We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. On several occasions, they went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available every day. There was plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious.
We would especially like to thank Nikita, Gulcan from the bar, and Tunahan from the restaurant for their exceptional service and kindness.

We had a great week at Aydinbey Queen's Palace & Spa and would have given it 5 stars if not for one issue: the loud late-night disco almost every night. Due to the hotel's layout, the noise carries throughout the building and repeatedly disturbed our family's sleep.
The staff were outstanding - friendly, attentive and helpful, with no preferential treatment for guests who tipped. The food and drinks offered excellent variety, and the complimentary à la carte meal was a real highlight. We also appreciated the welcome fruit and drinks, the balcony clothesline, and the reliable Wi-Fi in the rooms.
The beach is decent, and parking can be limited during busy periods.
Overall, this is an excellent family resort with fantastic staff and great facilities. If the late-night entertainment finished earlier or the noise was reduced, it would easily deserve 5 stars.

Absolutely amazing stay! This was our second visit, and it has firmly become our go-to hotel in Belek.
The rooms are beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Every member of staff was polite, professional, and approachable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The highlight of the holiday was undoubtedly the food, which was exceptional. The variety, quality, and presentation were outstanding—easily a 10 out of 10.
I would also like to give special recognition to the reception manager, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our experience was seamless from start to finish. Thank you for the room change. The staff in the babysitting area also deserve high praise for their dedication, patience, and hard work. Their efforts were greatly appreciated and made our family holiday even more enjoyable.
Overall, another fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa and couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish.
The hotel is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. The food was excellent with a huge variety at every meal — something for everyone — and the snack bars and drinks were always available and well stocked.
The staff really made the holiday. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful, and always smiling, nothing was too much trouble. Service around the pool, in the restaurants, and at the bars was quick and professional throughout our stay.
The pool areas are great for both relaxing and for families, with plenty of sunbeds and a really good atmosphere during the day. The entertainment team worked hard to keep guests engaged without being over the top, and the evening shows were enjoyable for all ages.
The spa facilities were another highlight — clean, relaxing, and well worth a visit during your stay.
Overall, this is a hotel that gets everything right: great facilities, fantastic staff, brilliant food, and a lovely atmosphere. We would highly recommend Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa and would happily return again.

Lovely hotel. Lovely food and plenty of selection. Entertainer Sule is a lovely lady and very welcoming. The staff are all very friendly, polite and helpful. We had a lovely waitor, Cemal who looked after us really well.There are plenty of sunbeds and brollies. Sadly, not enough pools for the size of the hotel. Would I come here again? The answer is no! There is nothing wrong with the hotel, it has everything. It is excellent value for the money paid. However, it is designed for families and we are a couple. Should have checked when I booked.
