Great holiday. Lovely place to stay. Very clean. Lovely swimming pool but everyone there early putting their towels out, and not sitting there for a good while 🙄 staff were very helpful with anything you needed. Spa was wonderful. No smoking apart from certain areas. Close to the main strip and bus ride away from the sand dunes. All in all lovely place to stay ♥️

My partner and I returned from the Hotel on 06/01/26 after a 14 night stay. The Adult Only Hotel was a lovely Hotel, unfortunately it was let down by the Room which we were allocated on arrival.
Room 1050. The Room next door was obviously being used as a Store and utensils Room by the Hotel Cleaning employees. During the daytime hours we would endure the constant sound of trollies being pushed to and from the Room which was quite annoying when sitting on our Balcony.
Furthermore, we would be woken EVERY morning around 03.00 - 04.00am to the sound of a Washer or Clothes Drier which we presumed was being used to wash Hotel bedding, the sound was very loud. I did inform the Hotel about this, but I was informed that they do not carry this out in that Room. However, the couple who stayed in the Room above our Room also mentioned the loud early morning noise to ourselves, so it is definitely something, even if not Laundry connected.
Furthermore, our Room main door Rubber seal was not fit for purpose, and the door would rattle when windy, you could hear the loud sound of heavy traffic coming from the main road at the rear of the Rooms, because the door seal was not keeping out the sound.
Shame because we quite liked the Hotel, but we were happy to get back home so we could get some quality sleep.
15/01/26 : Received a response from the Hotel in respect of my review, and I appreciate the comments. As I said, on the whole we did like the Hotel, and the initial issues which I mentioned, could have easily been rectified, such as a new rubber door seal, a couple of microwaves in the restaurant which is the normal practice nowadays in Hotels. And the washing of Clothes/ bedding etc should be limited to daytime hours only or in a different area of the Hotel away from paying guests. And finally, my partner and I have resided in a number of H10 Hotels and Apartments in many countries over the years, and on the whole it has been a pleasant experience.

Fantastic hotel, staff are all very helpful and attentive. Spa staff are phenomenal, treatments are very good quality. Food is also very good. The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Some parts of the room let it down a bit, could do with a freshen up but all in all a very good hotel.

**Regarding the response below, let's be very clear: No, you didn't live up to my expectations at all!**
I was really looking forward to H10 Ocean Dreams having read the reviews — but after booking 3 rooms for an (adult) family stay, I'm not sure I'd return.
I booked a Junior Suite for myself, thinking it would be the top category. Turns out, these suites are sitting at the outer edges of the building, two rows back from the pool, and some have views of (and noise from)… streets and roads. Not exactly the dream experience I imagined. I mentioned this to the PR manager, who was polite enough but retreated into policy-based arguments and giving the guest the feeling that they were to blame instead of going the extra mile to make things better. This isn't the way to win loyalty.
About the rooms: My mother’s supposedly “lower-tier” Deluxe Room with Balinese Bed was brighter, better located nearer the pool, and frankly, I regretted not having booked this room for myself. But it wasn't possible to downgrade because the hotel was full during the first two days and they couldn't or wouldn't do it for the remaining days because of their "policies", etc. Lesson for others: don't be fooled into choosing the suite thinking it's going to be the best option.
The food was another bone of contention. The à la carte dinners weren’t exciting and main course portions were small. The lamb was good. The salmon poor. Meanwhile the dinner starter buffet quickly became bland and repetitive. I've stayed in other H10s before whose buffets had far superior selections. On the bright side, the welcome glass of cava at dinner was a nice touch.
A couple of other things weren't good. The spa's stream room is out of action and wasn't repaired during the stay. Hardly anyone is using the spa anyway because you have to pay 5 euros for it unless you're in the suites or deluxe rooms.. another example of the hotel's penny-pinching policies but if I'd paid 5 euros for the spa with part of it not operating I might not have been too happy.
Finally, just when I thought we’d seen enough, my mother spotted two cockroaches in her bathroom one evening. Definitely not part of the dream but she was given a spray to zap any other unwelcome guests.
The location in Corralejo is decent and parking is easy, but for the price and especially the service tone (except for the receptionist Lara, by the way, who was excellent - give her a promotion!), I’d look elsewhere next time.

The hotel is clean and very pleasant and in a location 10 mins from the centre. The lounge area to have drinks inside is ok.
Downsides: I requested an iron and board for the room on the first morning before breakfast, 2 hours later we left the room despite 2 further calls and excuses, still no iron. I spoke to the male receptionist about it who made various excuses. It appeared sometime during the afternoon it arrived.
The customer service by the reception team was poor. In 5 days we were greeted when we arrived but after the iron issue we didn't have any despite our attempts.
The breakfast was always only luke warm, changed twice, and not the best and for a 4 star it should be much much better, although the customer service was better here.
Our room was average at the back end of the hotel.
Having stayed at other 4 star hotels in the canary islands on many occasions this is at the bottom of the pile for several reasons.
I now await the regular reply
