First time visiting Michell Hotel and we had an absolute ball. Didn’t even feel like leaving the hotel at any point really because the entertainment throughout the day and night time was excellent. The animation team - Sam, Gino and Zoe were great. In particular, it was Woody who really made our holiday. He’s also part of the animation team and he’s felt like a best friend as opposed to a member of staff at the hotel. We will definitely be returning to Michell and hope to see all the animation team here when we do so. Great holiday.

The hotel was fine. The beers and vodka Sprites went down like water, and I often couldn't remember much from the previous day. But if you can't remember it, it probably didn't happen anyway.
As for the food: it was acceptable, and that's about the best thing I can say about it. Then again, if you drink enough, you don't need to eat as much.
I was quite surprised by the salesman at the hotel who tried to sell a friend of mine a tattoo by telling him that his current tattoo wasn't very nice. I think a different sales approach would have worked better.
The entertainment team was great, though! During karaoke, I finished my performance by shouting, "De Graafschap, Achterhoek!" The microphone was quickly taken out of my hands after that. Anti-censorship and freedom for supporters!
Other than that, I had a great time, apart from the moment when water suddenly started pouring down from the ceiling in the lobby. To be fair, they did get it fixed afterwards.

The hotel is simply "disappointment"—with so many facilities available, having such terrible event organization, awful entertainers, and very bad middle managers is unacceptable.
The food is always the same and pretty bad, a sure recipe for an upset stomach.
When you leave the hotel room, the electricity cuts off, and when you return, you experience hellish heat due to an air conditioner that fails to cool the room.
Furthermore, there is obvious discrimination against Turkish guests. The animators completely ignore Turks just to get tips from foreigners. Foreigners' money is also constantly targeted at every step. They continuously pressure us to join paid off-site parties after 11:00 PM.
In the room minibar, there is only water, two small mineral waters, and two tiny juices. There is no shampoo at all.
There is nowhere in the hotel where you can drink real coffee, such as a filter coffee or espresso machine.
We had to entertain ourselves entirely through our own means, and it is truly horrifying for an ultra-all-inclusive booking to be so stripped down.
On a side note, the cleaning staff, waiters, etc., do their jobs well

We’ve had the best 10 days here, we came as a couple and met so many amazing people. The animation team and so good, they have fun and make sure everyone is happy. Woody, Gino, Zoya and Sam great team made our whole holiday. Activities throughout the day and events every night, even a transfer to the club afterwards if you want to carry on partying. We will definitely be coming back it’s a great location just 10 minutes to the town and shops and great views of the mountains and castle.

I have mixed feelings about our stay in Michell.
Hotel itself was great - high-class looking, rooms were nice (although floors could have been cleanier), staff was friendly and polite, most of the food and desserts were really tasty (alcohol beverages not so), pools were okay (it was often hard to find an unoccupied pool lounger tho). Beach bar was fine also.
However, the main thing that made me feel uncomfortable at the hotel was the large number of Russian guests and how animators start talking to us in Russian like we are Russians. At one point, one of the singers even proudly shouted, “Russia, Russia!” while trying to entertain the Russian guests. In this political context, I believe it is not acceptable. But if you are reading this review, you can make your own conclusions.
Overall, I was satisfied with Michell hotel, even though there were some times I felt like I don’t belong in here 😀
