My stay at the hotel was amazing in every way! The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and cleaned daily. The food was varied, delicious, and of high quality. The service was excellent, with staff always smiling and ready to help. The slides and pools were fun and safe, suitable for both adults and children. It was a fun trip to the Aqua Blue Hotel. We enjoyed the water games and the stay was enjoyable, especially the restaurants and bars. We found excellent service in the restaurants and bars, from the speed of serving drinks to the variety of food. I would like to thank the waiters of the main restaurant. They were really friendly despite the crowding of customers. They made a wonderful effort in terms of cleanliness and speed.

The room service was great, stayed at the hotel for a week from 07-14/08/2025 in room number 1247 and it was a wonderful experience! The room service team was amazing, very kind and helpful. A special thanks to the person in charge of the rooms and to Mr. Mohammad, who took care of everything we needed. Truly great service, and we really felt welcomed. Hope to come back again!

Amazing place!
So much to do, plenty of pools and water slides, parks, ride on bikes for the family, VR room etc! Food and drinks was great always something to choose from! And plenty of drink stations to keep hydrated! All the staff was exceptional and went out of there way to give too everything and more throughout our stay! Highly recommend and would definitely go back another time!

Instead of addressing my concerns or even making the minimum effort to call or contact me to understand what went wrong, you chose to copy-paste a generic reply here. That says a lot about how much (or how little) you care about your guests’ actual experiences.
When a guest shares such serious feedback - about cleanliness, hygiene, food quality, and overall environment - the least you can do is reach out personally, investigate, and try to make things right.
Clearly, customer satisfaction is not your priority. I stand by every word in my review, and I hope future guests read it carefully before booking.

Review: honestly don’t know where to begin because everything about this place was a complete disaster. The level of service, the quality of food, the cleanliness – all were absolutely unacceptable.
• Cleanliness: The hygiene levels were unacceptable. Spoons, plates, and cups were always dirty. Tables were never properly cleaned between guests.
• Food: The food was barely edible. Poor quality, badly cooked.
• Atmosphere & Guests: The overall environment was chaotic and loud. The level of behavior from other guests was extremely low – no respect for others, no decency, and no control from the hotel management.
. Rooms & Facilities: Same story. Rooms were poorly cleaned, and room had an unpleasant smell.
• Service: Staff were overwhelmed, uninterested, and clearly not trained to handle guests professionally.
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere – it’s simply not worth your time & money.
