We had an amazing 5 night stay here. Staff were accommodating friendly and helpful, on first day they have a rep give you a overview of facilities and map of town area. Our family room was clean and spacious especially as it was only for 2 of us. Beds are very firm! If you want a kettle in the room Id advise to take a travel one as they arent in every room and we couldnt get one. The food was good, plenty of options often local cuisine although pizza option available but ques for this were sometimes long. The drinks were ok but the cocktails werent that special but other options like wine beer and local spirits. The entertainment was great during the day and team were fun and energetic. The evening was usually a singer duo which were great. Alot of guests were french so at times entertainment seemed more aimed at them. Adult pool was quiet but a walk to the bar and bigger main pool was busy, need to get a spot early if u need more than a couple of beds together. There a are a few water slides open at different times for the children. Travel to town is 20min taxi ride but price reasonable around £10 We had an amazing time and recommend this hotel! Definitely will visit again.

The hotel itself has a lot of potential. The decor is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is large and well-maintained, which makes the overall environment pleasant and relaxing.
Unfortunately, the food is a major disappointment. The menu is repetitive, offering the same dishes every day with no variety. There is no seafood, no chicken, and no meat options—only turkey. The salads are limited to four basic choices (carrot, tomato, chickpeas, and potato), often mixed together without creativity. This aspect really needs a big improvement to match the quality of the hotel’s facilities.
The animation team also falls short. The staff seem inexperienced and unable to create a lively atmosphere or engaging activities. Entertainment feels flat, with little effort to build energy or connect with guests.
Overall, while the hotel looks good and offers clean facilities, the food and entertainment are weak points that significantly affect the experience. With better dining options and a more dynamic animation team, this place could truly shine.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options and high-quality ingredients. The cocktails were also fantastic—beautifully presented and expertly made. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the calm, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Hi all.. is my first time in marroco I love the country nice culture and history.
Hotel clean and well look after, rooms are good… outside pool area very good, entertainment it’s good… the boys bit overwhelmed… but overall exelent.
The service and bars: could be much better, with little effort.
Staff: why the supervisors doing the waitress job, and the waitress messing around, chatting , and relight staff acting like own the hotel!!!
I believe should goo through all of them and choose better staff.
Restaurant : the food is good no comment, but I believe is more options on marroco menu!!!
Bar outside: always full, and always only on person there for 15 people in queue… picture below… and always with bad vibe
Bar inside opens at3pm, but not ready for service… opens at 3 for set up!!!
What I believe is unacceptable for a resort!!!
Hope see yous next time!!!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the standard of customer service falls far short of what we are accustomed to back home in East Africa.
Sadly, throughout our stay we've found many of the staff to be unfriendly, unwelcoming and, at times, quite rude. There seems to be very little warmth in their interactions with guests, and they rarely appear willing to go the extra mile to assist. Genuine hospitality and attentiveness, which we so often take for granted in East Africa, have been noticeably lacking here. There's definitely an element of racism towards those of us with dark skins unfortunately 😭
The resort itself is wonderful, but, in my humble opinion, exceptional hospitality is what truly completes the guest experience—and that has been the missing ingredient for us at this hotel. Hence, the 3 star 🌟 rating.
Every journey teaches us something.
For me personally, this may well be my first and last visit to Morocco.
