Subject: Feedback Regarding Hotel Services
I have been staying at your hotel for approximately two days. First of all, I would like to say that your staff are very kind, helpful, and professional. In particular, the staff working at the pide station named Said, Abdullah, and Musa (I may not be completely certain about one of the names) are doing an excellent job and preparing very tasty pide. They truly take pride in their work and deserve special thanks.
However, there are serious issues with the overall system of the hotel. During meal times, it is difficult to find basic items such as plates, forks, and spoons. For example, when you want to have soup, there are times when no bowls or plates are available. In addition, the overall quality and taste of the food are unfortunately below expectations.
It is disappointing that such system-related problems are negatively affecting the experience, especially when the staff are clearly doing their best. I kindly ask that these issues be addressed as soon as possible.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.
Kind regards,
Gökhan Adam

We've just got home from a week at Parrotel AQUA PARK Hotel.
We went with a group of 17 people, and personally I paid for myself, my husband and 4 kids (classed as adults) spread across 3 hotel rooms - it cost me £1700 for the 6 people including flights, under £300 each, which is clearly a very cheap, budget holiday.
For the price we paid, the holiday well exceeded our expectations. The staff are great. I was well prepared for the alcohol to be undrinkable, it wasnt my first Sharm trip, and last year I couldn't drink anything but soft drinks (Il Mercato Hotel) so I had forewarned my companions to bring their own vodka etc - we didn't even open the bottles.
Rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed, towels art done. Rooms are very spacious, have a TV and a balcony, ours was 2nd floor, over looking the restaurant area. We had a double bed and a sofa bed (had booked a double room) and I think most of our party had 3 beds+ in their rooms, although we had all booked basic double/twin rooms. We all had issues upon arrival with water pressure in the shower being poor, and not running very hot - a quick trip to reception and that was sorted though. DO NOT keep your room key in the back of your phone case as that will render it unusable as we kept finding out every evening when we went back to our rooms 😂
The food - typical non-Eurpoean all inclusive stuff, beef and chicken in various sauces/stews, lots of veg done difffent ways. I will say if we had brought my younger daughters they would have probably struggled due to unwillingness to actually try any foods - they don't have the chicken nuggets/chips combos, and there is pizza outside, but usually a big queue, and a pasta station (but options consist of pasta with tomato, or white sauce, which you can add garlic or cheese - not much else)
Bear in mind as a Muslim country, you won't find bacon and sausages, any pork products. The breakfast omelettes are fab though.
We always found something to eat every day, no problems, and never went hungry. I love their beef stews with creamy potatoes and stuff, so I was quite happy with it!
BITES - I got bitten to absolute hell, not helped by the fact that I'm allergic to absolutely everything and insects are no exception 😂 I've seen lots of reviews claiming that the hotel has bed bugs - I don't believe the are bed bugs, but actually very tiny ants - sit by the pool and look closely at the floor, you will see them. Due to bites being localised round our ankle area, I think this is what was biting us more than mosquitoes etc. Go to the pharmacy and get some creams, and if allergic like me, some good antihistamines. It'll cost you under a fiver for both and obviously if youre trying mosquito repellents and they don't work, its because its not them biting you.
Pools - the water park is great, everyone but me was loving the slides etc. I dont swim so I watched from a distance *whilst being eaten by ants* 🫣 apparently the wave pool was freezing, but the pool with the swim up bar is heated, and everyone was in there all day with no complaints about the temperature; even in January.
I've seen people complaining about the hotels location and lack of amenities in the area? There is a row of shops to each side as you walk out of the hotel - I used the left side more, theres clothes shops, bag shops, pharmacy, perfume shops, supermarkets, excursions, everything you need is literally outside. If you want to venture further to the markets or Soho Square, etc download the InDrive app and use Taxis - prices are great, you can travel the length of the whole resort down to Old Market for under £4 . Hard Rock cafe, Mcdonalds etc can be found 1 mile up the road towards Nabq
For what we paid for the holiday, we went definitely not expecting luxury or the holiday of a lifetime, but we have all been well impressed, its exceeded expectations. Dont let the reviews put you off!!
If anyone from the hotel reads this - Mohammed in the restaurant and Jimmy by the pool - our faves 😍

Good location, some shops just outside others around 10-15 min walk.
Huge grounds, many different pools, slides. Lazy river, kids pools and adult pools, swim up bar.
Some areas and rooms showing signs of age but clean and everything needed, plus daily housekeeping.
Staff at pool bar, pool and restaurant lovely and helpful.
For the price point a nice hotel .

Stayed here for a week.
Good bits: Big room. Lots of pools that were not busy at all. Animation team were very friendly. Massive hotel and the slides were very good. Entertainment at night was excellent.
Bad parts: Food was the same and very boring. We were all inclusive but they give you the smallest cups when you ask for a drink. A lot of the staffs English is not great so they get frustrated when I couldn’t understand them. There’s not really that much next to the hotel just a few small shops. When getting food in the restaurant it’s absolutely rammed. There’s big queues for things like Omlets or to get drinks and people just push in.
I would rate it 4* mainly because of how nice the hotel was. Food really let it down.

The best holidays of my life.
What makes this place truly special is not only the sea and the weather, but above all the people.
The staff are incredibly helpful, hardworking, and smiling all day long. Amazing restaurant and bar staff – my whole family loved them.
Zero aggression, no anger, no phones or social media during work – just full focus on guests and great service.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
