This was my second time coming to this hotel and I had two completely different experiences.
The first time I went was about three years ago, I had the best time. Rooms were amazing, clean. Service was great. Food was decent. The pools were the best!
This time, I was particularly disappointed with the food side of the hotel. Although I paid all inclusive, the food was undercooked, plain. Many meals were repeated throughout the span of 5 days. Many days I’d have to get the Italian food, which meant having carbonara 4 times in 5 days. The portions they would serve you were embarrassing. It’s as if they are scared that they won’t have enough food to feed the entire hotel. The alcoholic drinks were watered down, and the fizzy drinks had no fizz in them. The juices were sour. The waiting times for the Italian restaurant were very long, some family members had finished their meals by the time I started eating.
The entertainment side of things were fun. During the day, they have a few games by the pool which are fun to participate in. (They didn’t have this 3 years ago so it was nice to see the change). However, I find that the bars close quite early. There are no drinks in the room fridges. The hotel store closes at 6 or 7pm, the bars close at 11pm and 12am so it meant that if we got thirsty during the night, we couldn’t get drinks. We also couldn’t “stock up” on water as they would look at us sideways.
I went to get snacks for me and my partner during snack time, and one of the workers said “that’s one hell of a sandwich” because I had a few on my plate. I couldn’t tell if he was joking or not, either way it made me feel as though I was being plate watched which I didn’t like.
The AC also didn’t work in some of the rooms, my AC would only blow out hot air, and my sisters AC in her room didn’t work at all, she had to raise 3 complaints before they went and fixed it.
The staff, especially the entertainers and the servers were super kind, and helpful. I have a 1 year old so they would interact with her and bring her a chair, help me sit her in a chair and grab us drinks etc.
I’ve had such a great experience and unfortunately a not so great experience. I believe that with some changes, this could genuinely be a great hotel.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are stunning. Food is outstanding. Service is exemplary. Amenities are fantastic. Every member of staff are so compassionate, caring and lovely people who endeavor to make your stay amazing. The reception staff, bar staff, restraunt staff, entertainment team. Cleaning staff. Everyone of them commendable. What a beautiful place. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday. Thankyou to your exceptional team of staff who deserve so much praise and admiration for their hard work

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms and a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
A special big thank you to Fayrouz from Club Jumbo ,she was fantastic! She entertained and looked after my child so well, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.
There was a great variety of food, and everything was delicious. Many thanks as well to Abdel and Cherik from the canteen staff , they were very polite, helpful, and always smiling. They were especially kind and supportive with the kids.
Thank you to the representative Zack from love holiday, he gave us a lot of advice and recommandation.
We truly felt well taken care of and will definitely recommend this hotel!

A bit disappointed, though some of the staff very friendly others were not. Food was cold when served and choices limited. The room was ok but tired. A lot of building work going on which we were not told about, building dust going around pools. There's not much around hotel to do. But do run a bus service to the old town. We were lucky weather was sunny and warm 29 degrees but air-conditioning not working, and pools not heated so very cold.

Overall a poor experience. It’s so far from a shop. This place is a food desert. The staff are hit or miss, sometimes friendly and sometimes just extremely rude. The pool is under construction, the slides are only on sometimes. The food is, frankly, just bad. They claim to be all inclusive, but you can’t get food or ice cream or anything outside of set meal times. We’ve made several requests for pillows, towels, and toilet paper and are yet to get them. The bar staff are understaffed, there’s no babysitting service as advertised, the “kids club” is just a room for kids to do colouring, and the pool is not heated making it unusable on our December vacation. The free shuttle to town never has enough space. Did I mention the food is awful? It’s the same, mass produced, over cooked and under seasoned crap every day. Meat is often undercooked. The beds are hard. The WiFi sucks. Half the pool is under construction. The slides are only on part of the day. The restaurant is only one visit per stay. The bar closes at 11pm, which is far too early, especially when there’s nothing else around here to go to. Our pool view room we paid for is just a tree. Outside the hotel is just slums and construction.
