I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of my vacation. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the all-inclusive service exceeded my expectations. The staff throughout the hotel were always friendly, professional, and willing to help.
I would especially like to recognize Hakan from the animation team. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and passionate about his work. He always made guests feel welcome, brought great energy to every activity, and created a fun atmosphere for everyone. His positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication truly stood out and made a big difference in my overall experience. It is clear that he genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. Employees like Hakan are a real asset to the hotel.
The entertainment programs during the day and evening were excellent, and there was always something enjoyable to do. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had, and I would happily return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable holiday!

This is an honest review of our experience. I booked for 11 days, in the beginning everything looked fine, but after first few days I changed my mind. Lots of russians, germans which were left in front of me while I was waiting to get a drink. Cleaning in the rooms not perfect, cigarette smell, fire alarm all over the resort going on at any time of the day. The beach in center of Side is 100% much better than this part where the hotel is. We all got tummy pain because of the food, a la carte restaurants are not open, wifi is not great either. My daughter used the small carusel and a metal got broken where she was sitting. The only thing I enjoyed were the evening shows, but same differences are made based where you are from. The price is too big for these services offered.

Lovely hotel it’s a massive resort, amazing water parks for the family. My kids and myself have been non stop all week, Shops are a 5 minute walk so everything is close. The only downfall from my stay was the “all inclusive” the ice creams are only from 4-6 I have been buying my from a stand in the resort I I think this should be included all day especially when traveling with kids. I haven’t found any snacks for the kids like crisps etc as of yet that would normally be in the “all inclusive” maybe because the hotel is so big and I haven’t yet come across a bar/stand with them. The funfair and arcade are a separate fee but it’s only from 16:30-18:30. Entertainment is hit and miss but the beach foam party was amazing the best entertainment I’ve been to abroad. Staff are friendly and the hotel clean. Constantly being cleaned throughout the day. The all inclusive food is hit and miss myself and my family wasn’t keen the kids stuck to mainly chips and nuggets and pasta but the restaurant is massive so it will definitely accommodate everyone’s tastes.
I would definitely visit this hotel again but only based on the water park, cleanliness and how beautiful the hotel is. All staff are lovely and friendly thank you John for your help during our stay and making us feel very welcome.

Just return from a 10 night stay at this fantastic hotel.
Arrived late evening recueved a warm greeting and was directed to the restaurant for late super.
Shown room 2361 which was spotless and well equipped.
Over the next 9 days we enjoyed all the facilities on offer. The staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and so respectful.
Everyone, receptionist, cleaners,bar attendants, kitchen, restaurant staff all going above and beyond all expectations.
The grounds and all hotel areas were spotless.
Can't wait to return next year.

Our visit was on May 27, 2026, and I will share our experience with complete neutrality, exactly as we lived it. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff gave us a more than wonderful welcome and were incredibly helpful. After that, we moved to the rooms. The rooms in the main building are good, nice, and tidy. The other rooms are located in villa-like buildings scattered across a beautifully landscaped green area, where the hard work of the gardeners clearly shines through.
When I reached our room, it was very basic and below expected standards; it showed clear signs of age, but the cleanliness and the housekeeping staff were excellent. The great thing is that despite the hotel's obvious age, you can tell there is a strong commitment to maintenance. Another convenient aspect is that all activities and facilities are within a short walking distance. The pool and the beach are easily accessible since the property is right on the seafront, and the walk to the aqua park water slides is just as comfortable.
As for the food, it was at a very good level—contrary to the negative reviews I read before going, which had worried me a lot. The effort is highly visible, especially with the wide variety of dishes and the overall food quality.
Everything was lovely, and it was a good experience overall. There is a clear focus on cleanliness, the landscaping is stunning, and the restaurant staff work tirelessly like a beehive. However, I did face a single discriminatory situation from one of the female staff members working in the restaurant's indoor hall during the evening shift. But looking at the bigger picture, the experience was good; only the rooms were average, yet still acceptable and clean.
I hope they always maintain this standard and try to gradually renovate the hotel. It was a good experience, and I would consider returning.
