First time visiting Michell Hotel and we had an absolute ball. Didn’t even feel like leaving the hotel at any point really because the entertainment throughout the day and night time was excellent. The animation team - Sam, Gino and Zoe were great. In particular, it was Woody who really made our holiday. He’s also part of the animation team and he’s felt like a best friend as opposed to a member of staff at the hotel. We will definitely be returning to Michell and hope to see all the animation team here when we do so. Great holiday.

The hotel was fine. The beers and vodka Sprites went down like water, and I often couldn't remember much from the previous day. But if you can't remember it, it probably didn't happen anyway.
As for the food: it was acceptable, and that's about the best thing I can say about it. Then again, if you drink enough, you don't need to eat as much.
I was quite surprised by the salesman at the hotel who tried to sell a friend of mine a tattoo by telling him that his current tattoo wasn't very nice. I think a different sales approach would have worked better.
The entertainment team was great, though! During karaoke, I finished my performance by shouting, "De Graafschap, Achterhoek!" The microphone was quickly taken out of my hands after that. Anti-censorship and freedom for supporters!
Other than that, I had a great time, apart from the moment when water suddenly started pouring down from the ceiling in the lobby. To be fair, they did get it fixed afterwards.

We’ve had the best 10 days here, we came as a couple and met so many amazing people. The animation team and so good, they have fun and make sure everyone is happy. Woody, Gino, Zoya and Sam great team made our whole holiday. Activities throughout the day and events every night, even a transfer to the club afterwards if you want to carry on partying. We will definitely be coming back it’s a great location just 10 minutes to the town and shops and great views of the mountains and castle.

Its our third time in Michell and we has a blast, every single time we was wellcomed and had loads of fun. The best memories from all this holidays. Love all animation team - Sam, Gino and Zoe, you made our holidays. And I want to say special thank you to Woody, one of animators, the most genuine and friendly guy!!!!!!!!! Can not wait to return to Michell one day again!!!!!!!

The service at the hotel was great. All of the people working are very friendly and organized. The animation team did a good job of providing a great atmosphere and entertainment throughout the day.
