Just returned from this hotel. For what you pay for it is OK value for money. The entertainment staff work hard and are friendly. If want a drink or biscuit from the bar don't expect all the staff to crack a smile as some are a little rude and you wonder why they are in that job. The 3 drinks rule with lunch and dinner is an issue and I feel one that needs to be worked on not everyone likes wine or beer and of you don't drink 3 drinks with you meal don't expect to get one of these outside as its not on offer. I go to All inclusive holidays expecting to order local spirits of my choice even the odd cocktail or two, you can have any of these if you pay for them. To me that doesn't cover my idea of all inclusive, you could just do what everyone else seems to do and by them cheap at the local spar, no one seems to monitor of be bothered if you brought in your own alcoholic drinks. I booked this hotel as a all inclusive holiday but feel the service resembles full board. You can have unlimited soft drinks in very small plastic cups. Plus side hotel room was clean and towels changed and beds made daily. Enterment in the evening is questionable, depending on your taste. Food I found to be good be quite a lot of the same sort of thing. Like I said for what we payed it was good value. Not to busy, always sunbeds. Close to the beach.

We recently stayed at MLL Palma Bay and had a mixed experience. From the pictures, we expected a resort with a few pools, but it’s actually a bigger complex made up of several buildings. We were placed in the Havana building, which unfortunately had the smallest pool, no drink or snack bar but the most available sun loungers.
If you want to use other pools, you have to go to the different buildings, which is tricky because the key card rarely works at those entrances. Most of the time, we had to rely on someone else letting us in – quite inconvenient. As expected in resorts like this, loungers are often reserved early with towels.
There are several bars on site, but at least one bar per day didn’t have proper drinks available due to machine issues. On top of that, you’re required to pay a deposit (in cash) for a reusable cup, which they do not mention at check-in. So if you turn up without cash, you’ll have to trek back to your room – frustrating, especially in the heat.
The food was okay – nothing memorable, and the variety was quite limited. Alcohol is restricted to lunch and dinner in the restaurant only, which is understandable under local laws, but it does mean you cannot enjoy a cold drink while relaxing by the pool unless you’re willing to pay extra, making the ‘all-inclusive’ feel a bit pointless.
Room cleanliness was hit and miss. We found a black hair in the bathroom, a stain on the pillow, and the hand soap dispenser didn’t work.
Overall, it’s very much a 3-star hotel – and it shows. It’s quite noisy as there’s so many people. If you’re looking for a basic place to stay and do not mind a few inconveniences, it may be fine. Just manage your expectations.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel was the animation team (kids entertainment). They were absolutely amazing!!! Johan and his team were great with the kids and were a highlight of our holiday. Our kids wanted to go to all their kids clubs and the evening events they did.
The rest of the hotel was a massive let down! The food choice in the restaurant was absolutely rubbish, hardly any choice and constant people just pushing in.
Supposed to be All Inclusive but alcohol isn’t included so you have to buy all your alcoholic drinks! Oh you do get a couple free beers or wines with lunch or tea! Neither of us drink beer or wine 🙈.
Half the staff were miserable, first hotel I’ve stayed at where they wouldn’t let you have your own mugs filled up with Pepsi/juice etc.
The hotel is full of young german lads and girls, the lads are constantly pissed, loud and annoying. Our room had groups of them around us who were screaming, singing, banging and partying till about 4-5am every night.
Twice we had altercations with people trying to take our sun beds
Would never stay here again! Like I said before the animation team made our stay enjoyable and we enjoyed their shows at night. They brightened up a horrible experience of this hotel.
The biggest clue it wasn’t gonna be a nice hotel was the fact that there is a police vehicle outside the hotel and police are frequently seen walking around the hotel.
It’s such a shame the hotel has been neglected, can see when it was first built it would’ve been really nice. The hotel doesn’t look like it’s had any maintenance done for years, why aren’t you doing yearly painting, repairs etc?

Really nice hotel. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of selection.
Beds are comfy. And got a good nights sleep.
Location is at the top of a small hill. Also this is a complex, so there are several different hotel blocks. You may have a small walk to your block/room.
However, this is well explained by reception staff and you are given a small map of the complex and easy directions to get to your room.
Room rate does seem to fluctuate, so just check. But we found it very good value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good, lots of different options. I opted in for a dinner buffet too and that didn’t disappoint. I also got to do karoke on evening which was absolutely amazing. Lots of friendly staff at hand. Pools were nice but got quite busy so you have to find a good time to go depending on how crowded you like it
