Had the most amazing 10 days here the hotel is so cozy, beautiful and peaceful our room was so lovely! The food was so nice something for everyone we especially loved the burger, Italian and Pan Asian à la carte restaurants they were incredible!! But what really made this hotel special was the staff, they were fantastic!! The entertainment was so well organised something different every night and the activities during the day were so much fun!! They honestly were brilliant!! But a special shoutout to Jay who worked at the night bar and Nelson who work at the Amphitheater bar they both where so attentive always remembered our orders and always had a smile on their faces they are a true credit to this hotel and made our holiday so memorable, so a big thank you to them and all the staff for remaining so friendly and bring so kind thought out our stay

October 26.
Positives.
Staff, all exceptional service, (the Spanish can learn a lot off the Greeks)
Pool area fantastic
Lovely terrace for evening drinks
Great for families, the hotel name gives it away 😂
Very clean.
The hotel has its own stretch of beach which lovely, but please be aware, this hotel is up a mountain, well very large hill!!!
They do provide a buggy to take you and bring you back, if you have any walking difficulties, this hotel is not for you. Once your at the beach, there as bars pizza places ect, all free in your all inclusive package, as well as sun beds n parosolls, nice and comfortable.
Slight negative.
Food isn't warm enough, I appreciate it's all/inc but sometimes we were first in at breakfast, and was only luke warm.
Negatives. Location, very high up, but brilliant scenery, sea, mountain ect.
It's a 6km walk to nearest town, lovely walk along past the beach, but there is a bus service, bus stops at hotel, it's 2 euro, 12 in a taxi.
There are no pubs exept in the town, which by the way is lovely, fantastic picturesque resurants.
Would I personally stop here again no, as we went as a couple, but if you have children or I was bring my grandchild then it's a definite yes. I think I've been fair an honest in this review..
And to repeat myself, the staff are brilliant.

We were at this hotel in September, a few weeks ago. The environment of hotel was very cozy, I liked the little streets and the palm trees. The room was immaculate, we loved the private pool and the sea view from room. The meals was very good, it can be found every type of meal (vegetarian, fishes, etc.), the booking of restaurant not easy in the app, you have to check free table constantly. In the main restaurant was always free table.
From the staff of hotel everybody was very friendly, I would highlight Melissa from reception and Edi, who filled our minibar every day, and of course the staff of bars.
I and my friends felt very good in this hotel, but sometimes small children were also late night in the bars which were disturbing (this is not the hotel's mistake, I think this is the parents' mistake).
The hotel is approx. 1 hour from the Airport, but the transfer was great from hotel. The guests can book the tours and any programs in app and at the reception. The beach a few mins from entrance of hotel, where you can find sun beds. :)
I recommend this hotel, because of the great environment and the services. :)

We have stayed at many Mitsis hotels and enjoyed them all. The Mitsis Rodos is a lovely hotel but requires a long transfer from the airport. The hotel is clean and spacious. We had a difficult check in after arriving late at night due to flight delays. The man on the reception advised us that the details on their system was different to our passports, our paperwork was all correct but on the Mitsis system the names and addresses must have been entered incorrectly. He did not seem able to cope with this, and instead of saying we will sort it out tomorrow he kept us (tired, hungry, & thirsty) almost saying it was our fault so not the best start. It was resolved in the morning. One of our party has signicant mobility issues and uses an efoldi scooter. The hotel was busy and we quickly realised the buffet restaurant was difficult to negotiate for him. We asked for the dine around options reservations to be made for us, which also proved problematic but eventually sorted. The staff that gave us the best service and made our stay a lot better was Zeta in the day bar, Marios in the souvaki and Ria in the main restaurant whose help, patience, and going beyond the call of duty was really appreciated. The hotel is not the best for disability as it is quite hilly and the beach and evening entertainment were not really easy to accesssl so we just kept to hotel pool and bars but otherwise it was a great stay. I would recommend for families but not really for older people. I honestly prefer the other Mitsis hotels as they have better levels of service and friendlier more helpful staff.

Just returned from our holiday. The holiday overall was good, the location of the hotel was lovely with spectacular views. Our room was clean and the cleaners were friendly and worked hard.
The ‘magic’ fridge in the room was stocked up everyday with a good variety of branded soft drinks, wine and water.
As previously mentioned the buffet for vegetarians was poor but if you just wanted salads then you were ok!
Lovely idea of having a pizza oven on the beach but there were only margarita pizzas available because of a lack of ingredients, although the margarita pizzas, were very tasty.
The creperie was very well run with friendly staff. The choice of crepes was excellent, cooked quickly and delicious.
The beach bar was awful, the staff were very rude and very, very limited drink stock, with only one cocktail available off the cocktail menu. The bars in the hotel were well stocked and friendly so I expected this standard to be the same at the beach.
At breakfast, in the main restaurant, we kept having to ask for orange juice top-ups. Why there was not a, help yourself, juice machine I don’t know!
There was no choice of tea bags, just Ceylon tea bags, in the room, bars and restaurants.
In the evenings we also had to keep asking for more wine, not what I would have expected, felt a bit like Oliver Twist!!!
All-in-all not a 5 star treatment, it felt like the hotel was running down and out of stock for the end of the season.
