I had such a great time at Jaz Fayrouz! The hotel is cozy, beautiful, and full of greenery. What impressed me most was the amazing animation team — friendly, talented, and very entertaining. Every day there were fun activities like aqua gym, beach games, and every night they had different shows that made us laugh and dance! The staff overall were very professional and helpful. The food was top-notch, especially the seafood nights. The beach was wide and sandy, perfect for families and those who prefer easy access to the sea.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants both relaxation and fun!

Beautiful resort, great rooms and perfect location 🌴☀️. The service was very good and overall I really enjoyed my stay. The only small downside was during lunch time, when the restaurant sometimes felt overcrowded and it was difficult to find a table. Hopefully in the future the management will find a solution so that all guests can enjoy their meals more comfortably 🙌.

This was our second time at this hotel and won’t be our last. The staff, amenities, pools, food, location and the beach were all exceptional. We can see that some renovations have been done since we were there last 3 years ago and we could see improvements were being made whilst we were there. Khalid the star! (Housekeeper) He was very respectful, helpful and very friendly. Even rescued a pair of shorts that fell off our balcony! He cleaned and changed sheets etc when it was convenient for us and always around when needed - thank you! Beach was cleaned every day which was good to see. The pools were always clean. We went full board and I must say the options were fantastic everyday. Lots to choose from - sometimes too much choice! The restaurant was always clean and staff were always around if needed. The location was walking distance to the main Naama Bay, approx 5 mins to the shops where you can find all gift shops as a tourist. Restaurants, fast food, bars etc, all come alive in the evening. We will be back and hopefully next year! Thank you to all staff, you are a credit to the company!

We have had a fantastic 2 weeks at the Jaz Fayrouz. It is wonderful resort, with amazing staff. From the cocktails served by Hussen and Abdullah to the room (105) cleaned by Mahmoud the service we received was 5 stars. The food was top quality, we ate a few times at the Al Fresco restaurant where the wood fired pizzas and pasta were delicious. In the main all-inclusive restaurant, there was something different every night. Farez on the BBQ / grill always had a smile, despite the heat, and the food he produced was so tasty. The salad bar had top quality ingredients, and the deserts were always delicious. The staff really made our holiday though, from Tarek at the security desk to Mustafa at the beach bar. Every person we spoke to was kind and attentive. I must make a special mention of Mohamed Elsayed, the security officer on the private beach, who became a true friend during our stay. And what a beach! The Jaz Fayrouz hotel has the largest private beach in Naama bay, and we always found a sun bed despite the resort being full. I would recommend a massage at the spa, Ominia and Doaa were amazing, and the massage was so relaxing.

Good hotel with a nice location, not far from the city. In my opinion, it has the best beach in the bay — large and with a beautiful reef. The food could be a bit better, but overall it was fine. I had a slightly unpleasant situation during my stay, but I appreciated the way the management handled it. Overall, my impression was positive.
