Food was lovely, good variety of choice. The staff were very helpful, and were always friendly. Stunning views from the hotel and the grounds of the hotel were beautiful, lovely architecture. However there were a few downsides to the hotel. We found little bugs on our bed side table, which we noticed started to crawl into our bed. We also found them on our Chest of drawers. Other than that the rooms were decent and the view from the balcony was nice. The pools were lovely, although a bit dirty with leaves and sand at the bottom. Also unless you want to get up at 7am to reserve a sun bed all of them will be taken.
A bit annoying that we had to pay for water, and also drinks get charged to your room which means you pay the bill at the end of your stay. There was also construction going on which was loud, the walls were quite thin so we could hear people scrapping their chairs above us and also in the room next to us.
The location of the hotel was very rural, closest town is a 40 minute walk or a 8 minute taxi drive. Taxis were about €8 and you can order them at the hotel reception. Closest beach is a pebble beach which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. However, if you want a sand beach there’s one in Costa Calma which is a 8 minute taxi drive. There’s also a few cats who live on site, they’re very friendly.
The evening entertainment in the hotel was good, there was an amazing live singer and they had a disco night which was great fun.
My friend had a massage at the spa which she said was really relaxing. You have to pay to use the pool in the spa so we didn’t bother with that.
Overall we had a nice stay but definitely a few issues.

We stayed here for 12 days on an all-inclusive package. Unfortunately, the food was repetitive and of poor quality — tough meat, no variety for kids beyond pasta and pizza, and tasteless desserts. The bar and pool bar offered very limited options, with no fruit or sweet snacks. Construction noise in front of our room was disturbing, and there was no entertainment or activities. Some staff were friendly, but many were unfriendly and unhelpful. The chip-bracelet system caused incorrect charges on our bill, so check carefully. After checkout at 12:00, the all-inclusive stops — even if your transfer is hours later.
On the positive side, the hotel has lots of greenery, a beautiful view, clean rooms, nice pools, and pleasant outdoor seating in the restaurant.

We stayed here for one week during spring break with our family of six. We chose this place because the hotel looked very beautiful, and indeed it was. The pool is large and well-proportioned, offering a nice place to relax. The atmosphere was very beautiful, though some areas were closed for renovation.
However, we were quite disappointed by many aspects of the service system, as follows:
1. It took more than 30 minutes to check in for two rooms (actually 45 minutes).
2. The map directing us to the rooms was confusing.
3. The restaurant was small and couldn’t accommodate the number of guests staying. It was very difficult to find an empty table, and there were no large tables arranged for big families, unlike other hotels we have experienced.
4. The kitchen staff seemed upset for some reason; they didn’t smile or greet us.
5. You cannot get your own drinks from the machine; you must wait for a staff member to take your order at the table. They only come once, so if you want a second or third drink, I recommend ordering them all at once.
6. The biggest problem was the staff clearing plates. It seemed like they were understaffed, causing significant delays.
7. At the outdoor bar, you must wait for a staff member to come to your table to take your order—you cannot order directly at the bar. On the first day, we waited 10 minutes with no one coming. We then stood at the bar counter to order, but when they realized we wanted the drinks brought to the table, they told us to sit and wait at the table again. We politely complied and waited nearly 10 more minutes, only to see a black male waiter take the order from people who arrived after us. Our family’s patience ran out after over half an hour without getting any drinks. After that, we never visited that bar again during our stay!
If the service system could be improved, it would be great because your hotel is truly beautiful.

It was really nice stay. I have expected better food though - which was really nothing impressive, the desserts are not eatable so be aware. In terms of hotel it is looking a bit like red tower from GOT and from the distance it is looking as small historic town or even a cathedra. The location of hotel is perfect as even when all around were clouds it was exposed to 100% sunlight. The gardens on the premise as well pools and design was impressive. Rooms could be a bit bigger with lounge area but at least we had balcony with ocean view. For the prize range accomodation was not that much impressive as i thought. The service people at the bar (some of them) were sometimes rude and unpleasant.

Overall, everything was somehow fine. The food was good, fresh and clean. There weren’t a lot of options, but what they had was good enough. I’m satisfied. The rooms were clean, and so was the area. The employees were sooo respectful and helpful! The only bad thing was the noise 😩. I had read some reviews about it before coming, but I didn’t think it would actually bother me. You could hear every conversation from the next room. That was honestly a bad experience. The couple next to me was really loud, and even if I managed to fall asleep, I’d wake up in the middle of the night. You better bring something for the noise, or you’ll end up listening to other people’s fights 🥲. But anyway, overall it was fine,I do recommend it.
