I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food buffet was absolutely great — a wide variety of delicious options, all fresh and well-prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was something for everyone.
The staff truly made the experience even better. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests felt comfortable and welcomed.
Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and excellent food!

My partner and I have been at Double Tree now for almost two weeks. The staff are truly amazing, very welcoming and will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is a memorable one. Nothing is too much bother for them. Especially the bar staff who work so hard to keep you hydrated and the Chef Mohamed Bsheer who will personally cook you an alternative meal if you have dietary requirements like myself. He is a fabulous chef! There is always a great selection of food and the food is very tasty! We would definitely come back again! 🌞😃

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family for 12 days, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. The service, hospitality, and attention to detail were beyond our expectations.
A special heartfelt thank you to Chef Danial, whose delicious dishes and warm personality made every meal a joy. Also, a big thanks to Mr. Atef from the restaurant, who always welcomed us with a smile and ensured we had everything we needed.
We are also deeply grateful to Mr. Jaber from housekeeping for keeping our rooms spotless and comfortable throughout our stay, and to Safeguard Ibrahim for his kindness and professionalism.
And of course, thank you to every single staff member in the hotel for their excellent treatment of guests—you truly made us feel at home.
We will definitely be returning, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and genuine hospitality.

Due to the late arrival of my flight, I checked into the hotel at 4 a.m. Although I had informed the hotel in advance via Booking, they did not allow me to complete the check-in process and I was forced to sleep in the lobby. Moreover, during breakfast hours, I was told that I could not yet check into my room and was only allowed to have breakfast after paying an additional fee at the door.
I hope that after the check-in process is completed, I will be provided with the room I selected on Booking. Since the reservation is non-refundable, I have no choice but to stay.
I did not expect such a poor experience from a brand like Hilton. I do not recommend this hotel and will never choose it again.

I hope you appreciate hot water, hot Pepsi, and hot drinks that should be cold. If it weren’t for one exceptionally rude staff member, I would rate this place five stars. The woman working in the buffet area that’s gives out drinks, who wears a hijab, was incredibly unprofessional. When I asked for a drink, she visibly showed disgust, and when I requested ice, her response was curt and unfriendly, making the experience uncomfortable.
While most of the other staff members were pleasant and accommodating, her behavior significantly impacted my overall experience. It’s disheartening to witness such poor customer service, especially when it contrasts with the positive attitudes of others. If she’s unhappy with her position, perhaps it’s time to reconsider her role.
I’m truly disappointed by this interaction, as my stay has been impacted by her attitude. I was planning to return with my family of 10, but I cannot in good conscience do so unless I see a change in the service quality, specifically with this individual. I’ve spoken with several other guests who shared similar concerns regarding this staff member.
Additionally, the lack of ice for drinks is a recurring issue. Given the heat, it seems only reasonable to provide ice with every drink request without needing to ask.
As a loyal customer of Hilton for many years, I’m disappointed to see this kind of behavior from an establishment I’ve trusted. I will be reaching out to Hilton corporate to address this issue and ensure that future guests do not experience the same frustration.
