’t have it as the bar was closed.
Food- The main restaurant has lots of food options so there’s something for everyone. However there isn’t a lot of meat to choose from and not every item is labelled so this is risky for those with allergies. The snack bar isn’t open daily and after 3.30pm you can’t get any savoury food or snacks, only waffles and pancakes.
Drinks- the drinks aren’t the greatest. If you just want to get drunk, the drinks are great. However, if you actually enjoy cocktails these are very basic. The cocktails are very watery and aren’t consistent as each bar staff member makes different versions of the same drink
