We had an amazing stay, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was cleaned daily and always spotless, the food was delicious and very diverse, with different themed dinners every day. The location is perfect, very central, and several beautiful beaches are just a 5–10 minute walk away.
During the day, the pool area was full of fun activities and entertainment, which created a great atmosphere for both adults and children.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Been twice now to this hotel but wouldn't come back...Rooms are fine but could clean the balconys now and again. Cleanliness about the hotel could be a bit better. Breakfast is fine just the standard 4* hotel stuff. The sunbed situation is madness and the guests that are sprinting for the beds are mental, never seen anything like it. Best bit about the hotel is the location for us with nice restaurants and shops all close by.

Great hotel, great entertainments.
Good selection of food. Very nice that Not overcrowded by the pools, was easy to find a sunbed on every day. Also during all breakfast, lunch and dinner not too overcrowded too which is nice. Breakfast could be extended by 11am as wanted to sleep longer :)
Entertainment team is great too with cool competitions.
My son enjoyed slides, basketball area and game rooms. Very good location too.

stayed here for 9 nights on a family holiday and it was 100% worth the money. the rooms are quite big and kept clean. the offer clean towels and a bathrobe for your stay. the beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was the perfect size for me and my sister who i shared my room with. also had a fab view of the pools from our balcony, and it had chairs and a table so you could sit outside and enjoy it more
the pools were so nice and relaxing!! the water slides are super fun and the snack bar is so handy when you get a little hungry.
i also have celiac disease, and the staff were so kind and catering to it!! i had gf toast and pastries and even got crepes some mornings and didn’t feel sick once!! huge thanks to Leo who was so kind to me and made sure i had 100% gluten free food!! Thank you Leo!!

Fantastic stay!
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service from Jose Antonio and Carlos Mendoza. They did an outstanding job and went above and beyond for us.
