We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. There was plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious.
We would especially like to thank Nikita, Gulcan from the bar, and Tunahan from the restaurant for their exceptional service and kindness.

Our stay at the hotel was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, and that set the tone for the rest of our visit. A special mention must go to Dilyara at the reception, who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, helped us with everything we needed, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Her kindness and dedication really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay.
The hotel itself has so much to offer that it’s hard to know where to begin. The facilities are exceptional — the spa is beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing, offering a perfect escape after a long day. We also enjoyed the massage services, which were top-notch and left us feeling completely refreshed. The gym is very well-equipped, clean, and ideal whether you want a quick workout or a full training session.
Everything about the hotel reflects quality and attention to detail, from the comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself without worrying about anything.
We genuinely loved our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming stay. Thanks again to Dilyara and the entire team for making our visit so special — we will definitely be coming back!

Check in/arrival - check in was quick and a warm welcome bell team took our cases to the room.
Room - room was spacious and clean we were upgraded to a pool view room which was nice however the noise at night was unbearable I don’t understand why they built a stage at the back of the hotel then continued to put the entertainment right outside the rooms.
Pool/beach area- pool area was nice and clean plenty sunbeds however quite a few are in the shade all day so can be a struggle to get one in the sun. The usual sunbed hoarders are out early and the hotel staff don’t seem to do anything about it.
Staff - while some staff member will speak and acknowledge you others won’t there was a lady who was the cook at the beach who needs to learn customer service as she just grunted at people. The spa team are very pushy and will bug you many times a day and of course they force you to collect your towel from them meaning they can get you twice a day.
Food - unfortunately the food is not great but it could be! This hotel needs to purchase some proper hot hold equipment as everything is cold I don’t understand how it works you arrive right at opening and still freezing cold food. It’s pretty much the same food everyday no variety and all the desserts taste the exact same while I wasn’t ill I can understand why some people are with the food temperature inadequate. Come on this could be an easy fix.
If you go to this hotel expecting 5 star luxury you will be disappointed they are clearly just ticking boxes to achieve there 5 star rating however keep your expectations at a 4 star hotel and this is a nice enjoyable hotel.
Unfortunately until the food situation is sorted I would not stay here again.

Very warming welcome to the hotel. Food is varied with plenty of nice options and the drink options are great. Entertainment with Fatih and Ugur was great every day and evening also. Guest relations with Nikita also was very helpful especially always being present and welcoming.
Also the spa area, although a bit expensive was more than worth it for the professional service delivered and the ability of the staff.
