I cannot fault anything.
Staff were lovely.
Rooms were clean.
Food was amazing, so much choice, always something different. Had to be something there for everyone.
Pools were clean, not over crowded and top class lifeguards were on top of their jobs always.
Staff around the pools making sure no food, drinks left around.
The beach was clean and lots of sun beds available.
Loved seeing the cats and petting them. Looked cared for despite being so petite.
The gardeners were working daily keeping the paths clean and tidy in so much heat, too.
My first holiday for nigh on 20yrs and thoroughly enjoyed my stay with family.
Thank you.

Hotel is great for a family with kids of all ages, it does get a bit manic with the number of people staying at the hotel, but the size of the hotel also means that the variety of facilitates are excellent. We particularly enjoyed the water park and beach.
The main negative was the standard rooms are pretty basic, and when arrived at 1am, there was a bed missing from the room, this was the same for 6 other families. We had an uncomfortable first night, as it took till the next day, and several requests to get sorted.

I have recently returned from a 7 night stay, with a group of 7 people. I have been to Turkey before and stayed in another hotel so I did have high expectations going in.
The hotel is good, their is SOO much around and so many things to do onsite! The staff offer a lot of activities between the days/hours to fill around the hotel so much so it can be a bit overwhelming at first!
If its your first time to Turkey this hotel would
tick the boxes but if you've stayed at other 5* Hotels, I would do some more checks before picking this one. I do have a few regrets or comparisons I was making throughout the trip.
Reception staff - When we arrived, it was a bit of a headache getting checked in. They asked for our passports and even booking references and expected us to have printed proof of the booking with our names against. I think that was a bit over the top, we took a lot longer than needed to get checked in especially after a long flight and drive.
Throughout the stay, they were also not very friendly when asking simple questions on where to find amenities or even exchanging money. Even saying they were "short" changed when converting money....
Food: It was pretty good and they had a mix selection of all types of food to be fair this did change so it was not always the same.
Water/Drinks: Bars were placed around the hotel so you could always get something to drink. You did have to queue or ask for these. I do remember my previous hotel there was refrigerators placed filled with water, so we didn't need to wait around for someone to hand you one.
Ice Cream: When we booked we booked in as ALL INCLUSIVE, but it seems when we arrived Ice Cream was only free between 4PM-6PM otherwise you had to pay for it. This meant when 4PM-6PM came around their was a giant queue for it. Which was a really annoying thing considering we had paid a lot to stay here. If you have kids you'd want them to freely be able to get Ice Cream without carrying money around. When you have a group of 7 people all buying ice cream, at 4-5 euro a pop it does become pretty expensive each day.
Beach: The private hotel beach is just off the hotel and in great placement! They even had a fridge full of water!! probably the only one. Toilets and washing area available as well, and kept moderately clean!
Arcade and Funfair: Great onsite fun for the kids to enjoy, the climbing frame, boat and arcade (need to pay for) all help to give them something else to do. It does close after certain time so its not available.
The hotel next door though have a funfair area running throughout the night, which if you go for a walk you will find out pretty quickly! shame you cant you use it.
I've given three stars, because I don't feel the experience was all there! The hotel is beautiful, and they do have a lot of good things on site, again I am probably being quite picky as I have stayed elsewhere but when your advertising as such and get something else, as a customer you feel cheated.
I will be honest, I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed at Club Hotel Turan Prince World for 14 nights in August 2025 as a family of four (two adults, one teen, and a baby). The purpose of our trip was simply to relax. We initially booked a Standard Club Duplex Family Room, but upgraded to a Select Villa halfway through the stay — a decision that completely transformed our experience.
Arrival & First Impressions
Our arrival was smooth and similar to other hotels we’ve visited. Staff were friendly, helped with our bags, and even pointed us towards food as we arrived late at night (though understandably there wasn’t much choice left). The hotel grounds are immaculate — staff work around the clock to keep everything spotless. The reception area is clean, modern, and well presented. On quiet days check-in is quick, though it can get busy during peak arrival and departure times. What stood out most was simply how exceptionally clean the hotel was.
Rooms
The Standard Club Duplex Family Room was an okay size for three or four people, but the layout felt impractical: the three single beds were downstairs near the balcony and main door, while the double was upstairs with no door for privacy. Parents with small children might find this arrangement awkward. Beds were reasonably comfortable, though not premium, and the room was kept very clean despite some visible wear and tear. We did have issues with the water not working on two nights and the upstairs fridge not functioning, which was frustrating.
Halfway through, we decided to upgrade to a Select Villa, largely due to how overcrowded the main buffet and pool areas felt. The Select Villa was a complete game-changer:
• Towels delivered daily to the room
• Access to a private pool and exclusive restaurants with table service
• Beach cabanas reserved for Select guests
• A la carte meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Premium alcohol included, plus stocked minibar
• A much quieter, calmer atmosphere overall
The villa felt spacious, comfortable, and private — a completely different level of experience compared to the standard room.
Facilities & Amenities
We used both the main pool and the beach. For standard guests, they were busy but still enjoyable. However, the Select guest areas were much more relaxed, with loungers and space always available. Everything, whether public or private, was spotless.
The buffet restaurants offered a wide variety of food that was plentiful and generally good quality, though the atmosphere was hectic at peak times, and finding a table could be difficult. Drinks for standard guests were mostly local alcohol — served in generous measures, so strong drinks weren’t hard to come by! Service could be fast or slow depending on how busy it was.
Entertainment was lively and constant, with something always going on. We didn’t take part in many organised activities since we had a baby and a teen, but most of the programs seemed aimed at younger children and early teens. The general atmosphere was fun and upbeat.
Service & Staff
Staff were consistently friendly, professional, and especially good with kids. The difference between standard and Select was noticeable: for standard guests, service was more self-serve, whereas Select guests were waited on with drinks, food, and constant attention. Staff regularly cleaned around us and kept everything topped up, which made us feel really looked after.
Value for Money
For us, the Select Villa upgrade was worth every penny. We received a big discount but even at full price, we’d happily pay for it again. While the standard experience was decent, the Select upgrade made the holiday feel truly special, relaxing, and stress-free.
Conclusion
Overall, Club Hotel Turan Prince World is a clean, lively, and well-run resort with something for everyone. The standard rooms and facilities are perfectly fine for families who don’t mind busier buffet and pool experiences. But if you’re looking for peace, privacy, and premium service, the Select Villas are absolutely the way to go.

Me and my future wife recently stayed here for our first holiday together, it was our one year anniversary.
We have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was one of the best experiences and we made memories that will last a lifetime. The staff are very welcoming and polite, the animation team was great and the entertainment was full of excitement.
Would Definitely recommend staying here.
Thankyou for a holiday that we will remember for life.
