We had a wonderful stay here. The food was delicious and plentiful, with something available almost all the time. One of the best surprises was the fresh, hot food also being served along the beach — something we didn’t expect but truly appreciated. The swimming pools were extremely clean, and there were plenty of them to choose from.
We were travelling with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old daughters and had no problem finding space and activities for them. They especially loved the daily children’s show, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
The live grill station offered every day was a fantastic bonus alongside the regular meals. Room service was prompt, and the rooms were always neat and clean.
Most importantly, the hotel staff and management were very considerate, understanding, and genuinely focused on creating a positive experience for guests.

This is definitely not a 5* hotel. The hotel is known by the locals and is said to be one of the worst in the area. I have been to better 3* + 4* hotels. The staff only accommodated to certain individuals. The hotels either side are much better for price and quality.
If staying in a pool view room be aware the entertainment can be heard up until 12/1 am
We had issues with the room as soon as we stepped in the bed was broken AC wasn't working. However the engineer that fixed the AC was very kind. 90% of the staff understand very little english. The room is very small for families with children very little space for children to move around. Housekeeping wouldn't do a good job just changed the bins and briefly cleaned the floor. You would have to chase them to get towels and for them to replenish the fridge or coffee/tea. It wasn't very clean bathroom/room has dust in very visible areas. Which is all unexpected for a 5* hotel. The housekeeping staff were nice though in mannerism. There was a handful of (2 occasions) reception staff that were kind when spoken to. You won't get a smile back.

I recently stayed at Aydinbey Queens Palace and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and offer everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices at every meal, and the service in the restaurants was always attentive and friendly. What really made my stay special was the guest relations team. They were always smiling, professional, and ready to help with any request. They provided useful information, solved small issues quickly, and made sure guests felt welcome and cared for. The pool area and beach were also amazing, offering plenty of space to relax.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Aydinbey Queens Palace to anyone looking for excellent service and a warm atmosphere.

Recently stayed at the hotel for 8 nights.
An overall great experience, lovely staff at reception, especially Melissa was really welcoming. Rooms and hotel in general was clean, drinks were strong and good quality. (We mainly drank drinks with vodka and to see „Wyborowa” as their vodka choice made us happy).
One of the things I’d suggest to work on is the a la carte restaurants. We booked the Asian restaurant only to then find out we were placed for the Italian one and on the day couldn’t swap as it was fully booked. We gave it a try and were really disappointed. 1. One way to really improve the vibe in the Italian restaurant (we later found out it’s same in the Asian one) is to buy a few glass bottles and serve water from them and not from them plastic bottles. When it comes to the food id choose the one from the main restaurant any day. We were served a mushroom soup which then later on was used for my „beef steak” which was pretty much a piece of beef meat from a stew and had nothing to do with a steak. Also the appetisers were dry as if they were placed on the tables the day before. Although walking next to the restaurant you see the tables with the appetisers waiting for customers so I wouldn’t be surprised if they are placed there when they open.
Next day we got booked for the Asian restaurant and it was a much better experience although still if I knew this was the quality of food served here I’d just stick with the main restaurant as the food there was lovely and had no complains over it.
Even though the hotel isn’t next to the beach, the regular shuttle is very handy and within 5 mins you can be sunbathing near the sea. The free bar only serves beer which is also a downside, considering other hotels were serving other alcohol beverages but overall great experience and would recommend the hotel

So, I'd rate the hotel an 7/10. The hotel is clean, the all-inclusive option is very good, food, drinks, and towels for the sunbeds are available at all times. The staff is friendly. Greetings to Nichita, he was very helpful, the guest manager , and the pleasant, tall gentleman with glasses from the guest services department. The only things I missed were fresh juices, which they didn't have, more fruits and a gluten-free stand. The kitchen prepared gluten-free dishes for my daughter, but I had to ask for them every day. At breakfast, we also had to wait for bread. I think the hotel should consider a small gluten-free stand with bread, cereals, and pastries.
