Just returned from a week away. Fabulous hotel, service and staff.
Travelled with my partner who is severely sight impaired. The staff could not be more accommodating to help with his needs.
We had a reserved table for food at all meal times as well as in the pool bar. Designated disabled areas for individuals with disabilities who want to sunbathe. Step free access everywhere.
Massive respect to in gentleman called Raul who went above and beyond everyday to help my partner.
Food is beautifully presented and fresh. Lots of choice and variety.
Huge choice of all inclusive drinks aswell as other you can pay for.
Location is out the way of busyness and other hotels but this suited us for our holiday.
Rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Fresh towels abd bedding everyday.
Hotel is spotlessly clean and beautiful throughout.
We have booked to return later in the year and cannot wait for it.
Overall if you want a high class accommodation with fabulous views and service this is the place to be.

Let’s start with good:
beautiful setting, live music, good facilities albeit a bit outdated/old, very good variety of food especially the fish/seafood/fruit/dessert collection, friendly staff, I felt the kitchen staff are too stressed, they could have increased staff ratio given how busy it gets during meal times.
Improvements required:
1. reception check-in speed could be improved, perhaps via having more staff again.
2. The pool does not feel heated…. Even the small kids pool is only 20, large adult pool is 19-20 daily, I would expect heated pool to be somewhere around 25 at least.
3. No towel station? At least I didn’t find it.
4. Safety box costs 12, kettle costs 20 cash deposit, bank card not accepted
5. Safety hazard in the room such as loose furniture parts and nails, I am glad out daughter is 4 year old rather than 1-2 year old

Good all includive and the entire resort was just spectacular! Didn’t want to leave. The jet2 holidays package was perfect for 4nights 5 days all inclusive with cariety of food in all inclusive, however with limited vegetarian options. Christmas food was amazing! The facilities were mindblowing throughout the resort specially the private lagoon ( not included in price, beeded extra payment but worth it) the infinity pool was what took our breath away! Fab christmas overall! Good crowd, friendly staff and beautiful management of property. There is an open gym, plenty of tea coffee area eith amazing sea facing views, yoga centre, badminton / tennis courts, 4 big swimming pools.

The only good thing about this hotel are the beautiful views/gardens, they are really breathtaking! The rest is a complete disaster! The Hotel service is terrible and rude, they barely speak English except for the few staffs at the reception. The hotel is very dirty too, with ants and insects in the rooms. Once I notice they gave me a dirty plate and asked to get clean one, the waiter just switched it with a clean one from another table and put the dirty one on someone's else table! He didn't even bother to take it back to the kitchen, such is unacceptable. The food at the breakfast was not fresh. All the hams, cheese was always sour and from the previous day. The lunch was also everything that was left from the previous day dinner. Very small variety of food too as for all inclusive. No entertainment for kids at all, they had so called animation team, but nothing was happening for kids.
To sum up, this isnt standard of 4star hotel. The management need to really upgrade a lot and start hiring better workers and more respectful ones!

A very luxurious and peaceful hotel with an abundance of fine construction materials, such as Carrara marble and natural granite, used in the exteriors and rooms. Spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas with gardens and live music are available. The hotel has ample, convenient parking at no extra cost. It offers all kinds of services and facilities, such as tennis courts, several fully equipped gyms, a jazz bar, pool bars, a poolside bar, and more. The pool is enormous, very clean, and well-maintained. There are also gardens with all kind of trees and plants, waterfalls and a majestic fountain. The food is very good, and the service is excellent. It is truly a 5-star hotel, with an unbeatable balance between what you pay and what you get; there is nothing like it on the entire island.
