Arrived early and got given a room that was ready, staff go above and beyond and work very hard.
Rooms are really nice. Housekeeping making lovely decorations out of your clothing or towels on the bed. Good themes.
Entertainment is great every night.
Not forgetting the pool staff, very attentive.
Good selection of food, even for the gluten free people like myself.
Would definitely come back to this hotel as for me it's not near the city centre and for all it's a huge complex, there's enough space for those who feel a little claustraphobic.

What an absolutely amazing experience! My stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality by the front desk staff and the entire team, who consistently went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.
The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was a pleasure, and the restaurant staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and serving guests with warm smiles and a positive attitude.
The pool area was one of the highlights of the resort. There were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. The poolside open bar was fantastic, offering unlimited refreshing drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, making every moment even more enjoyable.
The entertainment continued into the evening with great music, a vibrant dance floor, and an incredible atmosphere that brought guests together for memorable nights filled with fun and laughter.
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of outstanding service, excellent food, great entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a truly unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Once you stay here, you'll leave with wonderful memories and a desire to return again and again.

We’ve just come home from the most amazing holiday at this beautiful hotel, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome. The reception team, housekeeping, bar staff and entertainment team were all fantastic and worked so hard to make sure everyone had a great time.
Booking a family holiday is always a bit daunting because you want somewhere that keeps everyone happy, but this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, nothing is ever too much trouble, and there’s such a lovely atmosphere throughout the whole resort. There really is something for everyone.
I also visited the spa with my little girl, and it was worth every penny. It was such a lovely experience that we’ll both remember.
We spent most of our time around the main pool, which had a great atmosphere, but the children's pool was brilliant too, and the adults-only pool was the perfect place to relax.
We normally love getting out and exploring when we're on holiday, but this time we found ourselves looking forward to getting back to the hotel and actually spent much more time enjoying the beautiful grounds and facilities.
Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We’ve made some wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

Had an amazing 11 nights stay. We've been all over the world, and the food in the buffet restaurant is up there with the best in terms of choice and quality.

+Zachariah at Zen adult pool bar and Mohammad at the Arganier bar both brilliant, thank you!
+ All staff are polite and so helpful.
+Really clean, staff do not stop cleaning
+Towels and bed sheets changed every day.
- Air-conditioning doesnt work if key not in room.
- More extensive drinks menu.

We had a long weekend at this hotel and loved it.
The rooms were perfectly sized, however they had very hard pillows (my only moan)
The hotel is large and well placed, has everything you need from family and children areas to a zen pool area for those who want to relax by the pool.
So many activities to choose from, sprawling grounds, plus they have nightly entertainment.
Food was outstanding, considering it’s a buffet, there are so many fresh choices and recommend the Moroccan food options as they were incredible.
They do have another restaurant but enjoyed the buffet to much to try it.
Spa was great, had three massages while there
