This was one of the most disappointing “all-inclusive” experiences I have ever had — and I have visited Egypt eleven times.
We booked and paid for a seven-night all-inclusive holiday. In reality, we did NOT receive seven days of all-inclusive services.
We arrived on 2nd January at around 11:00 p.m., meaning we lost the entire first day of all-inclusive (no lunch, no dinner, no drinks). That was frustrating but what happened on departure was far worse.
Our return flight on 9th January was at 10:00 p.m. We were forced to check out at 12:00 noon and from that moment we were treated as if we were no longer guests. No lunch. No dinner. No drinks. No access to the swimming pool. Nothing — unless we paid extra.
To make matters worse, I paid an additional fee for late check-out (I have the invoice as proof). Even after paying extra, we were still denied access to all-inclusive services and facilities. We were allowed to stay in the room only. Paying more money and still being refused food, drinks and access to facilities is unacceptable.
In practical terms, we lost a significant portion of the first and last day. That is not a full seven-night all-inclusive holiday — it is reduced service sold at full price.
This is not standard practice in Egypt. Every other hotel I have stayed in has allowed guests with late flights to continue using all-inclusive facilities until departure. This hotel chose not to, even after additional payment.
Very disappointing, very poor customer treatment, and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel associated with the Hilton brand.
I would not return and would advise others to read the small print very carefully before booking “all-inclusive” here.

The food is absolutely delicious — especially the pizza and grilled dishes. Everything is fresh, juicy, and prepared with care. Special thanks to Chef Reda and Chef Aya — the pizza is amazing, and the grill is perfectly cooked!
The service is fast and attentive.
Many thanks to Lobna for the great drinks and positive attitude, Ali for the professional and friendly service, and Fatma for the warm and welcoming greeting at the entrance.
We would also like to mention the bar staff Ahmed and Momed at Lobby and other Team — always friendly, quick to serve, with tasty cocktails and a great atmosphere. You can really feel that the team genuinely cares about the guests.
The room cleaning service was also excellent — always clean, tidy, on time, and with great attention to detail.
Special thanks to animation Team, all members are excellent!
Overall, the whole team creates a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It’s definitely a place you want to come back to again and again!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and it’s hard to know where to start because everything was absolutely wonderful...
The moment we arrived till the moment we left...
We arrived very early in the morning ( 3.00am ) and checking time was 15.00pm... We had a safari booked at 8.30... I requested the staff at the front desk to check in early and he surprised me with a room at 4.30...
We waited only 1 hour... Thank you so much...
Our room (1224) was always spotless thanks to the guy who truly went above and beyond. Every single day he surprised us with arranging everything to perfection..
Towels were changed daily, and his attention to detail made our stay extra special..
The restaurant was always clean and offered a large selection of food, with something for everyone. We were especially well looked after by Mohammed who was always helpful, friendly, and smiling, making every meal a pleasure..
The bar near the dining area also deserves a special mention—the girl there were consistently helpful and welcoming... Always smiling..
Overall, we felt truly cared for throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for making our 5 days unforgettable!
The swimming area is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained..
Thanks to AHMED SHAKER... The best lifeguard... He was very helpful... Always talking and joking around... Interacting with each and every person that cross his way...
Also a very big thank you to AHMED ABDALLA... The barman at the pool bar... He was a very sweet guy always smiling and he made us the best drinks ever throughout our time at the pool... We used to leave it to him and he would create something for us and he was never wrong...
We went there as strangers but left with great friends...
Thank you to each and everyone who works there... Your efforts are truely appreciated...
We will miss our time there...

This is a really good hotel, good location, clean, and the food is amazing.
We stayed at the beach end of the complex. The Bistro restaurant served lovely food and the staff in there are fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, waiters couldn’t do enough to help, favourite drinks were remembered, we have never had such good service from such friendly smiling staff. Very big shout out to Fatma El Sayed the Hostess who made us very welcome every meal time from the minute we walked in and remembered lots of our preferences eg what drinks we wanted. Also Ahmed Gmal who was constantly smiling and very friendly and helpful. Also Hamada Saied, Mohammed Metwally, Atef Gmal who did a fantastic job. The staff work very hard to make sure you have a great holiday.

The hotel was really amazing. The staff and cleanars wear very nice and sweet. The food was delivering really good and it was better than we expected. Special thanks to Mohammad El-Mahdy, really nice bar tender and really sweet. The shisha care taker Mustafa were also really nice and sweet. The reception guys ahmed abdal al lattif and abdelrahman, very wonderfull people. Overall this hotell was exellent .
