We really like this hotel.
We stayed here in June 2025, then came back in March 2026 and now June 2026, but staying at the sister Jaz Sharm Dreams hotel across the road.
Great location. Very clean. The Manager Mr. Talaat and his team take excellent care of guests.
Whilst the hotel is a bit dated and would benefit from some upgrades, everyone makes such an effort to make sure that the guests are comfortable and having a great experience.
The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive.
Plenty sun lounges.
The beach is excellent—sandy. Bring the snorkelling masks - or buy at nearby shops.
The children swim comfortably as not deep.
The corals are close to the shore, and we snorkeled with lots of colourful fish not far from the shore.
The animation team make great efforts to put daily activities on.
The hotel is very well located: 20 minutes from the airport, and also close to Old Town- the big mosque, and Soho Square.
For excursions, we recommend going to Sun'n Fun right on the beach by the hotel—good prices and good service.
And don’t forget to bring your smiles and good manners and appreciation for the staff that work endless hours to create the best comfort for us, as guests.

This Hotel is lovely. The main swimming pool near bar and restaurant is lovely and Mohamed the lifeguard is amazing and very welcoming and took care of us on our holiday. The rooms are great and cleaned lovely. And reception staff are very welcoming and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at JAZ Fayrouz Hotel! Everything was perfect—from the beautiful beach and clean, comfortable rooms to the wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and every member of the staff made us feel welcome.
A very special thank you to Rahman and Samuel. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile, were ready to help with anything we needed, and truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. Their outstanding hospitality deserves special recognition.

Beach is amazing, plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Lots of activities and excursions to do whilst here. Easy access between both sister hotels. The services is also really good everyone is really helpful whenever it is needed😄😄

I’m honestly beyond happy with my stay here — everything has been absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived until now. The atmosphere is so relaxing, the place itself is beautiful, and every single detail makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
