This hotel is neither deluxe or 5 star. I would STRONGLY advise it is avoided and you spend your hard earned money elsewhere, especially for the English customers.
We arrived around 10pm, which I should imagine is common place considering flight times etc. Upon arrival straight away the attitude of the night staff were incredibly rude, they just set the tone by demanding passports when I told them once give me a minute as I need to get them out my bag. We also explained we requested one double room and one twin (we had emailed the hotel previously and they said they would accommodate) the staff said no problem. Of course, we got to the rooms and they were 2x double beds. We went back down to be told there is no more twin pool views available. We told them this is fine but would we receive a refund for the £70 extra we paid for the pool view. The staff (his name was Tunhan Uzbek) just simply did not understand what we were saying despite explaining a couple of times in different ways he was rude and abrupt saying basically what can he do it about its not his fault, we tried explaining again we are happy to take the room but we just need to clarify about the refund. In the end, we just settled for an extra single bed as there was clearly no hope of a refund. This bed, as with the others, was awful, the beds themselves are not strong and creak, the mattresses are thin and springy. We did not get a single comfortable night sleep on them.
The most noticeable thing throughout this initial interaction and going to the room was that the hotel common areas have no air conditioning. I have seen no other review mention this but it is IMPERATIVE you consider this before going. It was 34 degrees when we went there it was genuinely like a sauna, stepping out your room you could feel the warm humid stagnant air it was like being in a rainforest. I do not know how they expect people to enjoy the hotel or reasonably go around the hotel. I have never heard of this in any other Turkey hotel. There is air con at limited seats in the bar and it is often turned off and not powerful anyway, it is not noticeable. I genuinely think it is part of some money saving ploy by the hotel (see later).
Next, we went down to the all night food service to have food having just arrived. The main restaurant was in darkness all lights off except one section and the staff were working setting tables by torch light. This was a theme throughout the trip and was incredibly not classy, cheap and embarrassing. I didn't expect much for night service but thought we may get lucky with a night worker making ready order chips and a burger but it was just dinner leftovers. None of which had a label so goodness knows what we were eating, we asked the staff which meat it was, but none spoke English.
They say first impressions count but our experience thus far put us off so much that I actually researched how much another hotel would be and whether or not I could transfer.
Other facility issues
-There are 300 rooms and only 3 lifts. . At dinner, you could spend 5-10 minutes walking around trying to find a table.
- the scales to weigh your suitcase were out of order (even when working you have to pay which I think is a joke)
Sevice Issues
- bar men (Chit Baryam) was rude and creepy again...unless that is you were the lone mother and daughter travellers who he seemed to take a concerning likening too putting more effort in with their drinks and providing them an exclusive sit down without-having-to-ask refill service. I found this creepy. Also, we pay the same money as every other guest, no one should get preferential treatment, but that appears to be a theme with the German and Russian guests
-The hotel feels like a military prison/camp all times are adhered to if the bar says it closes at 12 or the restaurant at 8:30 that means on the dot barriers will be put up and lights will be turned off irrespective of if people are eating/drinking - very rude, very unclassy and very cheapskate behaviour.

We’ve been in many hotels in Turkey but this one wasn’t that good as we expected as it has 5 stars and it’s ultra all inclusive. Ice cream is only for one hour which is ridiculous for ultra all inclusive, beach bar doesn’t have many options of food of and waitress service doesn’t even speak english. You can take an example from Melas Lara Hotel if you want to do ultra all inclusive service.

We recently stayed at the beautiful Arnor De Luxe Hotel & Spa and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. We booked a Rooftop Comfort Room with stunning views overlooking the pool and the sea – the perfect setting for a relaxing and romantic getaway.
The buffet-style restaurant offered an impressive variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – there was truly something for everyone, and the quality and presentation of the food was excellent. We also dined at one of the à la carte restaurants – the Mexican, which was absolutely superb. The atmosphere, flavours, and service were top-class.
We did experience a few minor issues with housekeeping in the first couple of days, but this was quickly and efficiently resolved by one of the hotel managers, Sevda Ergueven, who deserves special mention. Sevda is amazing at her job – professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about guest satisfaction.
What made our stay even more special is that we got engaged while on holiday, and Sevda went above and beyond to make our celebration truly unforgettable. Her thoughtfulness and dedication helped create memories we’ll cherish forever.
The hotel itself is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and the staff are some of the friendliest we’ve encountered – always willing to go the extra mile with a smile.
We would highly recommend booking a stay at Arnor De Luxe Hotel & Spa. In fact, several of our family members have already booked following our trip, and friends are looking at visiting in September. If you’re looking for luxury, relaxation, and exceptional service, this is the place to be!

We just got back yesterday from a 6 night stay here and it was one of the worst hotels I’ve been too in Turkey! Doesn’t deserve the 5* status one bit.
I noticed as soon as we stepped into the hotel there was NO air conditioning on at all! You always expect stepping into a 5* hotel that you’d get a breath of cool fresh air after being outside in the heat but here it was almost just as worse being in than out. I thought maybe it was just that evening, but this was not the case. The hotel selectively puts the A/C on throughout the day, which is so stupid for such a luxurious hotel. There’s areas in the lobby where there’s no A/C facility at all, so everyone fights for certain seats where they can feel it (when it’s on!). This is a joke for a 5*!
Lack of food labelling, again so basic! Half the time you don’t know what you’re eating! The grilled section outside, I noticed a few times the meat chicken and lamb doner was raw and not cooked entirely through. There was always a queue here but that doesn’t mean the quality of food should take a hit leaving you eating raw meat!
I would say throughout our stay there was only about 3 staff members that were friendly and nice most looked like the couldn’t be bothered to work, would do anything to look busy but not actually do anything!
Chit Baryam I think his name was behind the lobby bar, well he would only serve with a smile on his face if you were the blonde lady he clearly fancied because she didn’t even need to get up for her drink refill, he would make her and her daughter one whilst they hadn’t even finished the one they were on. It gave very creepy vibes when he’d be chatting away to the young daughter and plying her with top ups she didn’t ask for! This is just discrimination and purely rude, if you have a face that fits and are from his home town you’d probably get far. This was the case with most the staff here, there was no bother at all for English guests, no effort, no smile nothing! People would cut queues and staff would clearly know who was next but still go onto serve those dumb enough to cut a queue! This is so basic for staff to simply follow a queue system but staff really had no intention of doing this.
On checkout day, the weighing scales were broke! The most unhelpful thing ever for a 5* hotel. They also charge you to use it, how pathetic! Staff seem so unbothered by these faults and when asked is there another alternative you just get nothing back.
Lights go out in the lobby as soon as the bar closes at midnight, even in the dining room as soon as service time is done they switch off lights EVEN though there were people still sitting eating or drinking in there! It felt like a school trip or camp rather than a holiday.
All staff need to get trained on hospitality because they don’t have a clue! They all look like they can’t be arsed to be there and it’s more a social event for them and their work colleagues. You can clearly tell certain guest from certain countries get privileges and respect from not only floor staff but higher up managers too and this is so wrong! We all pay to be there and everyone no matter where you’re from should be respected!
To be honest this trip put me off Turkey all together simply because this hotel was not up to scratch and did not respect the English one bit or English standards (I’ve seen better at a travelodge). If I were to ever go again I would choose CRYSTAL SUNSET (7 mins away) a REAL 5* luxury hotel that I’ve stayed in before and would avoid this hotel at all cost!

Great stay – Kudret and Salih made it special
We had a great time at Arnor Deluxe Hotel. The rooms were clean, the pool area was lovely, and the food was good with plenty of options.
What really stood out was the staff. Kudret is an absolute legend, he works long days in the heat at the beach, always with a big smile and positive energy. Such a hardworking and kind person. Salih (he works as s waiter) was also amazing, super friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome.
If we had to mention one small downside, it would be that the English level among the staff is a bit limited, which made communication tricky at times. But everyone tried their best, and it didn’t affect our experience in any big way.
Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!
