From arriving to leaving we simply could not fault anything. The staff were lovely, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is well equipped, something for everyone. We had the most amazing time over christmas. The gala was extraordinary. Hotel rooms and service was really good. Our cleaner Ahmed was wonderful. Taking time to always leave a surprise towel oragami for the children. Bar staff, especially Mohammad, was brilliant. Entertainment staff, Didi was certainly entertaining. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we have booked to return later this year. Food & drink there was a great range across the hotel.

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel and the kids really enjoyed it! Staff is super friendly and will go the extra mile to make you happy.
Our flight was cancelled due to weather condition and we rebooked for the next day. When I called the hotel & informed them, they told me that I will not be charged and that really made very happy as I wasn’t expecting it❤️ I will definitely be coming back again! I loved the way they treat their customers. Such nice gestures goes a long way and keeps customer loyalty to the max.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to especially commend the cleaner, Mohammed Yasser, for his outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the room was kept spotless, fresh, and welcoming. Mohammed’s attention to detail was remarkable—everything was perfectly arranged, and he always made sure the room felt comfortable and inviting.
Beyond his professionalism, Mohammed showed genuine kindness and respect, which made my stay feel even more special. It’s rare to meet staff who combine efficiency with such warmth, and he truly stood out.
The hotel itself was excellent: clean facilities, well-maintained surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere that made my time here relaxing and enjoyable. Staying in room 3120 was a pleasure, thanks to the comfort provided and the care taken to ensure everything was in top condition.

Unbeatable Water Parks & Safety
The water park on-site is amazing and truly caters to all ages. A huge shout out to the lifeguards and staff they are fantastic with the children, making us feel safe and relaxed while the kids had the time of their lives. Plus, you get access to the sister water park across the road (less than a 5-minute walk) which has even bigger slides. You could never get bored here!
Seamless Service & Spotless Rooms
From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly helpful. They provided a clear breakdown of the restaurant locations, opening times, and everything available to us.
Housekeeping: The rooms are super clean. The cleaners really go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect.
Incredible Dining (Late Night Pizza!)
The food options are excellent, but the standout feature is that food is available until midnight. They serve delicious homemade pizzas late into the night, which is such a thoughtful touch if you get hungry after a long day of swimming.
A New Year to Remember
We were lucky enough to be there for the New Year’s Eve party. The entire staff did a phenomenal job organizing the event, it was a great celebration.

The facilities on offer at the hotel are good, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing for a property of this calibre. The biggest issue was customer service and issue resolution, which was consistently poor and, in many cases, non-existent.
Communication around reservations, general information, and problem-solving was diabolical. Concerns raised during the stay were not addressed, and there was no effective follow-up or resolution. The entertainment programme felt disjointed and lacked atmosphere, which impacted the overall guest experience.
Maintenance was carried out in a haphazard manner, with no proper cleaning afterwards. Cigarette butts were found on staircases, paint splashes were left on floors, and areas under maintenance were not clearly marked with safety tape or signage.
For a premium hotel, the food and beverage offering was also below standard. There was a lack of quality premium drink options, wine was undrinkable, alcoholic beverages were very weak, and food quality was poor overall, with the exception of new years eve.
While the hotel has strong potential due to its facilities, it is being let down by poor management, lack of attention to detail, and especially the failure of customer service and issue resolution.
The rare exception was room cleaning Mohammed was amazing and a pleasure to deal with daily. Time to give him a raise - and maybe promote him to management - because he was more helpful then reception
