We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this hotel. We received a free upgrade to a larger apartment, which was perfect for our family. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, and there was plenty of space for our child. We also really enjoyed the beautiful garden.
The breakfast was fabulous and the staff were extremely friendly. They were always kind and even took time to joke and interact with our son, which made our stay extra special.
The only small downside is that in a few places you can see that the hotel is a bit older (some peeling paint, the sauna slightly worn, and the jacuzzi was out of order due to its age). However, it was being removed during our stay and will likely be replaced soon.
It was not that bad to reduce the rating to 4 stars.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly come back. Thank you!

Pleasant stay here for a week in May.
Ample parking, not too far from the beaches and local towns and it was nice and queit. The apartments are extremely spacious which is what you want traveling with kids and the outdoor pools are nice, although i didn't venture for a swim as it was pretty windy and cold at the start of May.
Breakfast was good. We only ate at the restaurant once and it was adequate.
All in all, a good stay. I'm not sure if the awarding bodies are different in Portugal but I wouldn't class this as a 5 star hotel, more like a decent 4 star.

We had a great holiday. The hotel has good facilities, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable, the food is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely return again. The setting is quiet and peaceful, but preferable to have a car to get around the area. Lots of great walks and traditional towns to see within easy distance.

Had a wonderful stay, the staff was lovely, helpful, with great suggestions for activities and restaurants near by (even with gluten free requirements). The rooms was spacious, clean, quiet, very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful! The nearby small town of Carvoeiro was simply wonderful! Thank you!

Vale d'Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa is an excellent choice for a relaxing family vacation. There’s plenty to do, and the indoor pool is a huge plus during the colder months. The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, making them ideal for families.
The landscapes are beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is a highlight, with delicious options and enough variety to keep things interesting throughout the stay.
A great place to relax and enjoy quality time with the family. Highly recommended!
