Our experience at Jaz Fayrouz was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly made our vacation special. The resort feels extremely safe, peaceful, and beautifully maintained throughout. The food was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day — something for everyone! The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand, perfect for relaxing or snorkeling. The house reef is absolutely breathtaking — full of colorful fish and marine life just steps from the shore. The location is ideal, only a few minutes’ walk from Naama Bay’s vibrant strip, yet still offering total tranquility inside the resort. Overall, I can’t recommend Jaz Fayrouz enough — 10/10 experience for anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh!

Hotel Review This was our second stay at this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we were once again very pleased. The service was excellent, starting with the friendly smiles at the reception, the polite staff in the restaurant, the kind bartenders, and the overall cleanliness and order in the room. Although we were initially given a room that didn’t match our request (I had asked for one large double bed, but we received two separate ones), the concierge noticed that I looked a bit disappointed and kindly arranged a room change. I was very grateful for that, as sleeping separately from my husband would not have been ideal. The food was delicious as always, and the beach was clean. The only consistent issue remains the sunbeds — be aware that if you don’t put your towels down by around 6AM, many Russian tourists reserve them immediately. The resort itself is beautiful, very green, full of palm trees and flowers, and the service is great. If you are going on an excursion, the staff can prepare a lunch box for you, and they always check how your stay is going and whether you are enjoying everything. I was also happy to see that they started building a new spa complex — I hope that by next year it will be fully open so guests can enjoy massages without leaving the hotel grounds. The beach at this hotel is absolutely wonderful — one of the best features of the resort. The water is crystal clear, with plenty of colorful fish and beautiful corals right near the hotel’s shore. The location itself is perfect, making swimming and snorkeling an amazing experience. I would also like to mention the cook — he was extremely friendly, and I truly appreciate his great service. My thanks also go to all the chefs. I especially wanted to highlight one chef in particular, whom I met during my previous stay as well, but unfortunately I forgot his name. This is the second time I’ve seen him, and I truly hope he will still be working there next year. There were only two things I didn’t like: the fridge in our room was extremely loud, so I had to turn it off at night because it was impossible to sleep. And the hotel cats looked very hungry. A couple of times I fed them myself, and they even came to the rooms quietly asking for food. I would really appreciate if the hotel could take better care of them — even simple leftover food would help. A special thank-you to our room cleaner, who made different towel decorations every day — it was very sweet. And keep in mind that tipping the staff is essential throughout the resort. They ate hard workers. Overall, this is a wonderful resort, and we enjoyed our stay very much. See you next year Thank you from the room N420

We enjoy this hotel, amazing barman Hussin, the executivo chef Mahmoud was also incredibly kind. Great staff at reception too. The food is a disaster I’m sorry. And also the fact that you don’t have a toilet near the beach is not good. It’s unacceptable a resort this dimension with only one toilet at the reception. Animation team provides so much fun, they are all very nice people!

This is a fantastic hotel, good food, excellent clean rooms ( although getting a little tired) Staff are mostly friendly. The swimming pool and terrace are expertly overseen by the best pool person.. Yahya is so helpful, putting out our towels when we arrive in the morning and generally looking after us all day. HOWEVER…for some unknown reason, the pool manager decided that as they were now heating the pool for winter it was to become an adult only pool, over 10’s only and children were not allowed in. This is the best pool with the most umbrella shade on the complex. It also houses the only all inclusive pool bar! We are so disappointed with this and cannot understand how every other hotel doesn’t have this rule. In a family friendly hotel it seems a very strange rule. Sadly, we will not be returning here and will not be recommending to friends and family.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Jaz Fayrouz. Spent a lot of time at the pool in the day. It was very nice, clean and well maintained. Yayha the lifeguard is very friendly, approachable and speaks good English. He is very knowledgeable and will help you in any way he can. He is constantly walking around cleaning up and ensuring the safety of the tourists. All the staff in the resort is very friendly and polite. I would definitely come back again.
