Please avoid this place!! I’m on my second day here with my children and I honestly feel like crying. I absolutely cannot find anything for them to eat. This hotel doesn’t even have butter. I saw omelets being prepared in old, black, burnt frying pans. Unfortunately, I had to give my children food cooked in them, otherwise they would have had nothing for breakfast except grapes.
I’ve had a really hard time finding anything suitable for them at dinner as well. I’m even considering buying jam from a store and bringing it with me so the kids can at least eat toast with it.
Coffee is only available at lunchtime. All drinks are served in poorly rinsed, dirty glasses, often plastic ones. In all the bars, you can’t take your drink with you — you have to drink it at the counter, probably because they’re afraid they’ll run out of cups.
The staff speak fluent Russian but struggle with English. They often play Russian music by the pools. The staff are unfriendly.
The pool towels looked like they had simply been dried in the sun and handed to the next guest. I even had a problem returning my towel before lunch because the man started arguing with me, saying I should keep it because I might need it later — as if exchanging a towel was a huge issue.
The rooms are horrible: old, falling apart, and dirty. Everything is patched up just enough to keep it working and stop it from completely falling apart. We were given a room directly opposite the stage, so my children couldn’t fall asleep until 11:00 PM because the music was blasting at full volume and coming through the gaps in the door.
I honestly cannot say a single good thing about this hotel. Dirt, bad smells, and poverty everywhere. Please don’t be influenced by the other reviews, because you will waste your time and money coming here.

The staff are brilliant and really try their best to make your experience better. The pools are great, as are the water slides, albeit with very limited opening times. The food is usual for an all-inclusive, mediocre at best. The drinks are shocking but tolerable; I got by with just rum and coke. Entertainment whilst we were there was none existent and catered solely to the Russian tourist.
For the price we paid, it was worth it to visit Sharm, but I personally wouldn't be returning to this hotel.

4/5 Stars – Great Service, but the Property Needs a Refresh I’ve given this hotel 4 stars primarily for the staff, but there are several areas where Parrotel Aqua Park Hotel needs to "up its game" to truly live up to its rating.The Positives:Check-in was incredibly smooth. Michael at the front office was fantastic—very polite, professional, and courteous. Similarly, the housekeeping staff were pleasant and did a great job keeping things tidy. The hotel has good facilities, including a spa, swimming pool, and a gym (though the gym was unfortunately closed during our visit).
The Rooms & Maintenance: Our rooms were decent but definitely dated. Specifically, the toilets are in need of repair. A major frustration was the maintenance work starting at 8 am right in front of our room while we were trying to sleep. For a 4-star property, it didn’t quite hit the mark and felt like it was lacking the "premium" feel, though the potential is certainly there.Dining & All-Inclusive: The food was average at best, seemingly catered mostly toward Russian and Egyptian tastes. We found the All-Inclusive package to be a waste of money; the alcohol felt cheap, with watered-down spirits and brands of beer we’d never heard of. We ended up eating out for four nights because we couldn't face the buffet anymore. At £552 for 4 nights per person, having to pay for extra meals and drinks elsewhere didn't feel like great value.
Service Tweak Needed: While most staff were great, the pool staff handling the towels were quite rude. They need to remember that tourists are their "bread and butter"—a more gentle and welcoming attitude would go a long way.
Final Verdict:Not a bad stay, but it needs work. I’d suggest paying a little bit more to look elsewhere, or only stay here if you're prepared for a more basic experience than the 4-star label suggests.

I wanted to give 1Star but location and some nice staff maybe me give 2 stars.
Currently here for 10days What can I say about this hotel. The hotel itself is in a good location the facilities at the hotel are a bit limited and Run down there is a huge water park but most slides not running has a lazy river which was nice and they supply the rings to lay in.
The staff are very friendly and most go out of their way to help.
There’s was an old Looking like river or something near the restaurant that has no water in it which was full of rubbish the whole duration of my stay and never cleaned.
The pool areas are nice and the deck chairs but will say the pool is freezing cold but after the first initial thermal shock your okay.
NOW THE BIG QUESTION the food was APPALLING substandard Food and also chicken served RAW in the centre and the same thing every day Lunch and dinner vegetables fish and past Which unfortunately I didn’t like and the food was cold EVERYDAY.
I travel at least 4 times a year for the past 6 years and this is the WORST FOOD I’ve seen on my travels and I’ve been to Egypt before also.
The snack bar both at the beach and hotel birds sitting in the food eating it so most like peeing and pooping in it also. the food from here was also stone cold every-time I checked The drinks are very good not flat coke like some places.
The beach section is very dirty and full of rocks and rubbish not really sand.
If there was an option for NON All inclusive I would take that option and eat out!! Very cheap to eat out locally at restaurants etc there’s Mc Donald’s Hard Rock Cafe and Some other steak place not far.
Just an update: today I see a senior member of staff looking like a manager maybe scrapping the old stale cold food of the serving spoon plate back into the fresh Food ready for someone to eat.. 😱😡

I’m currently staying here with my wife and 9 year old son.
The hotel is clean, rooms are ok and staff are helpful.
That’s where the good stuff ends. There is a clear shortage of staff, the staff are friendly but most of the time they are working solo. One barman for the full Aquapark including collecting glasses.
Food is below average, we have resorted to eating out at night.
It seems the hotel is catered for Russians, British are given different coloured wrist bands.
Beer and spirits are below average. The beer is poured from a warm bottle into a tiny plastic cup or coffee cup. If you are coming here bring a decent travel cup. Draft is available at the aqua park but only seem to be on for an hour or 2 a day.
I won’t come back to this hotel or chain of hotels but I will definitely visit Sharm again. It’s a beautiful place.
