Overall, we had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help (although not every staff member was the same). The food was excellent, with a great variety of options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
However, the rooms on the Mountain Side are old and have not been renovated. If you decide to book this hotel, I strongly recommend reserving one of the renovated rooms to ensure a much more comfortable stay.
We also experienced a few issues when we first arrived. The sink in our room was blocked, They offered to repair it at around 2 a.m., but after a long journey we were exhausted and asked them to come back the following morning instead. To their credit, they responded promptly the next morning and fixed it. There was no extra bed prepared for us. The extra bed they eventually brought was old and broken.
That said, I believe these issues should have been resolved before our arrival. After a long trip, guests should be welcomed into a clean, fully prepared room without having to report maintenance issues or wait for essential items to be fixed. Despite this disappointing start, our overall stay was enjoyable.

This was my first abroad holiday since i was maybe 6 years old (im nearly 20 now). Firstly i want to give a special shout out to our cleaner (Ahmed) who cleaned room 4004 during our time. He was very welcoming always greeted us with a smile and he did amazing towel creations, with something new everyday. He would even line up my partners makeup in a line altogether to ensure she didn’t lose it. (Which is a lot). The food wasnt the best but always was an options for picky eaters. People who complain about there not being options for them must go to a country and expect the food to be how it was at home which should not be how it is. (You go to a different continent, you should expect different food) I would give the food a 4 star and the food from the barbecue was to die for. Entertainment was also really good although we didn’t see much it was always entertaining and always something to do whether it was volleyball during the day or a pool show at night.the buildings weren’t bright and dazzlign but wouldn’t break any codes. We also noticed a broken tile one day on a wall, the next morning it was fixed and a new one was put on. They have a private beach which was stunning and although you couldnt go in a lot of it due to the coral reefs they had a platform so you could still jump in and enjoy the sea. The staff always would greet you with a smile and ask how you are and it made us feel very welcomed. Overall experience,

We’ve just had a fantastic 7-day stay at DoubleTree by Hilton and would definitely come back….beachside. But where were the cookies?
The service throughout the hotel was excellent, with all the staff being friendly and helpful. A special mention has to go to Fatima in the beachside restaurant, who was absolutely amazing and always made us feel so welcome. Walid in the bar was also fantastic – friendly, attentive, and a real credit to the hotel.
The drinks and food were average, but there was always something we found which was fine.
The entertainment wasn’t the strongest, but that certainly didn’t stop us having a great time – we made our own entertainment and had plenty of laughs!
The beach was one of the highlights of our holiday. The snorkelling was absolutely amazing and the beach bar was a great.
The location is another big plus, being right next to Soho Square, which is perfect for an evening stroll, shopping, or a drink.
Overall, we’ve had a fabulous week and made some wonderful memories.

Our stay at this hotel had both positive and negative experiences.
The first impression was disappointing. At check-in, we received no warm welcome or explanation about the hotel. We were simply asked for our passports, given our room keys, and that was it.
Breakfast and lunch are very good, but dinner needs significant improvement. There is too little protein and not enough variety. Honestly, the lunch menu would make a much better dinner buffet.
The pool bar snacks are also disappointing. The portions are very small, with just a tiny burger and a few fries. As an all-inclusive guest, you expect a satisfying portion without having to go back immediately for more.
The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and always smiling. A special thanks to Ali Baba from the animation team, who genuinely makes an effort to talk to every guest and create a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the rest of the animation team is much less engaging, and there are very few daytime water games or fun activities. The evening entertainment is also quite limited.
The rooms are older than they appear in the Booking.com photos, and housekeeping forgot to replace our towels almost every day, forcing us to call reception repeatedly.
After we left our first review, the hotel management contacted us immediately to resolve the situation. They offered us a special meal prepared by the chef, and this was an excellent gesture. We chose grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes, and it was perfectly cooked. It honestly made us wonder why this quality of food is not available to all guests every day.
Overall, the hotel has friendly staff and good potential, but improvements are needed in the welcome experience, dinner quality, entertainment, room maintenance, and housekeeping to truly meet the expectations of an all-inclusive resort.Hier is een kortere, krachtige en evenwichtige review:
