We were really looking forward to this holiday, but unfortunately the hotel did not live up to its advertised 5 star standard. In our opinion, it was much closer to a 3 star experience.
The food was very repetitive with little variety throughout our stay. The air conditioning caused us constant problems and barely cooled the room, making it very uncomfortable. The shower pressure was also poor, and on two occasions had to speak to reception about the rooms not been cleaned (no clean sheets, just making up the beds) & the floors with visible day to day mess of foot traffic.
Although the majority of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our overall experience was overshadowed by the behaviour of many other guests. We experienced racism during our stay, particularly around the Land of Legends area, and seeing this directed towards children was especially upsetting. It made us feel very unwelcome.
The bar was another disappointment, with the alcoholic drinks tasting heavily watered down. We've previously stayed in a 4 star hotel where the quality of the food, drinks and facilities was significantly better so this certainly didn't feel like a genuine 5 star experience.
Sadly, we left feeling disappointed. While there were some positive aspects, they weren't enough to outweigh the negatives, and we would not choose to return or recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Fairly decent rooms.
Terrible services where we carried our own bags on arrival. We were poorly welcomed by incompetent staff.
There was no welcome or information given about the resort. Thankfully we are well travelled and figured out our ways around.
This was extremely difficult although they were aware that we had an autistic child. Refused to give us food also whilst being in a position to help.
For the price you pay here, you would rather go for a more luxury place. This didn't feel 5 star for me. When prices in the area are more than luxury places like dubai and Qatar it will make you rethink the trip. If you're after luxury, stick to luxury and fall into this resort. Just an honest view to hopefully help those who haven't travelled there before.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. There was plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious.
We would especially like to thank Nikita, Gulcan from the bar, and Tunahan from the restaurant for their exceptional service and kindness.

Our stay at the hotel was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, and that set the tone for the rest of our visit. A special mention must go to Dilyara at the reception, who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, helped us with everything we needed, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Her kindness and dedication really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay.
The hotel itself has so much to offer that it’s hard to know where to begin. The facilities are exceptional — the spa is beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect escape after a long day. We also enjoyed the massage services, which were top-notch and left us feeling completely refreshed. The gym is very well-equipped, clean, and ideal whether you want a quick workout or a full training session.
Everything about the hotel reflects quality and attention to detail, from the comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself without worrying about anything.
We genuinely loved our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming stay. Thanks again to Dilyara and the entire team for making our visit so special — we will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa and couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish.
The hotel is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. The food was excellent with a huge variety at every meal — something for everyone — and the snack bars and drinks were always available and well stocked.
The staff really made the holiday. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, nothing was too much trouble. Service around the pool, in the restaurants, and at the bars was quick and professional throughout our stay.
The pool areas are great for both relaxing and for families, with plenty of sunbeds and a really good atmosphere during the day. The entertainment team worked hard to keep guests engaged without being over the top, and the evening shows were enjoyable for all ages.
The spa facilities were another highlight — clean, relaxing, and well worth a visit during your stay.
Overall, this is a hotel that gets everything right: great facilities, fantastic staff, brilliant food, and a lovely atmosphere. We would highly recommend Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa and would happily return again.
