The best hotel ive ever been to on holiday! My number 1 thing was that the travel cots actually have a proper mattress, been to many hotels and never had this so really appreciated it. Everything was great from start to finish. Food was amazing (and I have high standards). They do a different theme each night for dinner and I loved seeing what was going to be the show stopper dish at the top of the serving area each night. Great kids slides and play area. 5 lifts so never had to wait long. Rooftop view was incredible. Staff has always freshened up our room before noon. Well staffed and clean hotel. LOVED! the meal at the taberna, it would be a highlight. The bouncy castle was reasonably priced and the evening shows were great.
Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone I know.

We chose this hotel for our first family holiday with our daughter who is nearly 6 months. The location is half an hour from the airport and the hotel organised our transfer very efficiently car seat included so one less thing to bring with us! We had an exceptional check in experience - the gentleman looking after us made we got settled in very quickly which we appreciated. The original cot in the room was a bit big for our baby and getting a smaller one was no big deal - a sign of a great family hotel. Both of the hotel restaurants were great, again, the service was fantastic in both and the meal was enjoyable even with a baby. There was great variety in the buffet for dinner especially and the drinks were great, the bar staff work very hard. The cleanliness of the hotel is unparalleled - the rooms, common areas and dining errors are spotless. Our daughter was a bit small for some of the facilities but she loved swimming in the baby pool, it was fine temperature wise as it was mid/late 20s all week. I even got to the Spa Circuit a few times - it was a very high quality spa and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I would high recommend this hotel for a first family holiday and we hope to return again some day.

This hotel had everything we needed. Beware though, it is located out on a limb. To get to the Old Town and The Marina requires transport. Uber is about €5 each way to the Old Town and about €7 to the Marina. We never had to wait more than a few minutes. The hotel puts on a mini bus that operates on a first come first served basis and does not run in the evenings.
The food options are comprehensive with lots of variations in cuisine. Sometimes the quality of cooking left a bit to be desired, especially in the meat department. A lot of the meat was a bit chewy and tasteless. Almost every fried egg was half fried so I decided to leave well alone. The kids section was basic and a little unimaginative. What there was for children was well presented and tasty enough. Got a bit boring after 10 days.
The main pool was exceptional with a bar with friendly attentive staff. Plenty of sun beds most of the time. Even though the rules say that you can’t reserve a sun bed, obviously everyone did so anyway. Reserving started early at about 7.00am so someone in your group needs to be an early riser.
The 7 water slides were great for adults and kids.
The Animation Team were outstanding. Rafa & Lara stood out in terms of their warmth, humour and energy. The Moana show was amazing and all the kids were encouraged to take part and have fun. Daisy, our 10 year old loved every minute of it and wishes that we go back next year. Not because of all the facilities that the hotel boasts but more about the people that stood out in making our holiday special, The Animation Team.
This hotel is not cheap, so for me it’s the little things that matter most. Do they really need to charge extra for the minor on site attractions like trampolines, bouncy play equipment or inflatable Balls that kids climb into on the pool (€7 for 5 minutes)? €5 for a child to get a candy floss seemed unnecessary to me. Just give the kids a candy floss. I suspect the items I’m questioning are outsourced to private individuals so that would explain it.
Loved the roof top bar. Great views and nice and breezy on an evening.
Would I go back? Yes I probably would. Good overall with friendly attentive staff.
Once again a special shout out for the Animation Team, in particular Lara & Rafa

This place is a seriously well run and well organised hotel. The staff are super helpful, the foods decent and the rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Rooms have big walk in showers, a safe, kettle and good air con
The kids loved it. They have a decent kids buffet daily, with all the things kids from the uk would want to eat. Ours (8 & 11 years old) ate well every day. There’s a pool side snack bar in the afternoons doing burgers, hotdogs sandwiches and cakes too
The pools are huge and heated.
The gyms good albeit a bit hot for cardio work but plenty of machines and free weights to use
One slight downside is the kids games room is a bit poor. A couple of old dated pool tables and some old arcade games - this could all do with updating as the kids were at a bit of a loose end some eves
Pool side entertainment at the big pool is good (and noisy!) but the smaller pool is nice and quiet if you prefer a quitter day
Slides - brilliant kids loved them
The strip nearby is not suitable for kids in the evening so head to the old town if ya heading out at night. It’s rough down there and defo not suitable for youngsters
We had a couple of birthdays whilst we were there and staff made a decent fuss of it which was nice
Over all we had a really good stay and I’d recommend it. 9/10

We've just returned from an incredible stay at this hotel. We were in room 906 which was very spacious, modern and clean with an amazing pool and sea view.
The hotel staff were all fantastic with us and our two young children. The food selection for the all inclusive package was brilliant.
The only minor negative is the outdoor pools aren't heated so you had to wait until the afternoon to use them otherwise they were very cold. There is however a beautiful indoor heated spa pool that you can pay to use and children over 4 can use too.
It's definitely a hotel more catered towards families so if you're looking for a quiet break or a romantic getaway, perhaps look elsewhere.
We would definitely stay again.
