This is not a 5 star hotel, but we didn't pay 5 star prices to be fair! Great for kids, loads to do and fantastic pool areas. Rooms are dated but clean! Food is always available and a fairly good selection, I like the children's buffet - was something my fussy kids could eat everyday! Lots of Russians here, this is the main language spoken but this didn't bother us, we found staff to be polite and helpful.
We made some great memories here and had a great holiday!

There are a few good qualities of this all inclusive resort, but they are overshadowed by a great many problems. If you’re here during hot weather you will experience a lack of air conditioning. During the evening and all night the fan blows room temperature air. Upon complaining they admitted “we’ll turn the AC back on at 9AM” (when no one is in their room!). We were miserable and struggled to sleep. There is only one restaurant which is open for two hours during meal times. There are hundreds of people trying to eat during these times. Not enough workers to clear tables. We often struggled to find a table, while walking around with our plates among the chaos. There were no clean forks available several times. Over worked staff dropped plates, breaking them on the floor, and not cleaning the pieces. The food is actually not bad, but the experience is awful. And again, no AC, so during hot weather it is not pleasant. Hot, humid, noisy, flies everywhere, too many people crowded into not enough space. It’s an old building, not well kept or cleaned. It’s hot, humid, chaotic with so many people, and very dirty. There are some nice friendly staff, but some who are not. Bar staff were friendly, but we stood in line each time we wanted a drink. Our reception experience upon arrival was very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never stay here again.

The outside of hotel is very nice. Animation team is amazing. Service is very good. Food is good, a lot of option to choose. Only two minus - a lot of Russian people and if you choose economy room, you may have with a bad view and no balcony. Without this, everyting is amazing. We will go here a second time! :)

If I Could Give It ZERO, I Would!
Unwelcoming from the Start:
From the moment we arrived, we were treated rudely. Ismail at reception mocked us, refused to help, and tried charging an extra £400 despite full payment through On the Beach. No professionalism, no welcome — just hostility and confusion.
Filthy and Isolated Rooms:
Our first room was in the basement — dark, detached, and nothing like the advert. The second had a “balcony” facing a wall. The third was the worst: it stank, had flies, and hair in the tub. We arrived at midnight and were left with no choice but to stay.
Zero Hygiene Standards:
Rooms were never properly cleaned. We received half-used toilet rolls, reused towels (some visibly dirty), and bed sheets that weren’t changed once in ten days. Basic cleanliness was completely ignored.
Terrible Food and Foul Smells:
Food was bland, repetitive, and often served on greasy plates. The dining area had a strong sewage-like smell, as did areas near the spa. Poor hygiene ruined every mealtime and made us want to leave the hotel entirely.
Unreliable Facilities:
The pool slides were rarely open with no schedule or communication. Guests couldn’t plan anything, especially families. A key advertised feature turned out to be practically unusable.
Room Access Issues:
The day before checkout, our room keys stopped working for no reason. We had to walk back to reception just to get them reactivated. No apology, no explanation.
Not UK-Friendly:
The hotel catered entirely to Russian-speaking guests. Hardly any staff spoke English. Everything — signs, announcements, entertainment — was in Russian. We felt excluded and ignored throughout our stay.
No Post-Checkout Support:
There’s no secure luggage storage. Bags were dumped in an open area next to reception, unsupervised. It was overcrowded, chaotic, and left guests stuck watching their belongings instead of relaxing.
Transfer Ignored by Staff:
Reception dismissed my concern about a wrong transfer time. I had to call the emergency line myself on the day of departure to sort a new one. If I hadn’t acted, we could’ve missed our flight or paid hundreds for a taxi.
Final Warning – Avoid This Hotel:
This hotel fails on every front: rude staff, dirty rooms, poor food, unreliable facilities, and no support for UK travellers. It’s stressful, unwelcoming, and completely mismanaged. Do not book — you will regret it.

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel based on our recent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism, especially from Ismail. There was no warm welcome, and instead of being checked in smoothly, we were told we needed to pay an additional £400+ just to avoid a room facing a wall or a loud industrial fan. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering we had already booked and paid for a standard double twin balcony room in advance. It took three separate attempts and ongoing discussions with the hotel management before we were finally given the room type we had originally paid for.
When we entered the room, we were shocked by the poor level of cleanliness. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. There were flies everywhere, and the bathroom was in a disgusting state with mold covering large areas of the walls. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable. Throughout the hotel, there was a persistent and unpleasant smell of sewage and drains. This smell was noticeable in multiple areas, including around the swimming pool and inside the restaurant, which made it extremely difficult to enjoy any of the facilities.
The food provided was another major letdown. For an all-inclusive hotel, the variety and quality of meals were far below expectations. The same dishes were served repeatedly, and the food itself tasted bland and unappetising zing. There was no flexibility when it came to dining times, and if you missed the scheduled meal periods, there were no alternative options available. This was particularly inconvenient for families with children who may need food outside of rigid mealtimes.
One of the biggest challenges we faced was communication. The hotel seemed to be primarily catered toward Russian-speaking guests, and the majority of the staff had very limited or none English language skills. Even the simplest requests had to be translated using Google Translate, which became exhausting over the course of our stay. This language barrier also extended to the entertainment provided, which was not only poorly organised and low quality, but also mostly inaccessible to non-Russian guests. The entertainment staff were difficult to t, as they did not wear any uniforms and were often dressed in inappropriate and unprofessional clothing that was not suitable for a family environment. They lacked energy and enthusiasm, and made no real effort to engage with guests. This made the environment feel disjointed and unwelcoming, particularly for families and children.
The staff in general appeared unhappy, disinterested, stressed and unapproachable. A very few made an effort to greet or assist guests, and the overall customer service throughout the hotel was severely lacking. At no point did we feel valued or cared for as guests. Additionally, the lack of nearby amenities made the situation worse. There were no currency exchange offices anywhere close to the hotel, which caused further inconvenience when we needed to exchange money.
The only positive experience we had during our stay came from one staff member named Bülent. He stood out from the rest due to his efficiency, friendliness, and willingness to help. He was professional, quick to respond, and clearly took pride in his work, something that was unfortunately not the case with the rest of the staff.
Overall, this hotel failed on almost every level: customer service, cleanliness, food quality, entertainment, and overall guest experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I regret spending our time and money here.
