first family vacation.. hotel room good, entertainment staff brilliant, pools amazing, Alcudia stunning... but let down by bellevue resort as a whole.
Rude catering staff, refused access to restaurants twice even though we were all inclusive.. only to be told we have 1 restaurant we are allowed to use and that was the Mediterranean restaurant, which had the same food every morning, day and night, I'm sure they packed the trays under the counter at night and popped back on top the next day... they served mash potatoes and peas for breakfast!! Yes breakfast.
Food was warm to cold, only kids option was burger or hotdog with chips.
No allergy warnings.
I spent most of my spending money on eating out, again we paid for all inclusive..
The snack bars were ok, chips burger and hotdogs, 3 days in they added chicken nuggets.
But if you're peckish late evening during the entertainment show or after you have no options other than the shops outside the complex..more money..
Lack of information provided too had to go back to reception a few times to ask about the safe and the remote only to find you need to pay deposit for, would have been nice to be told at check in. had to pay extra for crazy golf/tennis and that wasn't cheap.
Then halfway through holiday they decide to re-brand, changing hotel name, building names and changing the restaurants to reservation only which we didn't know so last day no food as we didn't reserve..
All in all we had a lovely time away but wouldn't go back to whatever this hotel is now called.

After reading the reviews on Bellevue we were not expecting an amazing hotel. But we only booked a 4 night all inclusive and the pools were very well rated. We were very positively impressed with our stay. We booked a studio (2 adults and a child). Tge room was a 1 bed flat, massive. All cleaned. Maybe outdated but who cares! Massive balcony too. The complex was impressive. Like a town itself. Food was great and plenty of choice. Definitely the best food we had on an all inclusive (and done several). Cocktails were great too. My son had slushies all the time. I am giving it a 4 star 🌟 review (been in 4 starts not as good). I am not sure what people expect from an all inclusive 3 star hotel but if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with great quality Bellevue is what you looking for. We were very pleased. Great entertainment and the amount of pools choice is great. 15min walk to the beach. Very close to the shops. We loved it and would come back. My 7 year old son loved it. Great for families.

Amazing holiday with our 5 and 7 year old. Rooms are standard but clean. The best part of the holiday for us was the animation team. Our kids are autistic and they managed them very well, we felt safe leaving them with the staff! They are all lovely and friendly. We joined in in the entertainment games and the evening sessions too. Food was nice and variety of drinks. Close to the beach and the variety of pools was great. Very good for a 3 star!! We'll be going back.

Before the review you must know:
1. There are 4 restaurants, the Italian, the Mediterranean, the Mexican and the main where you can eat and you must book it at the reception. The main one is always on, no booking required. There are shortcuts , you van actually walk in 5 min, I didn't use the shuttle bus, although there is one every few min free of charge.
2. The bedsheets and towels are not changed everyday and no cleaning every day, probably you must argue at the reception, I didn't have the time, I have asked the cleaning lady one morning to swap our towels with clean ones and she was a very kind Romanian lady and she helped us with a set of clean ones, otherwise we would have had to argue at the reception probably.
3. Parking is free in the resort and the resort is HUGE. The largest in Europe, 17 blocks, so you can imagine how much work is put in to feed 4500people 3 or 5 times a day.
4. You must bring mosquito repellant! There are loads Tiger mosquito that will leave you with huge spots.
5. Not all pools are fully functional. The water slides were closed but we are not pool lovers , so we have drove our rented car from Centaurus(great company to rent cars btw) to nearby beaches, playa de muro and playa alcudia, both in top beaches in Palma. We walked few times as well, there are not very far, 2km away.
5. There is a supermarket in the resort.
6. The food is nice and diverse.
7. The apartment was spacious and well presented. Luxurious beds, lovely.
8. There were many planned activities but we never attended as we were not interested, also we preferred to keep out of mosquitos.
9. There are ques for food but it works out quick.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t fault the experience. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our holiday.
A special mention has to go to the animation team, who truly made our stay unforgettable. They brought so much energy and positivity every single day, always getting everyone involved and creating such a fun atmosphere around the hotel. From the daytime activities to the evening entertainment, they worked incredibly hard and made sure guests of all ages were having a great time.
Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable — we would definitely return!
