El Arenal
For a trip that promises sun, sea and smiles, a holiday to El Arenal is the perfect destination. Situated on the south western coastline of the island of Mallorca, El Arenal is the perfect place for families, couples and older people. The terrain is fairly flat, and boasts lots of swimming pools and white sandy beaches to soak up the glorious Spanish sunshine.
The evenings can be spent in one of many bars, clubs and restaurants which give El Arenal its reputation for a vibrant nightlife. If you’re bringing your family, there are many resorts in the area, which are perfect for young children. Lifeguards man the water slides and pools, there are plenty of places to get a bite to eat and there are quiet areas around the hotels at nighttime.

I am very disappointed with how my issue was handled by the hotel. On the day of check-out, I used a vending machine and paid for a product, but the machine did not dispense it.
I reported the problem at reception and was instructed to send an email describing the situation and provide my bank details, with the assurance that I would receive a refund. Despite sending three emails, I never received any response.
After finally reaching the hotel by phone, I was told that refunds are only issued in cash, which completely contradicts the information I was originally given. As a result, I feel misled and unfairly treated.
It makes me wonder how many other guests have been in the same situation and never recovered their money. This is unacceptable customer service and a very disappointing experience overall. I do not recommend this hotel.

I just finished my stay at this hotel.
I have mixed feelings about this one. I really loved that beach and sea is just minute walk from hotel. Bars, restaurants and shops are close too so that’s a big plus.
Elevators are terrible. You have to wait long time for it.
Food is simple but tasty. I really enjoyed some desserts. Coffee is not the best and I was disappointed in that as I’m coffee lover. I personally dont like wine or beer and it was the only drink that was included for all inclusive drinks. I had to pay for cocktail.
Cafeteria is busy and really really loud.
Guests are way to loud and you can’t enjoy your meals in peace.
Rooms are mostly clean but a little bit old fashioned.
Bathroom was clean but hand soap dispenser is far from sink which is weird and not comfortable to use. I think there also should be hair conditioner and shampoo, not body and hair wash 2 in 1. I had to buy my own stuff.
Balcony is fine but there should be line with pegs to dry clothes and towels form beach.
I think there also should be iron for clothes.
Photos of dirty bed frame.

We booked two rooms with breakfast and dinner for four days. The location is very good, close to S’Arenal beach, with many bus stops and supermarkets nearby. For the price, the rooms and service were quite nice. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was bad. Although the food looked good, it didn’t taste good, and some items were actually stale. Additionally, the food items were not labelled with ingredients, which made it quite a hassle for vegetarians or vegans.
flaminga pyd
The food in the hotel is tasteless. The only things that are edible are fruits like kiwi, melon, and pineapple. The coffee from the machine tastes like instant coffee and is undrinkable. The all-inclusive package is very poor value for money.
The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms look like they are about 20 years old, and the furniture is outdated. Outside, it is very noisy, and it is hard to fall asleep at night.
I’m sorry, but I do not recommend this hotel.

Where to start....
This hotel has to be the worst in Spain.
Staff are rude and unhelpful.
Room was average, beds were two singles pushed together and they came apart easily so good luck if you're a couple.
We were all inclusive, DO NOT DO IT.
The bars were always shut, there were no drinks on offer at all.
Food was awful at best. Watery carbonara sauce over warm ish pasta.
We've gone out every day because we simple can't bring ourselves to eat their muck.
Staff have a bad attitude, they demand a euro deposit for a cup that's about the size of a half pint and won't even give you soft drinks.
Alcohol is 3 drinks max per meal which again is in half pint glasses which can't leave the restaurant and the bar by the pool is closed at all times. Rip off holiday, terrible facilities, awful food and staff that should never be in a customer service job.
Like I said, worst hotel I've ever experienced. Run down dump and if there was option for less than one star, this war zone would get it. AVOID.
Stephen Wood
Was well looked after with the staff, very friendly people and helpful, if you haven't sat-nav, a bit difficult to find that's the only thing, I would potentially go back to the hotel, and food was well presented..
Elaine Healy
Positives - the staff at the pool and buffet were lovely. The downstairs pool was lovely but they are missing a trick with the upstairs pool. It has Beautiful panoramic views but no amenities.
shower was strong, reception was clean and their staff helpful. That's where it ends.
Negatives - absolutely in need of a remodel. Bathrooms in every room were tiny. You had to straddle the toilet to close the door. Enamel missing off bath, rooms small, cleaning service very poor, bed clothes not changed in 8 days. No towels in room on first day. Bed made but top sheets taken and not replaced. Toilet roll not replaced, floors not cleaned during stay.
I appreciate the rule about drinks in all inclusive but giving tiny glasses is really cheating people.
One lady who was not all inclusive got some cold water out of the drinks machine and was told this was not permitted. Water is a basic human right - very disappointing behaviour.
No fridge in room - some people had medication with them to be refridgerated
Poor show

The hotel is modest, tidy, and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially at the reception – they will do their best to fulfill any request. We arrived on 11.09.2025 around 11 a.m., and the receptionist was extremely friendly, smiling, and accommodating. Kudos to her!

⭐ 1/5 – Definitely Not All Inclusive and Very Disappointing
This hotel was completely mis-sold as all inclusive when it definitely isn’t. Drinks — including beer and soft drinks — are not free, and we had to pay for everything. The food was absolutely rancid, nothing like what you’d expect from an all-inclusive stay, and we ended up spending extra money just to eat elsewhere.
The pool area gets no sun at all during the day, so you’re left sitting in the shade unless you go up nine flights of stairs or take a lift to a rooftop pool area. The bar is downstairs, which makes it really inconvenient if you want to relax in the sun with a drink.
Our room was tired and poorly maintained, and I even cut my foot on the bath because a chunk of enamel was missing. The balcony was tiny and the so-called “sea view” was actually a direct view of a block of flats. When we complained, staff said there was nothing else available and offered no refund or alternative.
Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. Misleading advertising, unsafe fixtures, and terrible food — easily one of the worst holidays I’ve had. I’ll be reporting this to the ombudsman and ATOL for mis-selling. Avoid until serious improvements are made.

Not as bad as comments say. For the price was impressed. room was clean lovely lighting powerful shower and balcony. The chambermaid was amazing and works so hard. Grounds were clean and big pool areas with bar. As room only can't comment on the food but some staff did need addressing and manager was polite and advised would deal with it. Elevators need refurbishing. 15 min walk to beach and start of pomonard. Can get busses (25) straight to palma.

The hotel is a tragedy. Everything is loud. It's like the walls are made of cardboard.
You get the impression the staff are doing you a favor. They roll their eyes when they clear plates .The towels are regularly changed so that's a plus. The drinks at the bar are disgusting, just 100% artificial. It's probably just powdered water mixed together.
The food, well, it's not the worst, but it leaves a lot to be desired. As for the buffet, there's a large selection, but no local cuisine. If you're hoping for paella, you'll be disappointed because you won't find a single shrimp in it, even after an hour. The tomatoes and oranges are tasteless, worse than the ones we can buy in rainy Belgium.
I think these are products that should simply taste better because they're grown in the Majorcan sun.
And the food they serve at the pool bar is simply TRAGIC. I'm stressing that with big letters—it's just unthinkable that you pay for all-inclusive and get two completely artificial hamburger buns full of preservatives, with a cold slice of cheese inside.
Everything I was given at that pool bar was just cold and inedible.
The drinks at the pool bar were also just disgusting.
I understand it's not a five-star hotel, but seriously, you shouldn't have to cut corners like this.. I think anyone who eats a normal, average diet wouldn't be able to swallow any of this, or it's simply very unpleasant to eat and drink what they're serving.
The pools are really a two or three-star at most.Visually, they are not pleasant.
The pools aren't big either.
AND -The biggest problem at the pool is the lack of sun loungers for more than half of the hotel's guests.
The beach is quite a distance away, so you have to struggle to get to it.
Yes, on the plus side—although it depends on who you ask—there are many bars and restaurants nearby.
And of course, there are plenty of nearby souvenir shops.
Volcz -
I stayed here for one week in August for a vacation. The first impression was just “okay” — nothing special despite the 3-star rating.
The room comfort was poor. The bed was unpleasant, the lighting was.. decent (and one light didn’t even work), and while the temperature was fine, the shower was a disaster — the door didn’t seal, so water leaked onto the floor, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.
Food quality was low, and the staff did not improve the experience. They came across as cold, avoiding eye contact when speaking, which left a bad impression.
The location was fine, but not enough to make up for the shortcomings. On top of the stay, there was an additional €30 fee just to “live” there, which felt unreasonable.
I do not recommend Seramar Hotel Luna Park and would not live here again, mostly due to the staff.
ben dain-smith
Bed was two singles pushed together, room smelled faintly of smoke, flooding the bathroom when showering was basically unavoidable, and it would be nice to have a bathroom door.
All of that aside, it was a comfortable stay with straightforward, friendly staff, good breakfast, and in a decent location. A short walk will take you to the beach, or bus stops to take you elsewhere.
If you're looking for a satisfying option on a bit of a budget, this might be a good place for you.

I stayed at to Luna Park hotel for a week in Early October. I found the check in quick and efficient and I was very happy with the room that I was allocated. I chose to upgrade to a pool view room and I was not disappointed.
I stayed on a half board bases and the hotels breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The evening meal was good and I enjoyed the large choice of fruit available.
I found the pool area clean and tidy and was always able to get a sunbed. I will say that they are poor sunbeds as they do not have a adjustable back
The hotel has good free WiFi and the bar has a good choice of drinks and ok prices.
The hotel is located in a quiet area of a busy resort. There are buses close by to Palma city centre and the airport.
Overall I havd a great time and would happily return again.

Lovely place . Staff very friendly and helpful .Beds were comfy. The pool was great and nice and warm late afternoon. Very clean and maintenance teams round all the time . Mostly family friendly there were some raucous lads about some of the time though but when the manager told them off they behaved. It takes about 12 mins to walk to beach . The food was pretty good though perhaps a fruit salad would have been nice not just whole or in thick slices. Plenty of variety. The chap who organised the activities was super fun . We had a lovely time here .

Left today after arriving Sunday. What can I say such an amazing stay. Food was lovely. Great location. A special shout out to Ines on reception, she’s so lovely and friendly. Just one of the many reasons I will be returning. Thank you for an amazing stay ☺️

Booked 3rd party so not surprised to be given a room with a balcony facing another building. At least we 'enjoyed' the man having a shower directly opposite with semi opaque glass. Rooms basic but clean, pool nice. Food very poor, nothing vegetarian except salad and plain pasta with sauce that tasted like tomato ketchup. The all inclusive white wine is quite nice but the orange juice is disgustingly chemical.
Evening entertainment is laughable, inc bingo. Ok for over 80 year olds.

We stayed for 4 nights Aug 2025. Arrived late so missed dinner. But was not offered anything. Check in was ok guy was very nice who checked us in but was very hard to hear him due to karaoke. Our room was ok. It smelled bad on the day we arrived of very strong urine. Shower was good, hair dryer good, soap and body wash was supplied and was good. Beds are hard and old but still comfy enough. We asked for extra pillows and it was no problem. Our balcony looked out to the street, I would have liked a pool view. It was noisy at night. We were on second floor. Some of the staff were so nice but one guy in particular was not very nice at all. He always seemed annoyed any time I approached the bar for a drink. You get 3 alcoholic drinks at lunchtime and 3 at dinner time. Dinner is at 7.30. I asked for one of my "all inclusive drinks" at 7.25 and I had to stand and wait for 5 mins before he would give it to me which I thought was ridiculous. He incorrectly told me another night the time had passed for the 3 drinks then realised his error and gave me my drink reluctantly. Another night he upset me so bad when I brought my empty glass up for a refill he spoke to me like I was a naughty child because I had a glass on the balcony of the bar as nobody had told me it was not allowed.i told him I didn't know and that I was really upset and wanted his name to complain of his rudeness and how he made me feel like a beggar any time I went for one if my 3 drinks. And he always had a look on his face never a friendly smile always annoyance. There were others drinking from glasses and not plastic cups too but nothing was said to them. He just had a problem with me. He said then he was so sorry so sorry. Be prepared to wait for a drink when it's "all inclusive" time for a beer or wine as mostly only 1 oerson serving and always very slow. The air con was not great in our room either. Cleaning staff were very friendly. You should bring your own towel for the poolside as you have to pay for a towel if not. Pool opens at 10 and closes at 8. Nice temperature all day. No problem getting beds. They tell you unlimited snacks are included in "all inclusive" but don't be fooled when you see Pringles and chocolate behind the bar. These are not included. The all inclusive snacks are sandwiches and pasties. The food in the restaurant was good. Alot of choice and every day something different. You will find something even if you have fussy eaters. Coffee is very good. There is an ice cream machine that you pull your own cone but it pours out runny ice cream so be warned. Alot of people we chatted to complained about the food but I found it ok. Some evenings nicer than others. Would I come back? No. It was ok but the member of staff who was rude all the time really put me off and made me feel so annoyed and the location is not great its further from the beach and marina than I expected. My little boy didn't feel safe walking outside the hotel at night.

We stayed at this hotel from 3rd to 7th May. Pau at reception wasvery friendly and helpful.
While the location is great—with easy access to the beach, local shops, and public transport—the service was little disappointing.
One of us had a birthday on 6th May during our stay, but the hotel didn't even acknowledge it with a simple card, which was upset. The variety of food was good for breakfast and dinner.Furthermore, we were surprised that drinking water isn't provided on the tables during dinner. This is a basic international standard that was unfortunately missing here. Overall, a convenient location, but the hospitality needs improvement.
Best wishes from family Orobchuk, room 604.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful, acting as if guests were a burden rather than customers. The food in the restaurant was terrible — it was cold, tasteless, and the same every day. The walls seemed to be made of paper, because I could hear everything from the rooms next door, including people talking and televisions late at night.
What’s worse, the hotel is definitely not suitable for young people. There was nothing to do in the evenings, no social areas or entertainment, and the staff seemed annoyed whenever we tried to have fun or play music quietly. Overall, my stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for young travelers.
Arkadiusz Maj
We visited this place as part of a school trip, and it was a complete disaster from the very beginning. The hotel wasn’t even ready for our arrival — rooms were unprepared, food was cold, stale, and simply unpleasant to eat. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted as if guests were an inconvenience rather than people to serve.
The atmosphere was completely inappropriate for students. The walls are so thin that we could clearly hear everything happening in other rooms, including extremely private noises. Despite multiple complaints, the reception staff ignored the issue and did absolutely nothing to improve the situation.
Later, we were unexpectedly asked to check out early because, as we were told, the hotel was suddenly “for adults only,” even though they had knowingly accepted a group of underage students. This behaviour was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
There are no attractions or pleasant places nearby, and the overall experience left us shocked by the lack of organization, hospitality, and basic decency. This is definitely not a hotel suitable for school groups or anyone expecting minimum comfort and respect. There are far better and safer places in the area — avoid this one at all costs.
Terina
Love this hotel, the only thing is no fridge or tea and coffee in the room. Staff are lovely and really helpful and it's literally a little walk from the beach.

HOTEL SAFF RECORDED AND SHARED VIDEO OF OUR ROOM. I filled a complain and no one asnwered. It's been over a month now. mail Official Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior and Lack of Basic Services
Very disappointing stay.
• The room was not cleaned properly for days, even when we requested it.
• We did not receive clean bed sheets or toilet paper without having to beg at the reception.
• Worst of all, staff members recorded a video of our private hotel room without our consent and shared it on WhatsApp, even commenting on our personal belongings in a disrespectful way. There were even our underwear in the video.
This is a shocking violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in any hotel before.

Just finished a short all inclusive holiday here and loved it!
Perfect location! Staff were amazing!
Some of the hotel is a bit dated but everywhere was very clean.
Myself and my daughter need a gluten free diet and the restaurant team were AMAZING!! Went round with us every meal and were really knowledgeable. We are quite sensitive and had no problems whatsoever!! So much choice!
Only downside was the pool doesn’t really get much sun till midday and they need a few more sun loungers but other than that we would definitely return!!
All in all a fantastic couple of days away and we all said how we would have liked to stay longer 👏👏

was really worried about coming here after reading all the bad reviews but thankfully wasn’t bad at all!
- just to preface i was speaking spanish at this hotel, not english so keep that in mind-
staff are lovely and welcoming, does help if you can speak spanish in order to communicate as some staff don’t know english too well.
reception staff are really helpful and welcoming, especially the girl Ginger she was lovely!
we had a room for three people and it was two normal beds and then an extra on the side which i had no problem with, so just depends on the person.
no issues with bugs or things like that which we were worried about!
cleaning staff did a great job at cleaning our room and were always polite when we saw them through the corridors.
restaurant was a bit chaotic and food wasn’t terribleeeee but the staff are so friendly, polite and super hardworking.
the lady with glasses that does the entertainment at nighttime is so lovely and kind and she really made the entertainment great!
bar staff were great and very friendly, in Bahamas 1 (not the main hotel) the older man who works at the pool bar was great. ricardo in the main bar and his taller slim colleague with a beard were also very kind and welcoming.
just keep in mind that there are two pools at this hotel, we found that the pool in bahamas 1 (across the road from the main hotel) was more often than not better than the main pool. although most times it got packed with spanish teens (up to 60 at a time) and they were not very respectful of space or of belongings (they threw our pool ball over a fence) but that is no reflection of the hotel or its service.
photos attached are the pool in the other building and the view from our room (floor 6)

I booked this property mainly due to its attractive low price, yet encountered location confusion upon arrival: the navigation destination differs from the actual check-in building, which belongs to MLL Hotels and sits in another building on the adjacent road; the overnight accommodation unit is located at the opposite of the check-in building.
Despite the location hassle, the overall value exceeds my pre-booking expectations. The room is clean, quiet, and a 10-minute stroll leads to a high-quality beach—far nicer than I anticipated before arrival. Housekeeping service was provided mid-stay even for my short two-night visit.
Minor drawbacks include an unpleasant-scented room air freshener, thin bed sheets, and lengthy front desk waiting times especially during peak hours owing to large guest volumes; I did not try the on-site breakfast. All things considered, the stay is excellent value for money if priced under 60 EUR per night.

i stayed at this resort with a friend for 4 nights. firstly, the building they set us up in was disappointing as there was no working pool nor a restaurant. we had to travel to the opposite hotel to use those services. the food served at the buffet justified the only £1 add-on for the all-inclusive, as apart from breakfast the rest was frankly unappealing.
onto the room - the lack of fridge and kettle renders it below average, and the air conditioner seemed to randomly turn on and off, operating on its own liking. the bed was okay, however the thin blankets and pillows leave a lot to be desired. i also wish there were more charging ports in convenient places. furthermore, i was mildly concerned about the cleanliness of the room, there was a lot of dust, pillows and blankets didn't get changed, and there was a half empty glass in my room that wasn't collected the whole time i was there. more effort needs to be put into ensuring a great standard of hygiene. overall, if we stayed in the main hotel, i don't doubt our stay and subsequently this review would be a lot more positive, however it felt like we were given the scraps of the resort, for it felt barren and isolated from the main building, making it to be like we had the short end of the stick.

When I checked in, there was a very nice lady at the front desk who helped me out; she was super friendly (she was working with a man on Tuesday evening/night). When I checked out, it was the same two people again, and everything went really smoothly and easily—two very nice people. Best wishes to you both 🙏🏼✨

The hotel is clean & tidy. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Food was well presented but very poor, . Overall I'd say cheap and cheerful but wouldn't return to the area due to the place being absolutely over run by Germans. DO NOT book all inclusive, it's not worth it. Better off going to the onsite supernarket or the one just outside the hotel for drinks & snacks. We were told the snack bar had a variety of choices like pizza chips etc but there was cold meats and fruit that's it.

I've been there for 5 nights, the room was OK, nothing incredible but that was decent , all the pools were closed , which is bad when on the website this is not specified but whatever , the Check-in was weird , i had to wait 30 minutes ( which is fine in this case because I arrived at 13:30) but when I've been at 14:00 they was telling me to wait again , so 10 minutes later I've goes , and I've seen they gived me the key of someone else, which is bad , the instruction for the room numbers was not clear , but well I've been there again and a nice guy gived me the good keys ( finally) , for the food what to say.. It was bad , low quality and also something that was really weird : they was always putting off the soft machine drink , like isnt it supposed to be accessible ? To be fair i feel like this hotel have a wasted potential , i think you should going there only if you are on a low budget and that you not here for long

A beautiful sea and sunset view on the 6th floor.
Very kind and welcoming staff with extra thumbs up for Gabriel who was very kind and went the exta mile for the customers.
The food was very rich and that's not really my taste. Also luke warm...
Breakfast was excellent. Especially with the new coffeemachine that was installed.
No separate bathroom and clear showerdoor so very little privacy as I was there with a friend. But we solved that by enjoying the poolbar while the other one was in the shower 😁.
Good location. Close to the seaside. Beach, shops and bars on the right side and nature and quiet on the left side. So something for everyone.
I would go there again but not all in as the food was not my taste.
Keep in mind that because of Spanish law, alcoholic beverages are only included during lunch and dinner.

The hotel is nice, pictures are better than reality of course, but its alright. Breakfast is ok, lunch and dinner are way better. All inclusive is maybe not what you would expect, you can get only 3 drinks for free. We did get charged for an all inclusive upgrade the day that we leave, so that sucked. Staff is nice, location is nice, overall its a decent 3 star hotel in my opinion.

Honest review, staff are friendly, the location is really nice, rooftop view is great, food is fresh and chefs are friendly too... Now as for rooms ... I definitely would not rate this 4 star.. the rooms compare to a budget hotel in the UK... Glass sliding toilet doors... Views of neighbouring flats...beds aren't even doubles ... They're like hospital beds on wheels .. you move them they begin to rise up to head height ... Very loud in corridors ... All inclusive ... Again ... Pretty poor.. can only get soft drinks in the day which we were aware of ... But when you are on a rooftop... Having to travel 7 stories every time for a drink is ridiculous... No waiter service to compensate for this ... No snacks in-between meals... Rooftop bar is only available for charged drinks ... Bit of a capitalisation on the laws... You should offer spirits or cocktails , people don't want to drink beer or wine with all inclusive .. don't get me wrong the hotel is ok... But I've visited 20 plus 4 star hotels ... All have surpassed this in all ways ... A good budget holiday but needs a lot of work

The hotel is nice, I would say its on the lower end of 4 star. The location is great, 30mins on bus from the airport, you can walk to the sea/beach from the hotel. Its good distance from the pubs, bar again you can walk to the main bit so you go out but not be disturbed by the noise.
My room was small, but fine for 1 person, it would be a squeeze for two people. It had a great sunset views on the 6th floor, sea facing, however being on the 6th floor you are just below the sky bar which can be noisy due to events.
The service was good, with staff know multiple languages or enough english to help you find something in the hotel. On my last day a cleaner did enter my room despite being 1hr before checkout and do not disturb on my door.
The all inclusive is okay, the meals are good with lots of variety each day, however for me everything was very, rich, oily, buttery, so didnt always agree with me after. The drink selection is basic and limited to 3 as per local law.
I would visit again solo for cheap week away

I stayed for 5 nights in August 2025,
I went on an all-inclusive solo holiday and stayed here MLL Mediterranean Bay I’m 25 years old and from the UK for reference.
I would say the hotel has a lot of an older demographic so if you’re a younger person looking for a more age-inclusive hotel. In my experience this wasn’t the case. Only 3 alcohol drinks were allowed in the all inclusive package during lunch and dinner, but only covered beer and wine. For this reason, I would say it’s not really for the younger demographic.
When I stayed, there wasn’t a lot on for entertainment except from my last 2 nights which seemed to be enjoyable for some but it was not really my thing. Location is fair, not a long walk to the nearby beach and the town El Arenal itself has a good atmosphere.
I took a daytrip to Palma while I was here which was about a 25 - 30 minute Uber and it was breathtaking! My Uber driver even said to me the beach in Palma was a lot better than where I was staying.
I was a bit disappointed to see there wasn’t a self-service refillable soft drinks station at the hotel (except for coffee and the mini-snack bar that was located in the pool bar) it was a bit awkward for me on my own having to go up to the bar and ask for drinks especially because the cups were quite small, so it would’ve been helpful to refill my cups myself. Cocktails were a decent size which I would expect so having I paid for them! Sadly the refillable soft drinks cups were not and I spent a lot of the time buying bottles of cola and fanta from the convenience stores and storing them in the mini-fridge in my hotel and refilling my flask all day.
During the day, the hotel bar service was good but during the evenings once it got busier staff were rushed off their feet with drink orders, it took me about 20 minutes to get a drink so I was a bit discouraged to drink at the hotel with the wait time. Not to mention drinks were cheaper down the road in El Arenal. Especially cocktails!
But the hotel was fairly good, especially with the convenience stores nearby. The food at the hotel was delicious but a lot of the same thing, and not much selection so I sort of regretted getting the all-inclusive package because I didn’t eat a lot there. Fortunately in El Arenal there is a lot of restaurants to go and eat and prices weren’t too bad either.
But all in all, I enjoyed my holiday. I probably wouldn’t stay here again as there wasn’t a lot going on when I stayed. It would’ve helped if there was a DJ playing every night but there was only one scheduled to be there sadly on the night I was leaving. I explained to the hotel I had a late flight so they let me store my luggage which was a huge help because I walked down to El Arenal and spent my whole day there.
If you’re an older person — Book it.
You’re going to love it but I’d say to avoid it if you’re a younger person just because the hotel atmosphere really bored me.

Super gelegen mit Bus zum Airport vor der Tür.
I got a super price online, !!beware!! you can only book via the internet not at reception. I wanted to extend by one day, it ended up a big mission via the agent.
One minus star for not having enough blankets for all rooms. Only sheets are too little for night , does get cool.
Otherwise all good, nice stay, nice room, good location, best price ( depends on the agent)

The worst hotel! I don't even know where to start. First of all, the pictures on the website are not in accordance with reality. The furniture is extremely old, it smells very bad. I travel a lot and it has never happened to me not to have a mini-fridge in the room, there is no free wifi. I asked the cleaning lady to give me another towel to put in the shower on the floor and she said she would make an exception because they don't have enough for everyone. The last day I had something to put in the fridge and they didn't want it, they said we had to rent it for 8 euros per day. The balconies are separated by a transparent glass. The wardrobes are broken, there are no sockets in the room, only the one for the TV and one in the bathroom for the hairdryer. We had to charge our phone in the bathroom. I'm not the type to give negative reviews and I really try to enjoy my vacation and leave the minor things aside, but this hotel was too much, they do absolutely nothing for the customers, they are not kind at all.

Hotel with many flaws. However, the price is good. The WLAN and the safe cost extra. The balconies are only separated by a glass pane and you can look into the rooms of the others. Everything very loud. The room door had very large gap dimensions. In the bathroom, the water ran into the hallway while showering. Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. The surfaces were all dusty. There was black hair in the bathroom. Positive is the very favourable price and the central location. For a short party holiday completely sufficient, for a relaxing holiday there are much better three star hotels.

Great location. Nice pool and lovely hotel lobby area. Rooms were just what you needed with good air con and comfy beds. Wish the balcony could’ve been more private and wish the door wasn’t awful to open.
Would recommend, no issues at all.
Food wasn’t anything crazy good but was good and fair options.
Pool and bar area was nice enough, nothing fancy but it was well maintained and enjoyable.

Overall not so bad. The door that lead to the balcony was with the lock broken! it simply didn't lock no matter what. We had to ask someone to help and they fixed the balcony door. Not only that but the cleaners come into your room without asking.. I was naked changing myself and one of the cleaners opened the door without knocking. There's no fridge on the room, i had to drink hot water because i didn't have any fridge.
Service isn't good, took 30 minutes for one check-in. And you need to pay for EVERYTHING! Why are you charging 28€ for 14 days of wifi? And to lock the safe also, 3€ per day. Just ridiculous. And at the night the cleaners keep moving objects. You can't sleep with someone doing that all the night. The first time i went on the pool i saw a dead butterfly (just on the first day, the second day it was more clean) The blonde woman at the reception also didn't help on nothing. All she did was ask if i wanted something like wifi or rent a car, the only nice person there is a man with glasses. He's lovely. Same for some of the people working at the kitchen.
The buffet i felt like some foods there were reused! The toppings on the chocolate mousse were the same toppings from the ice cream from last day.
Not that bad tho, i haven't seen any ants like the other reviews. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for quality.

Very good hotel close to the beach with very good service. The breakfast buffet and the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are sufficiently if you plan to visit the island and they are very clean which was very nice.
However the biggest issue is the lack of parking space near it, we had particularly hard time to find parking spaces near the hotel and often parked further away.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the highlights was definitely the food — delicious, beautifully prepared, and with plenty of themed options to enjoy something new each day. We checked out today and truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, service, and great dining

It's a three star hotel. We had half board during our stay. The food is average to good. I had to skip one evening meal as I'd rather eat out. Nothing seemed appetising to me on that evening. Breakfast was okay.

You get what you pay for! The rooms were clean but felt very dormitory like. It is a loud hotel due to the location: a very “party” sort of town, lots of drinking and late night noises. There is no parking, so realistically you will have to park 5-10 blocks away on the street. The staff was very pleasant and had lots of good information.

Nice hotel with plenty pools on the top roof to chill out. We were lucky to book a one bedroom apartment with the massive private terrace (it was boiling hot to stay there) and well efficient aircon.
What to do on an El Arenal holiday:
While holidays to El Arenal can be happily spent playing in pools and lounging in the sun, there is also plenty to do for children and adults alike. Choose from a range of activities, which include the waterpark at Aqualand, flamenco bars, and a great selection of beer houses.
El Arenal is central to many locations, which are brilliant for day trips. Palma, Santa Posa and Can Pastilla are great for exploring.
