We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help.
A special mention goes to Ahmed Salah, who looked after our room (3233). He did an excellent job keeping it spotless and tidy throughout our stay. We especially loved the beautiful towel animals he created each day, which added a lovely personal touch. He was always friendly and cheerful.
We would also like to thank Mostofa from the waiting staff. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had drinks while relaxing by the pool. His excellent service was greatly appreciated.
The only area that could be improved is the evening entertainment. We would have enjoyed having more activities and entertainment options available after dinner.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. It is a great place to stay, with excellent staff who really make the experience special.

Absolutely stunning and great experience. Amenities was great, park was wonderful and a special shout to the staff. Aboulte delights, reception staff in Particular. I can only remember Walaa who went the extra mile to help us, but to be fair all staff was super helpful.
Once accident that my suitcase wheel got broken, nevertheless, it didn't change our opinion.
My kids loved it sooooo much. The VR, the bumper cars, the popcorn, the boats, the slides and everything really. They definitely will come again.

Our family was absolutely delighted with our stay at your hotel! We will definitely come back and will highly recommend it to all our friends.
The food was truly delicious! We would especially like to highlight the reception staff for their politeness, helpfulness, and professionalism. The room cleaning was also top-notch — the towel sculptures and fresh flower petals on top were an absolute masterpiece!
A special shout-out goes to the lifeguards and the bar staff; they really work their hearts out and give 100%!

We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is excellent, with great facilities, delicious food, and a fantastic atmosphere for families. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and professional.
A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Wahdan from the Reception team for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout our stay. He made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
I would also like to thank Ahmed, the housekeeping supervisor responsible for Room 5109, for maintaining the room in perfect condition every day. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall service were exceptional.

Pickalbatros Aqua Blu is the perfect place for a family holiday! The resort is beautiful, but the staff is what makes it truly special. Mahmoud from housekeeping is an absolute star. Not only does he keep the room completely spotless and fresh, but he surprised us with the most amazing towel art animals and a heart on the bed! The kids were so excited when we walked in.
🛑 WARNING TO GUESTS ABOUT THE TOUR DESK SCAM:
While the hotel staff is amazing, please avoid the independent tour desk on property. We had to leave the hotel early and cancel a $50 diving trip we had booked. I had paid with a $100 bill. The vendor refused to give me a proper refund, kept my change, and forced me to only take $50 back. He literally kept $50 of my money for a trip I never even took! I had to argue aggressively just to get that much back. They are dishonest thieves—book your trips elsewhere!! Mahmoud your the best
