Great budget hotel. Noisey unfortunately some buildings just carry sound badly also other guests were very noisey, long waits for the lifts and apear to have a massive staff shortage did raise complaints with reception noise did not stop but maintenance did temporarily fix the leak in our room beds were ok could deal with upgrades rarther clean but furniture all seems agaged & dammaged food was great fresh and tasty dosent really meet the star requirements anymore need some investment in rooms furniture and sound proofing you will need paitents to stay here great location for the beach and public transport walking distance to night life too

fantastic location but the building had no electricity at night for the 3 days i was there. i was on the 7th floor and had to walk up and down multiple times. the rooms have no fridge and you also have to pay 1 euro for cups. the food was not up to standard. they refused to refund me partly for no electricity for days.

Absolutely no go for seniors. Noise outside throughout the night, not the fault of the hotel. Moved rooms twice, hotel staff really accommodating. Perfect for being close to shops and beach and if your young and fit you'll love this hotel.

Rooms are basic, you get what you pay for. Literally had a cupboard door fall on my head when I opened it, had a nice lump after. Reported it to front desk. Didnt seem too bothered about it atall. No apologies or concern shown on their behalf. Only saving grace was that it fell on my head instead of my child's. No balcony lighting either and a swimming pool surrounded by shade. Only rated it 2 star because the servers at breakfast were pleasant and efficient. Spend £30 more an get a decent hotel.

I am very disappointed with how my issue was handled by the hotel. On the day of check-out, I used a vending machine and paid for a product, but the machine did not dispense it. I reported the problem at reception and was instructed to send an email describing the situation and provide my bank details, with the assurance that I would receive a refund. Despite sending three emails, I never received any response. After finally reaching the hotel by phone, I was told that refunds are only issued in cash, which completely contradicts the information I was originally given. As a result, I feel misled and unfairly treated. It makes me wonder how many other guests have been in the same situation and never recovered their money. This is unacceptable customer service and a very disappointing experience overall. I do not recommend this hotel.

One downside is the queues at the bar at night time. Some employees are a bit moody, plates at the buffet many times are dirty, no stain spray at restaurant given if you need, sangria machine exploded on me, I was told to rub some sparkling water. Richard and another barman were the best staff, the only one's smiling. Water pressure amazing and balcony good size, food was always good. Simple rooms but enough for a holiday.

Very pleasant stay. The food was delicious and of high quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Richard the bartender for his excellent service and positive attitude. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but they are perfectly adequate for a comfortable night’s stay. I would recommend this hotel, and after the renovations, I will definitely come back again.

Just back from 5 days with my 8 year old son. In terms of location this hotel is great, it is a 5-10 minute walk from both the beach and Aqualand which is perfect. The rooms are exactly what you would expect for a 3 star property. Our room was a premium double, we were in the second building which is across the road. The room was bright, clean with a small balcony and air conditioning. I would have to admit some nights it was quite loud, you could hear people coming back to their rooms, shouting and banging on doors. That said, the hotel itself can't really be blamed for that as the area as a whole is geared towards young adults. Our building had a separate pool which was much quieter than the main pool which is located across the road in the main building. All dining facilities etc are also in the main building across the road but there is a bar in the second building but this shuts just before 6pm, as does the pool. We booked all inclusive but we found the queues for food were far too long so and the dining room was packed all the time, so out of choice we ate out most nights. The food itself was again, exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. All in all it was a comfortable stay for the 5 nights we were there and was excellent as a base. Bus links to the main city centre and to the airport are literally right outside the hotel. All in all for a very last minute break for some sunshine it was fine, would I go back? No but that isn't so much a reflection on the hotel but more the area itself.

Find better hotel. Room dirty, it wasn’t cleaned well after previous visitors.The pool is very deep 3 meters but it’s an advantage and i like that. breakfast are very bad but lunch and dinner are ok. it’s annoying because we have to have little squares which we need to exchange for cups. but i can live with that. to be honest this hotel is like 2 maybe 3 stars so yeah, don’t hope for 5 star hotel in 3 star. The furnitures are kinda old and the bathroom is just disgusting because white bath or walls turn into an ugly yellow/white/beige colour. the curtain in the bathroom is one of the most disgusting things there. the crew from the bar don’t understand english well so it’s hard to order something. my pillow and the duvet had lots of stains and that was also one of the most disgusting things there. in my room were 2 bugs when we came. I DONT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL. Pay like 100euros more and have a better one. Or maybe go to other country where for that price you will have better standards. For those who are reading this from the crew of the hotel: it’s just my honest opinion, and you need to just refresh and modern the hotel and people will be satisfied. I won’t come again. And remember the breakfast is very bad and not tasty.

What we did not like about MLL Palma Bay Club Resort: 1. The room. It was extremely small, cramped, and did not meet our expectations of a holiday in Spain. There was barely enough space to open a suitcase or move around comfortably. The room looked outdated and poorly maintained, with old furniture and beds that resembled hospital beds. The air conditioner was positioned directly above the bed and blew cold air straight onto our heads while we slept. If we turned it off, the room became unbearably hot and stuffy. If we left it on, we woke up feeling sick in the morning. 2. Cleanliness. The room was not clean enough. It was obvious that the furniture and the room itself had not been properly maintained for a long time. Everything looked worn out and in need of renovation. 3. Soundproofing. There was practically no sound insulation. We could hear every conversation, every footstep, and every door slamming in the hallway as if people were standing inside our room. The doors were old and constantly squeaked. Getting a good night’s sleep was impossible. 4. Late check-in and food. We arrived at around 1:00 a.m. after approximately 16 hours of travelling. Even though we had paid for the All Inclusive package, we were told that no food was available. The only thing offered to us was a stale kebab, or we were advised to walk five streets away to eat at McDonald’s. Keep in mind that it was between midnight and 1:00 a.m., and we were five exhausted, sick adults and children with luggage. After such a long journey, especially with children, this was simply unacceptable. 5. Lack of basic assistance. One of us became seriously ill, but the staff could not even provide us with a glass of hot water. 6. Drinking water. There was no complimentary drinking water in the room. Everything had to be purchased separately, which is very strange for an All Inclusive hotel. 7. Breakfast and meal schedule. Upon arrival, we were given an incorrect meal schedule by the reception staff, causing us to miss part of our lunches and dinners during the first few days of our stay. In addition, although breakfast was officially served until 10:00 a.m., at 9:40 a.m. we were told that breakfast was already over and that we could not take any more food. 8. Staff attitude. After we were unable to leave a tip upon arrival because our bag with our money had been stolen during the trip, the attitude of some staff members became noticeably less friendly. We were also asked to pay additional charges despite having already paid a significant amount for our stay. 9. Unexplained additional charges. At check-in, we were required to pay an additional €19 and €38 without receiving any clear explanation of what these charges were for, even though our accommodation had already been paid for in full. 10. Food quality. The food was terrible. Every other day, some of it appeared to be spoiled, the vegetables were often sour, and the alcoholic drinks tasted as if they had been diluted with water. After such a start to our holiday, it felt as though the hotel’s main goal was to save money at the guests’ expense rather than provide a comfortable stay. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we experienced nothing but exhaustion, disappointment, and a desire to leave as soon as possible.

DO NOT COME UNDER ALL INCLUSIVE EXPECTING ALL INCLUSIVE the website explains Breakfast Lunch Dinner and snack bar. No option for a snack bar. You get 3 alcholic drinks at luch and is tap wine or beer and the 'unlimited Free soft drinks' come with a fee to use them stay away from the false name of 'all inclusive' its not an all inclusive experince. On the other hand location is good and if you come not expecting all inclusive you may have a little of a better experience.

Wasn't going to leave a review but it popped up so why not... Pretty poor, having managing a very famous hotel in England the standards here didn't meet. Food was just not good! Only had breakfast twice and dinner once.....went out to find better food. As for the pool side bar it was absolutely ok. The "all inclusive" feels like the terms and conditions section in a form where only a few items are actually available for free, served by staff who couldn't crack a smile even if you paid them! The WiFi wouldn't connect even though we had the right room number and names, but we had roaming. The AC in the room was the best bit, works a treat after a long day out returning to a nice cold room. It's clean, and replacing towels, toilet roll is easy. Bog standard seen as most of time is spent on the beach, city centre, bars ect... There are much better hotels out there so give this a miss

In the beginning, everything was fine and good. Staff were nice, especially the cleaners. The rooms were fine. We didn't have German TV and the air conditioning was extremely loud. On the day of departure we wanted to check out and have our IDs again, which an employee had kept on the day of arrival, but these had disappeared and the employee as well. The other employees hardly helped and wanted to avoid calling the police. Very unfriendly and zero sensitive. I will not book here anymore.

Just been here and I won’t be returning, room stinks of bad drainage, had 2 huge cockroaches, tv doesn’t work, fans are awful and the shower is hideous, room is clean though. Entertainment is fine if your German or French , hotel is packed of Germans and you can smell cannabis all around the villa bedrooms so you have to close your doors. Food is very international nothing English about it but it looks good. Pool areas are so dated , plus side it’s near to the beach to escape this place , 2 star rating from me

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. There's something for everyone here. Allergy information is listed, which is also important for some people. The hotel has a nice pool with sun loungers and a pool bar. The room was nice, clean, and bright, with a nice balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Nice place to stay

A wonderful hotel that exceeded all expectations! Rooms: Bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft and fresh linens. Soundproofing was top-notch—no noise from neighbors or the street at all. Service: The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the front desk team was always ready to help or recommend great local spots. Dining: Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of fresh products, hot dishes, pastries, and quality coffee. Location: Super convenient—close to main attractions and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to any traveler!

Great location and good breakfast! Unfortunately, check in took a bit long, and the neighbors were quite noisy, but that’s not the hotel's fault. The security team from the reception quieted them down, so big thanks to them for that! I was also pleased to see that there is security at night checking everyone who enters the hotel grounds. The room was clean and the housekeeping girls were very friendly. Great value. Dont listen those who say it’s bad. For this price its perfect

For a three-star hotel, the room was fine and the facilities were adequate, although they should provide a fridge, especially when temperatures reach at least 30°C. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony was nice. However, they really need to improve the cleanliness. When I arrived, the floor was dirty with sand, hair, and dust, and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. The room was never vacuumed during my stay, which I really don't understand. The breakfast is varied and good. The pools are nice, but they could be cleaned more frequently. At 10 a.m. one morning, there was a sock and cigarette butts in the pool, which was disappointing. The equipment is broken and old. The reception staff are nice, and when one of the lights was broken, they promptly replaced it. However, the biggest issue is that, although this is an adults-only hotel, some guests behaved as if they were children around the pool — playing loudly, screaming at all hours of the day and night, and disturbing everyone throughout the hotel. I have never experienced guests being so loud and disrespectful. The hotel was never peaceful, as there was constant noise and disturbance, including people playing loud music by the pool and even in their rooms. If I wanted to stay at a hotel where people played ball in the pool and behaved this way, I would have booked a family hotel that allows children. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for or enjoy this type of loud and inconsiderate atmosphere. I actually made a point of writing this review, especially after reading some of the reviews before coming here, because I found some of the negative comments quite unfair to the hotel. Of course, everyone has their own experience, but after having my own stay, I was genuinely surprised by some of the negative reviews. First of all, I think the location is reasonable. Considering that this hotel is cheaper than many of the others, being around a 10–15 minute walk from the beach really isn’t that bad. Having stayed in Mallorca before, I do think being directly in front of the beach can make the experience more enjoyable, but at the same time, you get what you pay for, and I found the price here very fair. If you don’t mind being a little further from the beach and also enjoy having a pool, the hotel has two very good swimming pools with a really nice surrounding area. Perhaps there could be more drink options at the pool bar, but apart from that, I thought everything was good. The hotel’s facilities were also perfectly fine. The only thing I found slightly scary was the lift in the second building, as it shakes a little when it reaches the floor, but apart from that, both lifts worked well. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Regarding the food, I found there was plenty of it and a good variety of options. On two consecutive days, there wasn’t a beef option at dinner, with the main meat choices being fish and pork, but there was still a wide selection of salads, desserts, pizza, pasta and other dishes, so I certainly never felt there was a lack of food. This is why I found some of the comments about there not being enough food, the staff being rude, or the hotel’s facilities being poor quite unfair compared with my own experience, which was overwhelmingly positive. The only thing that really bothered me was having to walk a little to the beach, but again, if you want a hotel directly on the coast, you will obviously have to pay more. If I had one genuinely negative aspect of my stay, it would probably be some of the other guests. There were groups of young people who seemed to think the hotel was there just for them and were sometimes extremely noisy and rude. However, whenever this happened near a member of staff, they were quick to approach them and politely ask them to lower the volume. One evening at dinner, for example, a group of teenagers were making an incredible amount of noise, and as soon as a member of staff noticed, she approached them and asked them to be quieter so that other guests could enjoy their breakfast peacefully. So, overall, I really cannot complain about the hotel itself. The facilities, food, variety, cleanliness and, above all, the staff were all very positive aspects of our stay, and everyone we dealt with was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I recommend the hotel, particularly if you are looking for good value for money and don’t mind being a short walk from the beach.

We were literally asked to leave the breakfast area because breakfast ended at 10:30 a.m. We weren’t even given a chance to finish the meal we had already started. Is this really how hotel guests are treated? I have stayed at many hotels, and I have never experienced such poor customer service. The breakfast staff were extremely rude and simply told us to leave. Because of this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again. To make matters worse, there were blood stains on my bed sheets when I arrived. This is a very serious hygiene issue! Our room was not cleaned because we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on while we slept until 11:00 a.m., which is understandable. However, when I informed the reception about the stained sheets, I was told that nothing could be done. I then requested clean towels and bed sheets so I could change them myself. Instead of receiving help, the receptionist (around 6:00 p.m.) responded with a passive-aggressive attitude and told me that I should not have used the “Do Not Disturb” sign. Shockingly, the replacement bed sheets also had blood stains. Finding blood on one set of sheets is unacceptable; finding it on a second set raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards! Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything, the customer service is unprofessional, and the staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be escalating this matter to the appropriate authorities and consumer protection organizations

We really enjoyed our time at HSM Reina del Mar hotel in S’Arenal. The staff at the reception, in the restaurant and the cleaning persons were really kind, helpful, they seemed to be enjoying doing their work. The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach, nightlife, restaurants, shops. You find parking lots in the neighbourhood. The hotel has 9 floors, two elevators, each room has balcony, we had a really nice sea view. The room was spacious enough, it was cleaned daily, our bed was arranged everyday and the bedsheets always looked clean, I’m not sure if they were changed daily but they were always clean. Also the mattress and the pillows were really comfortable and in good condition. We checked for bugs as we always do and saw none. The furniture was in good condition even though it looked a bit dated. But we didn’t came in Palma to stay in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was clean, the towels were changed daily as far as I remember and we had hot water every time. There were full bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The reception looked modern and spacious. It has a bar and a TV, it has an outside pool and sun beds, there is a room to play ping pong. The food was really great, exceeded our expectations, with a great variety and they refilled it quickly every time. We had breakfast and dinner and every time they were great. After full beach days we were really hungry at the dinner and we always had good food to choose from. At the breakfast there were many vegetables, for protein there was tuna and varieties of eggs, plenty of deserts, croissants, pain au chocolate, yogurts, fruits like oranges and grapefruit. At dinner the main course was changed daily. Plenty of dessert, fruits, ice cream, vegetables. We thought before the trip that we would try the dinner one or two times the the hotel and then dine out some other nights, but the food was good everyday and didn’t feel the need to try other food somewhere else.

​We stayed at this hotel from 3rd to 7th May. Pau at reception wasvery friendly and helpful. While the location is great—with easy access to the beach, local shops, and public transport—the service was little disappointing. ​One of us had a birthday on 6th May during our stay, but the hotel didn't even acknowledge it with a simple card, which was upset. The variety of food was good for breakfast and dinner.Furthermore, we were surprised that drinking water isn't provided on the tables during dinner. This is a basic international standard that was unfortunately missing here. Overall, a convenient location, but the hospitality needs improvement. Best wishes from family Orobchuk, room 604. ​

the food is amazing, the staf is very proffesional and nice. I mean you cant exepct to much from 3 stars, the rooms are clean and those maid make the beds like in the military. Very put together. The sound isolation doesnt exist. Ehem, you can pracicaly hear everything that is a bit pouder. Sometimes it can be a bit akward hehehheheh. But for this cheep price you get more that what you pay for

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and everything was amazing. The food was excellent, and the hotel’s location is perfect—only a 4-minute walk to the beach, with easy access to everything you might need. The room was small but clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, professional, and multilingual. A special thanks to the restaurant manager, Alberito, and the waiter, Mamadou, who were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. They truly take great care of all their guests. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

Pros - great location, lovely facilities and clean dining room Cons - dirty room, not working appliances Arrived at this 4 star hotel (it should be 3) it looked great from the outside. Lovely gentleman checked us in and off we went to our room. Que the issues. We walked into a room with a dusty and dirty floor. By day 3 this STILL HAD NOT BE CLEANED The room itself was nice although a glass door is all that separated anyone staying with you and the toilet. Then we picked up on the broken items. Bathroom mirror light- not working Hair dryer - not working Balcony light - not working Ants were also found scattered randomly throughout the room and into the shower (which could barely stay warm) The tv also only features local channels with no way to connect anything via hdmi or wirelessly. Honestly a sad experience from what could have been a lovely hotel. The WiFi was fantastic, breakfast was great with an amazing selection, the pool both front and rear are well located with ample sunbeds. It’s just been tarnished by the lacklustre room

I had a great experience as a female solo traveler. Safe, reliable, clean. Rooms are spacious, food is delicious and huge selection. I didn’t have photos from lunch and dinner, but they were also as great as breakfast. Location is close to the central beach, and 10-15 min to less crowded beaches with great view. Room service was everyday, stuff is friendly. Overall great value if you arrive in early June. Bus stop to city and airport is walking distance 3-5 min. Groceries around.

A beautiful sea and sunset view on the 6th floor. Very kind and welcoming staff with extra thumbs up for Gabriel who was very kind and went the exta mile for the customers. The food was very rich and that's not really my taste. Also luke warm... Breakfast was excellent. Especially with the new coffeemachine that was installed. No separate bathroom and clear showerdoor so very little privacy as I was there with a friend. But we solved that by enjoying the poolbar while the other one was in the shower 😁. Good location. Close to the seaside. Beach, shops and bars on the right side and nature and quiet on the left side. So something for everyone. I would go there again but not all in as the food was not my taste. Keep in mind that because of Spanish law, alcoholic beverages are only included during lunch and dinner.

So, an honest review: The service is amazing—from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. Both the chefs and waiters provided incredibly good service; they truly deserve a raise! The room was okay and clean when I arrived. Lunch and dinner were also 5-star quality—really amazing. However, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast as much. The scrambled eggs seemed a bit artificial, and while there were two types of bacon, one was too fatty and the other was some kind of unfamiliar meat. Everything else was fine. My room had a pool view, but the music being played there was a bit too loud. There also weren’t enough sunbeds, though it’s not a huge issue—you just have to be early to get one. As for the other guests, many were older and didn’t seem very aware of personal space. Some were quite rude and seemed to judge me and my sister because of our tattoos, although others were very nice. That said, this is obviously not something the hotel can control. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Don’t let the things I personally didn’t like discourage you from booking your stay here. I would come back again if I visit Palma in the future.

The room was smaller than expected. But it is clean and the AC worked well. The entertainment has been great fun to watch and take part in, both during the day and in the evening, thanks to Coco. Not only does he speak many languages, but he is also good at getting people to join in as he is very friendly. The pool volleyball during the day and Karaoke in the evening were two memorable activities of the holiday.

I booked a stay at the Blueasea for myself and my two teens (16yrs & 19yrs) (27th July for 3 nights) ; i specifically booked,,and confirmed by email in advance a single room and twim room, specifically stating (3) beds to be separated- which the hotel replied and confirmed, I also requested rooms to be close together. Unfortunately, on arrival, our room set up was wrong we were a bed short, and on separate sides of the hotel floor.  We had been given 2 very small rooms with just one bed in each. We arrived around 11pm, tired, and were looking forward to sorting out the issue quickly,  however,  we were told the hotel was full so no other rooms or beds were available,  so despite being a bed short nothing could be done. This was disappointing and stressful. I sat waiting in reception for a resolution for a long time. After lengthy discussions and explaining to reception why i was not able to sleep in a bed with my 16year old Son, staff did then manage to find a single bed in the basement which they placed in our single room (after moving furniture) AT 2AM!!!. The bed had no mattress topper and due to lack of space in the room, blocked access to using the wardrobe and meant my teenage Son and Daughter sleeping next to each other in a very tight space, which was not ideal or pleasant. I did not find it acceptable to arrive at a hotel at 11pm and have to wait until 2am for a bed.. we were all exhausted and unable to get/settle into our rooms until 2.15am. In addition to bed shortage issue, one room (413) had a strong smell of urine/ drainage, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The TV remote did not work either, so not tv. On the night of our arrival the vending machine was out of order, and water machine next to reception was empty. Receptionist was aware and said they would fill the water machine up, but after 2.30 we were too tired to wait any longer so went bed without water. The next morning at 10.30am we were given the twin room we booked (a large twin, rooms closer together),,we were able to make ourselves comfortable- its a shame it took us to the second day to get sorted. During our 3 nights stay, We had room service only once - which was nothing more than a towel change - other days our rooms were missed. Food was a little on the basic side, but for 3*, reasonable. There was fresh fruit each service which was good. Walls are very thin, could hear my neighbour snoring, and on our 2nd night the room next door to our twin room were very noisy into the early hours - reception staff did knock on the door, but we're ignored, so another restless night. The one star is given purely because the staff were very friendly and approachable,  and although they couldn't always resolve the issues, they remained polite. They were helpful with booking taxis for us and answering our questions politely.

As a solo traveler, I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. The location is absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect. A huge thank you to Ines at the reception—she explained everything so well and made it super easy for me. She is incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lovely place . Staff very friendly and helpful .Beds were comfy. The pool was great and nice and warm late afternoon. Very clean and maintenance teams round all the time . Mostly family friendly there were some raucous lads about some of the time though but when the manager told them off they behaved.It takes about 12 mins to walk to beach . The food was pretty good though perhaps a fruit salad would have been nice not just whole or in thick slices. Plenty of variety. The chap who organised the activities was super fun . We had a lovely time here .

Not all inclusive, only beer and Wine 3 drinks per person and at certain times of the day. No entertainment. Air-Con unit started leaking one evening reported to reception and just given towels and told to wait till 8am the next morning (no sleep that evening due to the dripping noise and worried as I go to the toilet regularly throughout the night that I might slip on the water) - Noon when the engineer arrived as his priority was to put the pool beds out (reception told me that morning he had those jobs to do first). Wet towels then just left in the room so I then had to locate a cleaner to dispose of them. Loveholidays was useless too. Only positive was the food

⭐️ ⭐️ Hi everyone, When we first arrived at the hotel, they immediately tried to give us room 315. Our friends had actually been offered the same room before, and it was terrible. The entrance door was swollen from the humidity and was very difficult to open and close. There was also a lot of someone else’s hair all over the room, including in the bed. Eventually, they changed our room to #4. Overall, the hotel isn’t too bad, but I would say it’s more like a hostel in terms of service. During our one-week stay, the room was cleaned only twice. They cleaned it on the second day, and after that I had to go and remind the staff twice to clean the room and change the bed linen. The service is not well organized. The only thing that really saves this hotel is the food! The food is actually quite good and there is a good variety. The location is also pretty decent. However, I wouldn’t want to come back here again.

Upon entering the hotel it looked clean and spacious. Check in was flawless. Went to my 5th floor room and immediately on opening the door the stench hit me. Probably not been aired in awhile I thought, opened patio doors it was 1am and id been travelling all day so was tired. Went to take a shower, mold on the shower curtain., filthy scum marks and harden water stains all around soap dispenser and front of bath. (Needs a good deep clean). Sheets were clean but the flimsy bed rattled every time I moved. No privacy on the balcony between rooms. View from balcony of what I can only describe as a shanty town Breakfast was basic. Pool area on lvl 1 small Pool on lvl 10 small Dinner for awful they say british food is bland, well this was so tasteless Tried to buy a drink of cola but because I wasn't all inclusive she was very rude to me even though I was going to pay for it. Beach very close, but I didn't feel safe as a lone female walking the side streets after dark. Only pool bar open and no other entertainment I wouldn't recommend this hotel for familes especially with young children.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on an All Inclusive basis. Our experience with the food was mixed. There was enough food, but there were quite a lot of fried dishes, and we would have liked more variety. Some of the fruit and vegetables were not always very fresh. The condition of the room also left a lot to be desired. The furniture was noticeably worn, the toilet was loose and unstable, and we noticed signs of mold in the bathroom. On the positive side, our room was cleaned every day. A big positive was the staff. The reception staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help whenever we had a question or needed assistance. The service and cleaning staff were also friendly and did their job well. We really appreciated their attitude towards the guests. The most unpleasant experience for us was seeing a very large cockroach in the bathroom. After returning home, while unpacking and carefully checking our luggage, we found another small cockroach among our belongings. We cannot say for certain where it came from, but after seeing a cockroach in the hotel bathroom, this was obviously very concerning for us. We now sincerely hope that this will not lead to any problems with insects in our home. Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our overall impression of the stay. We hope that the hotel management will pay particular attention to the cleanliness and condition of the rooms, as well as pest control. Overall, the staff deserve special praise for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to get a room with a sea view, but our friends weren’t. It really makes a big difference. You can also ask at the reception for beach items, as guests often leave umbrellas, inflatables, and other beach equipment for others to use. The rooms are a bit old, but the beds are very comfortable, and we slept really well. Everything was always clean. The food was good, with plenty of variety. I wouldn’t recommend the all-inclusive alcoholic drinks. If you enjoy good coffee, it’s worth paying for one at the pool bar. The elevators and the lobby are not air-conditioned, which was really uncomfortable. In the evening, we sometimes had to wait up to 20 minutes for an elevator just to get to the restaurant. The town where the hotel is located is very lively and popular with young German tourists who party every night. If you’re travelling with children, I’d recommend choosing a different area. The beach was okay, but the water wasn’t very clean, and it was quite noisy. We ended up visiting other beaches nearby, and those were much better.
