We recently conducted a company seminar at Al Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection, and the experience was excellent. The boardroom atmosphere was professional, comfortable, and very well set up for our session. The staff were highly supportive throughout the event—communication was smooth, coordination was efficient, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. A special mention to the food, which was outstanding. The quality, presentation, and taste exceeded expectations. Many thanks to the chef and the culinary team for such a wonderful dining experience. Overall, it was a well-organized and pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this venue for corporate meetings and seminars.

Solid hotel. It has everything you may want or need at the premises. From pool, beach, party, chill, quiet, and lively. Def more on the family side but still great for couples or friends. The staff are all very nice and kind. The room I had was quite spacious and had all I wanted. Location wise, you are very walking distance to different places inclusive of JBR.

Rooms are tidy and maintained, but dated. So is the general ´feel´ of the room. Removed an extra star because there are many parties on the beach. Night before I ledt was laying awake until 4 AM on a workday... Friendly staff all around. Pool is great and nicely warm in winter. Had to ask to turn the music down a bit. Must be a Dubai thing... There is construction going on in the garden that makes noise but thays temporary. Hopefully the old part is next for a renovation!

Really enjoyed my stay here. First I had a room with not such a great view.. Maya from Guest Relations emailed me for feedback which I initially ignored, she followed up and I mentioned the view was not great, immediately she offered to move me and moved me to a way better view- really great service from Maya to ensure my stay is as pleasant as possible. Next the staff at the grand club were excellent and very welcoming. I enjoyed every bit of the grand club and the hospitality shown by Matti, Hossam, Ahmed, Melanie and Larry. Thank you team and I will definitely return here again. 🙂😎

Great service and rooms are nice. Pools are heated to some degree so manageable in December. There is a new building construction coming up so that can be a bit annoying but understandable. Beach access is nice. The Dubai tours for activities has some flaws in what they promise and you pay and what you get so be warned. Reception, Concierge and housekeeping (especially the turndown service) is top of the range 10 star! Hotel food is 3 star so get ready to use careem.

--- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I visited Jumeirah Beach in Dubai and it was an amazing experience. This is truly one of the most beautiful and well-maintained beaches in the UAE. The clean white sand, crystal-clear water, and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax with family and friends. The beach is very well organised with lifeguards, security, showers, changing rooms, washrooms, and shaded seating areas available. The walking and jogging track along the beach is excellent, and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and food trucks nearby. The highlight is the stunning view of the Burj Al Arab, especially during sunset — absolutely breathtaking and perfect for photography. The beach is suitable for swimming, playing sports, relaxing, and enjoying the calm sound of the waves. Even though the beach gets busy on weekends, it never feels overcrowded because of the large open space and smooth crowd management. The overall cleanliness and safety standards are outstanding. Whether morning, evening, or night, Jumeirah Beach has a beautiful vibe — relaxing, scenic, and refreshing. A must-visit place in Dubai. Definitely deserves 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ---

My experience at Movenpick Jumeirah Beach was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were absolutely lovely—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, making me feel truly welcome. The customer service was excellent and I was delighted to receive a room upgrade thanks to my Platinum membership status. The location is perfect. While Dubai Marina is known for its traffic, the hotel is conveniently situated on the outer section, making it easily accessible without the hassle of navigating deeper into the area. This made getting around so much smoother compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Overall, a fantastic stay with top-notch service and a prime location. Highly recommend!

The hotel stay was faultless, from the moment we arrived. We arrived early in the morning and we were given access to the Executive Lounge while waiting for our room. The room was so clean and very spacious. All the staff were so helpful, always happy. Special mention to Irene who arranged a takeaway breakfast pack for us the morning we were leaving as we checked out early. The location is fantastic and I love that towels are given for the beach and the pool. Food was fantastic especially the choice on the seafood buffet night.

We had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach. Housekeeping was exceptional. Abhrani did an amazing job and was consistently thorough and attentive. At the front desk, Yoga was equally impressive, warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The company is very lucky to have both of them as part of the team. One thing worth noting for future guests is the view. Based on the photos, I expected a clearer beach view from the room. While the beach is nearby, our view was partially blocked by buildings in front. This is just something to be aware of if a direct beach view is important to you. The facilities were excellent. The gym was well equipped, and the sauna and steam room were a great bonus. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and very good quality food. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities and outstanding staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach. The hotel’s location is perfect, right by JBR Walk and the beach, making it ideal for both relaxation and convenience. This is my go to resort everytime I visit Dubai with my family! We stayed here for the second time just end of November and as always everything was exceptional. The rooms were big and accommodating for my family of 4. The majlis always had drinks and snacks, the service of each person was always on point! I have nothing but good words for this resort. It’s private yet fun, with multiple restaurants, beaches, pools, and activities. The water park and souk on site, the boats and the buggy’s. The staff! we truly love this place. But the best part is how quickly they are able to help and respond when things go wrong. We ended up in abu dhabi with a forgotten item and they were so quick to find it and get it to us back! can’t wait to be back

Exceptional stay with my family! The staff was extremely friendly and went so far as to make sure we had a great time. Starting from the very beginning, prior to our arrival staff did their best to accommodate us in accordance with all my requirements and requests. Everything was comfortable and safe during our stay. The staff was always friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was always clean and the cleaning staff kept everything tidy. Especially I would like to mention Ajay, who was very considerate and attentive throughout our stay. Our stay was incredible as usual in Madinat Dar Al Masyaf. I initially considered Al Qasr just to gain access to the resort's vast amenities, I am glad I chose Dar Al Masyaf. The experience is on another level with butler service. The rooms are incredibly spacious, but it’s the traditional courtyard and common areas within each villa that create such a serene, private atmosphere. The Madinat Jumeirah complex is the most impressive I’ve ever seen, a massive network comprising Al Qasr, Al Naseem, and the Beach Hotel. Since they are all connected, you can 'resort hop' to endless restaurants, take long walks along the pristine beach, or call a buggy to take you anywhere in the complex. You never run out of things to do. What makes Dar Al Masyaf special is the immersive 'Arabian Village' design. Being able to take unlimited abra (boat) rides through the lagoons, even to dinners, felt like a fairytale. My butler was exceptional, seamlessly arranging transport the moment I was ready to head out. If there's such a thing as 6 or 7-star resorts, this is it. It’s a destination I would travel across the world for.

We spent a full week in Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf Dubai, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The stay was exquisite for us as adults — from the incredible food to the thoughtful activities and beautiful surroundings — but what truly set this trip apart was how wonderful it was for our child as well. The kids club was a highlight. Our son had an absolute blast, and the entire team made him feel welcomed and cared for every single day. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury with genuine family-friendly warmth, and this hotel did it effortlessly. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already talking about when we’ll return. Highly recommended. The concierge service was disappointing and needs improvement. Arranging travel plans was unnecessarily difficult, and follow-up was lacking. Despite being told someone would get back to me, I was never offered a call back, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This detracted from what was otherwise an nice stay.

The sports facilities and activities at Rixos The Palm are highly recommended. The program is diverse, well organized, and truly enjoyable. I would especially like to highlight the aqua pool activities and the aqua fitness sessions with Katarina. Katarina leads her sessions in a very professional and motivating way, with great positive energy. You always feel well guided while still being pleasantly challenged – a perfect balance between fitness and fun. The stand-up paddling, paddling out on the sea and enjoying the calm atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, was a true highlight. The two instructors (whose names I unfortunately do not know) were very friendly, calm, and professional, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. In addition, the hotel itself is simply beautiful. Everything is very clean, the rooms are excellent and well equipped, and nothing was missing. The bar is fantastic, and the all-inclusive concept is absolutely top-notch. A special mention goes to the WhatsApp service, which worked perfectly and made communication easy and convenient throughout the stay. Overall, it was a perfect experience and highly recommended.

We were delighted with our stay at the hotel! We really enjoyed the room, the beach, the bars, as well as the work of the cleaners and room service—everything was at the highest level. Entertainment also is on high level! Turquoise Restaurant— we were impressed by the delicious food, especially the steaks and fish from the grill chef Hammad , as well as the excellent service from waiters Rashid, Ayush , Khant, Nabiz Hassain and others. Head Chef Omur Çan and his colleague oversaw the entire process and also assisted with the selection of dishes. Also supervisors were very good with :) Concierge Service— the staff were attentive and always ready to help, responding promptly to our requests and making our stay even more comfortable. That was our second time here, and we will gladly return!

Stayed over Christmas 2025. Lives up to the ‘Ultra All Inclusive’ tag for sure. Hard to fault honestly. Been to many ‘5 star’ resorts in Caribbean an over the world and this is by far one of the best I’ve been to. Food and drinks best by far from any 5 staf all Inclusive we’ve stayed at before. Premium brands, corona, stella, heinikan, Guiness and Peroni to name but a few beers made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel itself is modern and feels high end and luxury. The staff work tirelessly and not just seeking to obtain tips as has been my experience in the past. In fact do not think I saw many people leaving tips at all and yet the attitude and endeavour of the staff was still second to none. Beautiful resort. I would say getting off it can be long during rush hour and peak times due to the location on the Palm and the traffic associated with the Atlantis, but with a little forethought and planning it’s not a big deal. Big shout out to Khem and Wilson at the Breeze bar who were always on hand to take care of our every need. Always so polite and attentive and genuinely interested in our family and our experience. Shout out the staff of the Turquoise restaurant also who again were so lovely and really contributed to our memorable stay. We are already considering when can return.

The Rixy Kids Club delivers an outstanding experience with a rich daily program that includes creative crafts, painting, exciting sports activities, cooking classes, and lively shows,And mini disco. Every detail reflects high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization. The Kids Club team, is energetic, professional, and truly passionate about creating joyful moments for every child. The children were constantly engaged, happy, and eager to return each day. These exceptional kids’ facilities and activities significantly enhance the overall guest experience and make this hotel stand out as a top family-friendly destination. We will back soon

We had a wonderful stay at Dukes The Palm Dubai. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location with direct beach access and is close to Nakheel Mall, which was very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, facilities such as pool, lazy river, and private beach — were excellent, and even though we haven’t used them it is good to see as a facility. Breakfast offered a good variety and was very enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely return! Amazing hotel with the most amazing staff! Me and my family stayed there for 6 nights (7 people) and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is equipped with everything that you could need, several pools, kids room, gym, bar, restaurant, lounges. The rooms were excellent, always clean. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners had great selection of different foods with convenient times. But the best part of our stay was the staff of Dukes. All beyond great professionals, always ready to fix your problem with a smile. Special thanks to Mansur, Nana, Akram, Stephanie, Altynai (I hope I spelled the names correctly). Highly recommended!

A mixed stay. Excellent breakfast team, but some areas for improvement. The best part of our stay at Dukes was without doubt the breakfast and the staff managing it. Truly 5-star service. They anticipated what we wanted, were warm, professional, and consistently excellent. An absolute credit to the hotel. Having to pay for a cappuccino at breakfast was a surprise, especially considering the location on the Palm and that neighbouring hotels don’t charge, but each to their own. Before arrival, we requested some separation from our relatives. We like them, but didn’t want to be next door. We were told another room would be arranged and that we would receive a call. We were out for the whole day, but unfortunately that call never came. When we returned after 9 pm, we found we had been placed in a room above the entrance with no balcony, and it was quite loud. We asked to be moved, which the hotel did arrange. We were relocated near our relatives, but not next to them. The new room itself was okay, but a little dated. There was a lack of bathroom amenities, and the bath and shower design made showering awkward. You had to step into the bath through a narrow gap, which could genuinely be a problem for older guests. We also noticed that the right-hand plug socket next to the bed wasn’t working. I also rang the lobby a few times for extra water and no one picked up. I tried a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I went downstairs, the desk was fully staffed with three or four people and none were on a call. In isolation, there might have been a justified reason, but after no one called us earlier to inform us that our room was ready, it did raise some doubts. Another thing we noticed was that the hotel grounds between the breakfast area and the beach felt a bit faded. My relatives commented on this as well, although they thought the general staff were excellent. All of these issues are easily fixable. I know friends of ours love this hotel, and being on the Palm naturally brings higher expectations, especially as we were hosting relatives. Despite some areas for improvement, the breakfast staff were outstanding and easily the highlight of our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the service was very good, and the staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would happily recommend this place. The only small issues I would mention are related to the room. There were not enough shelves in the closet for clothes, which made storage a bit inconvenient. Also, the glass panel in the shower was not positioned properly to stop the water, so water often flowed onto the bathroom floor and made it wet. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise great stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly stay again.

Perfect location in the heart of JBR right by the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, open till very late. Very safe and walkable area. I have to express my gratitude to the staff that are all extremely professional and very well trained. I had a beautiful room with sea views that was extremely comfortable and spacious. Soundproofing between rooms is good. You can hear a bit of outside noise as the area is very lively but didn't bother me. Breakfast is great, plenty of options. Very nice shops inside the hotel too. Thumping club music EVERY NIGHT UNTIL 3AM. Every. Single. Night. Until 3AM. When checking in, I told them I didn’t care about the view, the size of the room, or anything else except the quiet. I specifically asked them for the quietest room they had and they assured me “yes, of course!” Guess what? They lied. What they should have said is “we’d like to give you a quiet room, but nearby DIFC blasts music so loud it can be heard on the 37th floor so if you want quiet, you might want to consider a different hotel.” 37th floor, with 22db NRR earplugs. Heard from several other guests with the same experience. They couldn’t sleep until past 3AM, either. Sure, the location is great. But with that level of noise, I’d rather be elsewhere. Be honest, guys. If there’s going to be club music every night, don’t promise quiet. If you can’t provide quiet rooms, SAY SO.

First time visit to Dubai and staying in Jumeirah Emirates Towers was even more memorable. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly and helped us with all the information and needs. The rooms are maintained very well and clean. Buffet breakfast was awesome with many cuisines. Location is easily accessible to metro if you want to beat the city traffic. Private entrance to museum and separate tickets for in-house guests always available.

We stayed in Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel during our travel from New Zealand in the last week of September. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were perfectly clean, and had all the facilities. The view from my room was incredible. We could top portion of Burj Khalifa from the room. The night view was incredibly beautiful. Even the view of future museum from the hotel was memorable. The meals were exceptionally tasty. We enjoyed breakfast from Mundo, Dinner from Alara and room service. The pool was also perfectly clean and NOT crowded. We didn't even know this level of luxury and comfort existed before checking in. The stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers was one of the best experiences of our Dubai trip.

We stayed here in November 2025, half board & sea view room. I would definitely book at this hotel again, great location on the Palm to get to other locations in Dubai and on the palm. although as others have said the sea view room isn’t that impressive, would not book type of room again. But you cannot fault the service or the staff, food is great with options for everyone and it was fresh with plenty of healthy options. Very clean standard of room, including fresh towels and bedding. The rooftop pool was a highlight for us, I wouldn’t spend time on the beach again as the sand wasn’t the golden soft sand we were expecting, obviously not the hotels fault I think just that part of the beach. Views were great and the chilled vibe at the rooftop was lovely. One thing I would also say at the end of the trip my mum wasn’t very well and the staff including the chef were so attentive and couldn’t have helped us more. My mum felt like it was a home away from home despite feeling rubbish. Would stay here again!

We stayed there with the family between Christmas and the new year. The hotel overall was a good experience. I went to West Beach on the other side of the Palm to look at the Hilton and Fairmont (my other potential choices), and I would say that the Andaz is in a much more quiet and family friendly location. The food was good as well as the service. On the downsides, I did not like the location of the pool (quite a long walk) and it being located between some other apartment buildings gave it a bit of a strange vibe. We went to Raffles the Palm for our last holiday and this is certainly a category below (which is also reflected in the price). Overall a good stay but not a five star experience and certainly a tier down form some of the other hotels on the palm.

Everyone was very, very friendly and helpful, from the reception and concierge, to the restaurant team, the kitchen staff, the room service and everybody else. You could really feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. The room, as well the whole hotel complex were very beautiful, clean and well maintained. Everything was taken care of with a great attention to details. The food was outstanding, delicious, high quality and very varied, so there was always something new to enjoy. The teams in both restaurants were always friendly and attentive, despite the hard work and busy hours. Their dedication and kindness truly stood out and made every meal even more enjoyable. The dinner on New Years Eve in "Asia Asia" was also unforgettable. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for this lovely vacation. It was a truly relaxing stay and I would be happy to return some day.

Amazing stay at this hotel! I took a friend for her birthday and checked many hotels before deciding on this one. And it was the right choice. Great location in the palm trunk, with a private beach but still not too far from the city. The staff is amazing, so attentive and helpful. At the concierge, at the spa and of course the reception. The rooms are great, loved the decoration. You have to ask for amenities due to environmental concern which is great. The breakfast is so great! And the staff there, I can’t even describe it. The restaurant on the beach is also great-even for dinner. Spacious gym. It is not a fancy hotel and they really made us feel at home.

We recently stayed at Andaz by Hyatt Dubai The Palm, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel’s design is modern and stylish, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Allan from reception was very helpful The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed “the breakfast buffet”, “the pool area”, “the beach access”, The location on the Palm is perfect — peaceful yet close to main attractions. Shree from Locale restaurant was incredibly warm and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend Andaz for anyone visiting Dubai who values comfort, style, and excellent service. Exceptional resort! Peaceful, luxurious and unforgettable We stayed at Jebel Ali Resort in Dubai for two weeks in September 2024 and honestly, this holiday was on another level. Everything about it was amazing and even now I struggle to put into words just how much we loved it. The resort itself is absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained. It is always spotless. From the rooms to the pools, restaurants, pathways and beach areas. You can tell there is so much care put into keeping the resort beautiful. The grounds are huge, lush and very well laid out, yet it never feels overwhelming or busy. The views are gorgeous everywhere you look – whether it’s the beach, pools, greenery or sunset views, it genuinely feels peaceful and luxurious. One of the biggest things we loved was the location. The resort is not in the city, which honestly made the experience so much better. Being away from the busy Dubai centre gave the whole place such a calm, relaxed atmosphere. It felt like a proper escape where you could truly switch off, unwind and enjoy the quiet luxury without noise, crowds or stress. It’s the perfect balance of privacy and comfort, while still feeling high-end. The pools and beach areas were incredible. There was always plenty of space, plenty of sunbeds and such a relaxed vibe throughout the day. Whether you wanted to chill by the pool, walk along the beach, or just sit and enjoy the views, it never felt rushed or crowded. Everything was clean, organised and well managed. The food across the resort was outstanding. There was so much choice and variety and the quality never dropped, even over a two-week stay. Every meal felt fresh, well prepared and enjoyable. We genuinely looked forward to eating every day. The service was exceptional and really made the stay special. Every single member of staff was friendly, warm, and professional. A special thank you to Kadek for a perfect manicure, Ayu for an amazing pedicure and Rumi, who was incredible with both my massage and hair. Such a relaxing, high-quality spa experience. At the Palmito Pool, Michael the bartender was always welcoming and added to the relaxed poolside vibe and Uchita, our waitress, was so attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and always spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job and coming back to a clean, calm room every day just added to how relaxing the entire holiday felt. Overall, this resort is true luxury without feeling stiff or pretentious. It was peaceful, beautifully run and absolutely worth it. Even after two weeks, we didn’t want to leave. We loved every second and will 100% be returning. If you’re thinking about booking Jebel Ali Resort, do it – you won’t regret it.

Our recent weekend stay at JA Beach Hotel Dubai was absolutely magnificent. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, everything was handled with exceptional care and attention. A special thank-you to Lujain, Umar, and Aurea for arranging a wonderful surprise in our room. Their thoughtful gesture made my wife’s celebration truly unforgettable and added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated. The hotel offers a wealth of activities that made our stay both fun and relaxing. We enjoyed the water splash area, football games, and the variety of pools and beaches, all beautifully maintained and ideal for families. The mini zoo was another highlight a charming experience for both children and adults alike. The Sports Café was a great spot to unwind, offering badminton, squash, and table tennis, along with big screens to enjoy live football matches in a lively atmosphere. Our dinner at Sette was the perfect way to end the day the food, ambiance, and service were all fabulous. Every detail contributed to an exceptional dining experience. All in all, JA Beach Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of great hospitality, engaging activities, and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable weekend. We can’t wait to return!

I booked a room at JA Beach Hotel because it offered a splash area for children, beach walks, good facilities, and the convenience of being in Dubai. While we were welcomed warmly by the concierge, the experience at the reception immediately took a negative turn. The lady assisting us had an attitude that was unnecessarily dismissive. When we asked about early check-in and late checkout, we were told it was not guaranteed and that the hotel was “fully booked,” followed by a surprising claim that early check-in typically costs 400 AED... something I’ve never encountered before. When we requested more clarity about the hotel’s facilities and locations, we were simply told to “check the paper,” which felt unhelpful and abrupt. Upon reaching our room, we found an unappealing view and waited over 15 minutes for our bags. When we went back to reception, another staff member, much more helpful, assisted us with a room change. We also requested a baby crib; the staff member delivering it left before we could let him in and did not return. Later, while we were out, housekeeping entered the room to set up the crib without informing us. Although the gesture was helpful, I would have preferred to know, especially since our belongings were scattered around and the “Do Not Disturb” sign was not in the room before we left. We visited the kids’ pool, where the staff were friendly and welcoming. Lunch at Captain’s Restaurant was enjoyable in terms of food quality, though the coffee needs improvement. The hotel itself felt very quiet with noticeably few guests, making the earlier claim of being “fully booked” even more questionable. At night, we noticed that the complimentary water only comes in large glass bottles, and the fridge barely fits one. I called reception requesting smaller bottles and was told they only provide the large ones. I then asked for chilled water and was told that chilled water is not provided either. The receptionist instead offered a bucket of ice, which a nice gesture, but it was not sufficient because it takes a long time to chill such large bottles. It felt strange that a hotel of this level does not provide chilled water or smaller bottles. Breakfast the next day at Ibn Majed was fine, and the staff were particularly kind and attentive, especially toward our 8-month-old son. After breakfast, we walked around the hotel, visited the stables to see the horses, and then headed to the mini zoo where we saw goats, rabbits, peacocks, and other birds. It was a pleasant change of scenery and very entertaining for our son. Overall, the hotel offers many facilities and some genuinely pleasant experiences, but several issues significantly affected our stay, especially the attitude of certain reception staff, the misleading “fully booked” claim, and unusual service gaps like the lack of chilled or small water bottles. These factors left us disappointed despite the otherwise enjoyable amenities.

Been going for years and play golf there and love it all and the staff but the Sports Cafe is a zero star. Over the years it has gone way downhill. You can’t have a game of golf and get breakfast as it closes too early. There is not much very healthy except a salad and they are not what they used to be, tasteless, and heaven forbid if you are vegan. After asking for no dairy based food in his vegan ingredient choice my friend was told some vegan food is marinaded in a dairy product so things were removed. Did they increase the other components he could eat? No, so he had a tiny bowl. We’d love to stay and have a great lunch or breakfast after golf but it’s just not possible there. And, yes, we mention it every time we go. You surely can do better as you mange to everywhere else!

We spent a fantastic 10 days at this stunning hotel in October. Check in : was smooth and quick, and although we arrived at 10 am and we're unable to get our room till 3 pm, they had facilities on hand to get changed and enjoy all their amenities. They even got us into our rooms at 1.30 pm. Rooms : luxurious and spacious with a large balcony and plenty of storage space. Cleaned meticulously every day and the attentive staff even fold and hang your clothes up. Pool area's: spotlessly clean, as is all the grounds in this complex, and with life guard's in constant attendance, which would be reassuring if travelling with young children. Beach : the hotel has its own personal beach, which is spotless and well maintained. The beach is approximately 20 metres from the anchor bar and pool, so you have the best of both world's. The sunset's are amazing. Golf course : a tough 9 hole course with plenty of water and beautifully maintained greens and fairways. As a guest, your able to hire club's, buggy hire and 9 or 18 holes for approx £70. ( 9 holes was enough in the heat) Great value and well worth a try, and so easy to book through the friendly staff at the sports bar. Buffet restaurant :the food here was exceptional, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Breakfast was really good, with a great choice of hot and cold item's, that cater for everyone's taste with live cooking stations. Lunch and dinner were the same, with a great variety of very tasty options. Speciality restaurants : there other restaurants that you can use while staying here, and we tried a few of them and weren't disappointed. Sette : an Italian restaurant situated in the beach hotel, which was excellent. We got served by Sahjed, who was very knowledgeable, courteous and talked us through the menu which was appreciated.. Smoking Gun : which is situated off the complex, but there is a shuttle bus to it. An American themed restaurant with burgers, ribs. Very enjoyable with excellent staff. Republik : really enjoyable with an extensive menu in a very relaxed atmosphere. ( Try the Wagu steak ) And finally, the Sports bar : perfect for lunch and watching a full array of sports. Friendly staff and excellent food, though can get busy at the weekend with golfers. Staff : all the staff we encountered in this fantastic complex were exceptional and the friendliest you could meet. A special mention has to go to Dillip in the sports bar and Michael in the anchor bar, who went out there way to accommodate us at every opportunity and made our holiday more enjoyable. Overall, this was our first time experiencing Dubai, and this hotel was a perfect destination to do this.

We stayed for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel, service, and facilities were all excellent and met our expectations. Unfortunately, during one of the days the hotel hosted a large event that brought significant noise throughout the property. It was disruptive enough that we chose to leave the hotel and were unable to enjoy the day as planned. While we understand that events are part of hotel operations, the level of noise and the access given to external guests affected the sense of comfort and privacy we were expecting as in-house guests. Aside from this, our stay was lovely. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as better separation or communication around such events would greatly improve the guest experience.

We celebrated our 17-year anniversary on New Year’s Eve, welcoming NYE 2026 from a beautiful room near the corner of the hotel, which gave us a full view of the beach and the New Year’s countdown — truly unforgettable. The surprise decorations and photo collage made the moment even more special. The hotel’s architecture and service were wonderful, with elegant dark marble interiors creating a refined atmosphere. However, because there were no bright lights in the bathroom or the room, and since in January it gets dark very early, I had no choice but to use the balcony light to do my makeup and hair, which was quite stressful. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay — with just one important detail that could truly make it perfect.

Hi, I recently visited W Dubai The Palm for my daughter’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The location, rooms, and amenities were extraordinary, but the highlight was the exceptional service. I want to specifically mention Vaishnawi at the reception desk; she did a fabulous job accommodating us by upgrading our room and perfectly understanding our needs. Visited last year October Le Meridien Beach Resort and Spa was absolutely amazing! The hospitality here is top-notch, and the staff is warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The resort is huge with beautiful open spaces, and it features multiple swimming pools — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Marina Beach and JBR with easy beach access. The food is delicious and varied, making every meal enjoyable. I stayed here with my husband for 5 nights. We had a room: royal club tower, with sea view. You have also acces to the club Lounge on the first floor. Opposite of this tower a new building is being build. During the day it is not that annoying, but in the night and in the morning it is annoying, because we love to sleep in until late in the morning. But we waked up at 8 am, because of the noise. After the first night, we asked if we can change to a other room. View at the other side, that was not a problem. This room was cheaper, the manager insisted that we get a refund of the 'downgrade'. Very good service. The other nights where better. The breakfast was very nice at the hotel. And we take 2 days roomservice, that was also good. This hotel have a great outdoor, with pools and the beach. The service was great! My husband had a injury after a excursion, the staff and doctor in the hotel where awesome! We also get a wheelchair for the last days, for free to borrow. The service in this hotel is great. The people who works here are also great! They do everything they can, to make people feel at home. A big 10 for all the staff and the service. The conclusion: It's a great hotel. Only if you're a light sleeper, you won't sleep well here. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent.

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. The service here was incredible. As soon as we checked in, they gave a gift to our kids. And while we waited for our room, they gave us complimentary lunch which was incredible. The kids had a blast at the kids club. The room was great, just maybe the carpet a bit old and the bathroom quite tight. Otherwise, the breakfast and lounge food was quite great with lots of options. We had an enjoyable stay here :)

But when you enter the hotel it's absolutely fantastic, renovated to a very modern and beautiful tranquil space, even though the renovation was done 5 years ago it looks brand new so amazing job to those involved. As for our stay well, I would say one of the best stays we have had in Dubai, this hotel takes service to another level from checkin to checkout the staff were just amazing, thoughtful and always helpful, special thanks to Mr Gohar who made this a fantastic experience. Room was fabulous with ocean views, views of Dubai Marina and Blue waters, room was also spacious, super clean and nicely decorated. The food was very yummy & in the outlets we tried and their executive lounge was the best we have tried in all the hotel we stay at in Dubai for sure. It has a nice pool with a few peacocks roaming around plus a few ducks o and beachfront that you can walk along which gives vou also access to other places on the beach. Overall an amazing experience and will be back again soon.

Construction is going on nearby so you may hear construction noise. It can be so inconvenient if you prefer a calm stay. Construction starts early morning and finishes at the late evening. You may hear the noise at the balcony, at the beach, at the territory of the hotel. It seems it’s gonna finish by end of 2026 only. If you are a high level of Marriott bonvoy don’t expect something special at this hotel. I booked sea view room so I got the same sea view room. Even I had to ask to provide the room that I had booked, the first provided room was even downgraded with JBR view. Nice upgrade was supposed to be done. I’ve been at this hotel many times for more than last 10 years and I may say I have never had any stay when everything was perfect from the beginning for last 2 years. Every time something is not great. This time I feel it’s my last visit here.

From the very first moment, the reception team—especially Mr. Ahmed Allan and Mr. Amr were extremely decent, professional, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Stayed two nights in an overwater villa and it was truly exceptional! My hosts Geoffrey and Carine made this stay extra memorable. They created a what's app chat even before we arrived and answered every single one of our requests promptly. It felt like having our private staff to help with anything we needed. Though the property is expansive and beautiful, the room is so lavish and well-stocked that you don't feel like leaving. They provide everything you need, down to a sun hat, beach bag, pool slippers, and l'occitane products. The bed is very comfy. There are a few different areas to relax, my favorite being the overwater porch with both a large day bed as well as loungers. The stairs into the sea are an added bonus. The bathroom is definitely one of the biggest hotel bathrooms I've seen, with separate toilet and shower rooms, a closet nook and a huge bathtub overlooking the beach. The entire vibe of the place is both romantic and relaxing, exuding true luxury overall. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

We wanted a low key 5* hotel on the beach as a base. The Anantara ticks all the boxes. The Thai influence is perfect. Lagoon rooms are ideally situated with a short stroll to the beach. Food and service in every restaurant is excellent. So many staff made an impression on us. Richmond for his patience driving us around in the buggy with such a wonderful smile and Abu on concierge. The housekeeping team work so hard maintaining such high standards especially Nirajan and his towel origami each night. Highly recommended.

This hotel is exceptional! All the staff are friendly, attentive and proactive. It's a relaxing and impressive environment. The whole experience here has been wonderful. This visit was for a birthday and staff provided lovely little treats for the birthday celebrant which was a lovely touch! I would definitely recommend people to come here when staying in Dubai. I would warmly thank the hospitality staff- Nilar, Roshan and Ouda and the other staff for always welcoming us and seeing how we were when visiting the restaurant. The domestic staff, receptionists and valet staff are also welcoming and kind. 10/10.

An amazing stay at Fairmont The Palm. Hotel facilities are exceptional and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We travelled with our 1 year old and they could not have been more helpful. Yuva attended to our room daily and it was spotless. Towels always changed/ topped up, and bedding always made. Our room was always kept tidy and neat. The beach is so peaceful and relaxing. And the kids pool area is great. The food has been exceptional and prepared to a very high standard. We have looked forward to every meal. The buffet is wonderful and again the staff are so lovely. We would love to return, it’s been such a great holiday and the perfect spot to explore Dubai and also relax in the sun.

The service was perfect and food delicious. Definitely recommend the restaurant. Unfortunately, can't say the same for breakfast team, the service was lacking. Aslo, room service need to be better with attention to detail. Nice heated pool. Overall it is a lovely hotel with amazing viewings.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, perfectly located, and offered a wide range of amenities. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Pinakendu, the waiter who truly anticipated our every need. Very enjoyable, albeit short, stay at Fairmont The Palm with our 4m old daughter. Great pool and beach facilities. The staff we encountered were very helpful and knowledgable. In particular Robinson went above expectations to confirm some dietary requirements at lunch which was hugely appreciated - and always with a positive attitude. Location on the Palm isn’t for everyone but was no problem for our short stay.

We spent 9 days at Sofitel Dubai The Palm with our baby, and overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, which made traveling with a young child much easier and more enjoyable. The beach is fantastic – clean, calm, and ideal even with a baby – and the views are beautiful, whether from the beach or around the resort. The atmosphere is peaceful, well-maintained, and clearly designed with families in mind. The staff deserves special recognition. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially with luggage and day-to-day needs. I would like to particularly highlight: Shyam, the bellman Ram from housekeeping Nabil at the restaurant and a young lady with glasses from housekeeping (unfortunately I did not catch her name) All of them were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful – they really made a difference and did a fantastic job. That said, we rated the hotel 4 out of 5 stars, mainly due to two points: During our stay, all three of us experienced stomach issues (vomiting). We cannot say with certainty that this was caused by the hotel food, but it also cannot be fully excluded. The food variety, especially at breakfast, could be improved. The same applies to the buffet dinner, where more variety and rotation would be welcome over a longer stay. (There are several restaurants at the hotel, but the buffet dinner is the easiest with a baby.) Despite these issues, we still consider Sofitel Dubai The Palm a very good choice for families with babies, thanks to the beach, the calm environment, and the excellent staff. With some improvements in food variety and consistency, it could easily be an outstanding 5-star experience.

From the moment we walked in, everything was spot on — the food was outstanding, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care and expertise. Every dish we tried exceeded expectations. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the service. Sharman and Simran were phenomenal — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They were especially kind to our daughter, going out of their way to make her feel comfortable and included, which meant so much to us as parents. A great hotel. 5 stars is well deserved for this 5 star hotel. Room was excellent - the mess in the inages is ours. Pool terrific, beqch immense. Staff were exceptional, so friendly and attentive from the towel guys in the cabana, to receptionist, gym manager, all the waiters and waitresses - especially our server Nabil, great guy. The buffet and fireworka on nye were off the charts. It must be the best buffet i have ever had in my life. I will be coming back here again. It's an amazing place and a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm and couldn’t fault the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and has such a calm, luxurious atmosphere from the moment you arrive. A huge thank you to the staff who really made our stay special. Salman, the porter, was incredibly welcoming and helpful on arrival/departure and always greeted us with a smile. Adel at the concierge was fantastic — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The service across the hotel was consistently excellent. At Porterhouse, Marta provided outstanding service — friendly, professional, and made us feel so well looked after. Mahesh was also excellent, always attentive and ensuring everything was perfect. Serene, cal and beautiful atmosphere. Great natural ambience. A lot of peacocks all around. In the same compound with Beach resort and lake view resort. Big shared area and amenities. Amazing list of restaurants and options. Excellent service. Multiple pools but slides and Splash pool is good for kids only. Horse riding, golf activities etc and few restaurants needs prior booking.

This is a tough one to review. There are definitely some highlights but also some negative points too. Positives first: We stayed in the Palm Tree Court (rather than the JA Beach which is next to it). This was definitely the right decision. Palm Tree Court is nicely spread out and low rise. The pool was lovely, warm and the ambiance chilled. There was plenty of space between sun loungers (which were very comfy) and everything was spotlessly clean. The junior suite we had was comfortable (the beds especially) and a good size but not with the luxury feel I’m accustomed to in a Dubai hotel. The Elemis products were lovely and the cleaning staff were brilliant - especially Aulya who was absolutely lovely. The Tamr restaurant next to the pool was a chilled oasis vibe. We ate there for breakfast and lunch most days. The food was absolutely delicious (both healthy and tasty), the staff were so attentive, the chilled music was nice, and the coffee was good. Absolutely brilliant. In fact the food in all the restaurants was truly first class - White Orchid and Siette were our favs. Truly, by any standard the food was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and happy to help. So on to the negatives: It lacked the polish I have come to expect in Dubai hotels. We’ve stayed in the Waldorf Astoria, the Anantara, and Atlantis - all on the Jumeriah Palm and all around a similar price point. With the exception of the Atlantis (which is just a different type of experience given its scale) the other two felt much more special for similar money. It was little things which let JA Palm Court down - the gym equipment all feels a bit cheap, there’s no sun lounger service for food / drinks, you’re not even allowed to eat in the beach / pool area apart from on a few designated sofas. Not having free water service by the pool is also something I missed. Other things were the fact it would take me 10 tries to get through to room service, then it took over an hour to arrive. I had to run the hot water for 10 mins to get it hot. Maintenance came to look and said “yeah, it’s just how it is”. The location is also is the middle of nowhere. In c. 10 years when the Jebel Ali Palm has been developed the feel might be very different but for now it feels a bit soul-less. We didn’t hear any noise from the construction on the JA Palm but as they start building hotels in due course, I suspect that may change. I’m so glad we didn’t stay at the JA Beach hotel itself. The sunbeds were jammed in to each other - it felt more Canary Islands package deal than luxury Dubai. I realise none of these things are terrible and they are very much first world problems! Nevertheless, when you can get much better for the same money, it makes the choice of where to go next time easy. We did have a lovely time - and again thank you to all the staff who were brilliant.

Took my 2yo for a 2night stay, our first and last time we will never come back. The rooms are pretty decent but we are definitely not used to the service here, it has been non existent. So if you’re ok with just staying in the room and doing your own thing you may enjoy the place. They also have a strict rule on food policy no outside food is allowed and nobody told us that. We had the food at the hotel (frozen pizza, frozen fries they were undercooked and inedible, everything was dry) menu is extremely limited so IMO they have no right at all to have a no outside food policy. My 2YO wouldn’t eat anything on the menu. Nothing is open at 17:30 apart from the captain’s bar and food there horrible dry service absolutely non existent it was total chaos over there you have to yell to get attention I have never in my life had to do that wherever we went. Admitedly we have only been to more well established places (jumeirah, st Regis, four seasons, mandarin) If you’re happy with just enjoying your room and beach with minimal service this is your place With a 2yo you need a buggy to get around and every single time we have called for one nobody came

Stayed here with friends and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is very luxurious, well maintained, and beautifully designed. Rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish – staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. The location is great with a private beach and relaxing pool areas, perfect for spending quality time with friends. Food quality was very good with nice variety and good presentation. The atmosphere is calm, classy, and not crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was some nearby construction, but it did not disturb us much and the excellent service made it easy to overlook. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Stayed from Christmas and new year until the start of January. The hotel, does not feel as luxurious as many other 5 star properties in Dubai. I found a lot of the staff to be unfriendly. The service around the pool was poor. Having to ask 2/3 times for water to be replaced when finished every single time. The guy kept forgetting. The kids club is very poor. For a family hotel I was incredibly disappointed by this. It is just about acceptable for kids aged 4 or 5. For any older there is just a room to sit in. There are zero activities for them to do and nothing to do. Kids club in other 5 star Dubai properties usually allow the children a chance to not be in the pool all day, take a break from the sun and make friends. The buffet selection at night had a dessert area with desserts kept behind a glass cabinet. A lot of dubai hotels do this. None have a grumpy / miserable chef or waiter who vanishes like Houdini and you have to wait for him to hand them out. The positives the pool was incredible clean. The rooms were kept clean and the waiting staff in the hotel worked incredibly hard. The warmest greeting during my entire stay was from the Valet staff at the front of the hotel. The room was kept clean. I paid a lot for our family of 5. If I had paid half the price I would still have been quite disappointed. Not one member of the hotel team checked on us during our stay. When I expressed the poor experience upon finally being asked what I thought I was offered a token gesture equivalent to £100 GBP. I paid over £10,000 for my stay so hardly a great deal. As it stands I would not return. In reply to the reply from Mark. Respectfully take on board you wish to learn from my comments however I don't think thats particularly good enough given the time of year and price paid and really think a Jumeirah property should be reaching out and doing more for me and the family on this occasion.

I would love to mention Santosh from valet and his team were very friendly and helpful to us always. Specially Richard,Nido those guys are truly amazing and kind souls very humble and helpful. Dinner could do with more variety and water should be included with dinner . The hotel was apparently under renovation but we never heard any disruption. Would definitely return

Beautiful hotel on the palm with great service, excellent food and comfortable facilities. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet with global varieties covering all guests needs. The quality of the breakfast is excellent. The main pool is nice and large enough to accommodate guests although securing a lounger can be difficult at times. The pool for villa residence is also very good although can feel cold at times compared to the main pool. The spa facilities are of high quality including a unique snow room. The spa facilities are complimentary for hotel guests and would recommend using these facilities if you can. The gym although small is equipped with cardio and weight resistance machines which are modern and afford a good workout. Shisha is available at the Sultan lounge and Zenzi beach. The only gripe is that mosquitos are abundant in this resort resulting in frequent bites that I have not encountered staying at other hotels on the palm. A great hotel which I would stay at again.

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is one of those rare resorts that immediately pulls you into its atmosphere—a blend of traditional Arabian charm, calm waterfront scenery, and understated luxury that feels both intimate and grand. From the moment our group arrived, Sarah, Omar, Lina, and I were struck by how warm and welcoming the staff were; Ahmed at reception greeted us with genuine hospitality, and Maria from the concierge team seemed to anticipate our questions before we even asked them. The resort’s design is stunning: winding waterways, wooden abra boats gliding past, and architecture that feels like a modern interpretation of an old Arabian citadel. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with balconies overlooking either the sea or the serene lagoon—Lina kept saying she could sit there for hours just listening to the water. Every morning, breakfast became a ritual for us. The variety was impressive, from fresh pastries to Middle Eastern dishes, and the staff remembered our preferences by the second day. The location is another major highlight; being able to walk along the private beach with the Burj Al Arab rising dramatically in the background felt almost surreal. We also loved how easy it was to explore the entire Madinat Jumeirah complex—Souk Madinat, the restaurants, the gardens, and the waterways all felt like part of one large, beautifully curated world. Omar especially enjoyed taking the abra rides in the evening when the lanterns lit up the canals. The resort is incredibly family‑friendly, yet it still maintains a peaceful, refined atmosphere. Access to Wild Wadi Waterpark added a fun element to the trip, and the pools were perfect for relaxing after long days in the sun. What stood out most to all of us was the consistency of the service—every interaction felt thoughtful, and nothing ever seemed rushed or impersonal. Even though Mina Al Salam is a premium property, the experience felt worth every moment, offering a balance of comfort, beauty, and genuine hospitality that made our stay memorable. It’s the kind of place you leave already thinking about when you’ll return, and our whole team agreed it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we’ve shared together.

I lived in Dubai for 15 years and returned as a tourist. Which I was reluctant to do. Mina Al Salem I could not fault. Really nice hotel and well located with an tonnes of restaurants around the resort. We were a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are a family or couple I would definitely opt in for the half board. It includes majority of all the nice restaurants and covers one starter, main and desert from the Al Carte menu. Few restaurants we had to cover a supplement. Two dinners at any restaurant across there hotels and you will exceed the monies for the half board

Others also point out that many rooms and suites “feature private balconies and Gulf views.”  • Warm, helpful, friendly staff — good service. Throughout our stay, hotel staff were polite, helpful, and attentive. From what we saw and what many reviews note, service is one of the strong points here: people try to make things go smoothly for guests.  • Access to resort amenities — pools, waterpark, facilities, easy convenience. Mina A Salam is part of a larger resort complex — you get access to amenities like pools, private-beach privileges, spa and wellness options, water-park access for families, good dining options, and overall a rich selection of services.  • Good balance: relaxing but with convenience nearby. You get beachfront relaxation, yet you’re not cut off — the hotel has a mix of calm, comfort, and access to services, making it a well-balanced choice if you want a beach + city-convenience vibe.  ⚠️ What to Know — Minor Drawbacks / What Could Be Better • The hotel shows some age; décor / rooms may feel a bit dated. While comfortable, some aspects of the hotel (rooms, common areas) reflect its age — it’s not the newest resort in Dubai. We had an amazing beach and pool day at Rixos Jumeirah Beach. The service was outstanding — especially Krishna, who welcomed us with a big smile, set up our beds beautifully, and made sure our server Niraj, came right away. He was attentive the whole time and very friendly. The beach is clean, spacious, and close to all the water activities, while the pool has a fun vibe with music. If you want relaxation, go for the beach; if you want energy, the pool is perfect. They also offer workout classes in a beach cabana — I joined the yoga session with a yoga master and absolutely loved it. Truly five-star service all around.

I had a great stay for the second time at Rixos JBR for 16 nights. The location is perfect as all of the restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are modern and well designed and kept immaculately clean. The housekeeping team did a great job at maintaining the cleaning standard - a special shout out to Lynn from housekeeping and Bishal, who always greeted us with a smile. The staff members here have impeccable manners which is definitely something that stands out to me. I am giving 4/5 stars as we did have some issues with the hotel phone not working. However, this was resolved promptly. We did experience some leaks in the room from the heavy rain. The staff outside are always helpful and go the extra mile to find you a taxi if you need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and I will definitely be back.

The property is beautiful and the location is unbeatable, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the consistency, care, and professionalism of the management and front desk team. Every year, we are made to feel genuinely welcomed and genuinely looked after. A special thank you to Ahmed Mostafa, Burak Bagci, and Mert Yurdakul, their leadership and hands-on approach clearly set the tone for excellence throughout the hotel. It’s evident when management is present, attentive, and invested in the guest experience. The poolside experience also deserves special recognition. Subash Ghimire, Pool Team Supervisor, was outstanding, professional, attentive, and always ensuring guests were comfortable and well taken care of. His leadership and attention to detail truly elevated our time by the pool and reflected the high standards of the resort. Housekeeping has been exceptional as well. Mu Mu and Sithu consistently left our room in pristine condition, with incredible attention to detail and care. Their work made a noticeable difference in the comfort of our stay. Dubai has no shortage of luxury hotels, but Rixos Premium JBR is the one we return to year after year not just for the property, but for the people behind it. That is what keeps us loyal. Highly recommend, and we look forward to returning again next year.

I attended the Rixos New Year’s Eve gala dinner. It was a magnificent organization. From the moment I made the reservation until the end of the night, everything was handled in an extremely professional manner. Despite hosting hundreds of guests, the service ran smoothly without any issues. The level of service was comparable to what you would expect at a fine dining restaurant. The buffet they prepared was outstanding. Many thanks to the entire Rixos team for making our evening flawless.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable. We were smoothly assisted with our check-in and our luggage was taken care of right away, which was a great start to our stay. The room was spacious, modern, perfectly clean, and offered a beautiful view of Dubai Ain (Eye). The service throughout the entire stay was exceptional — friendly staff, great housekeeping, and always a willingness to help. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes. The overall dining experience truly exceeded our expectations — everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Booked via Amex FHR, 5 nights. Valet was great. One of the front desk guys was genuinely helpful and resolved an Amex credit misunderstanding quickly and professionally. The room itself was the main problem. Heavy, humid air, uncomfortable to breathe. We changed rooms and it was the same. AC on nonstop, still felt stale. The way the “upgrade” was communicated was off. We were told multiple times that we were being upgraded, but it was the same room category with a different view. When I pointed that out, the response shifted to “what were you expecting, two categories higher?” That tone was unnecessary. If it’s a room move, just call it that. Check-in also didn’t start well. Instead of a smooth welcome, the first interaction was questioning whether my family was even allowed to stay because of the number of kids. Not a great first impression, especially before walking into a room with clear comfort issues. Breakfast was crowded and loud. Coffee wasn’t good. We used it once. The property looks nice and some staff were genuinely good. But communication, especially at the front desk, felt awkward and poorly handled. For the price and positioning, the basics didn’t land. I wouldn’t return unless those improve.

We stayed here for two days and it was overall a lovely experience. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hotel has a ton of amenities and fun things to do, and the staff/room service are very friendly. There’s a ton of restaurants in the hotel area which are all easily accessible via the complementary boat rides (if I’m not mistaken they’re called “abra” but I’m not sure). The palm island is also within driving distance of the hotel so visits to the view and Atlantis are pretty convenient :) The hotel atmosphere is very nice - it’s lively but not too rowdy so you could feel a sort of immersion. Not to mention how nice the staff are! Really welcoming and respectful, and helped us out with anything we needed. Overall a more than solid experience. Would stay again!!

Our room was very elegant, we were welcome with Dubai chocolates, bowl of fruits and cute camel plushies for our kids! ♥️ The view from the hotel and around the resort was breathtaking!💕 I especially love our view from Pierchic😍 The water was so clear on the beach, I can see fishes swimming from the ONDA bridge! We had our first dinner at Laparrilla, the journey from Al-Qasr to Jumeirah beach hotel at night was just a breath of fresh air. Very romantic scenery everywhere. So many good restaurants with beautiful views next to the Arabian Sea, definitely would stay here again! 😁 The only hiccup was when we checkout, the receptionist didn’t take her time to explain thoroughly additional charges made, I assumed she was new, but other than that, a great hotel and experience for me and my family, Syukur Alhamdulillah 🥰

Our second visit & it lived up to our memories & expectations. The hotel staff are friendly courteous, efficient & knowledgeable. The food was excellent both in the Palmery & around the pool. Access to other hotels via the buggies meant access to a huge resort. Last year we arrived mid September & the heat meant outside dining wasn’t really a comfortable option but a mid November visit this year allowed us to enjoy breakfast & dinner on the terraces. We will return. A most wonderful hotel, resort & holiday.

This was our second stay at this property and still lived up to our amazing memories from the first time a couple years ago. This property is expansive but still feels easy to navigate, multiple pools to choose from and beautiful large spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is great as well as the food by the pool which I feel like is not the case for most hotels. They have so many amazing restaurants on property but also at the sister properties, which you can get a buggy to take you to and from. This is definitely a family friendly property, lots of families with children and many kid centric activities like the water park. My husband and I have come as just a couple and it is still relaxing and romantic! We can’t wait to revisit!

I cannot summarise everything that they did while we stayed at the hotel but I tell you it’s worth the money at least if you book a normal room like we did. Hundreds of people taking care of everything. Friendly. Fast. Discrete. The audience is respectful in general. The breakfast is one of the best I experienced. The guy at the station for avocado toast should get a promotion. I could go on but it would be way too long. But one thing. Restaurants are pricy. But the souk offers great alternatives.

One&Only The Palm was the absolute perfect choice for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the luxurious, pristine, and beautiful rooms. The entire resort's atmosphere, which reminded us of the Alhambra Palace, was incredibly sophisticated and elegant. Even though the weather was a bit of a shame during our stay, it couldn't take away from the beauty of the three stunning pools and the breathtaking views from the private beach. Every morning, we looked forward to breakfast—the ingredients were so fresh, high-end, and delicious. The highlights of our stay were the resort activities. The Yoga class and the Pizza-making class were not only fun but truly meaningful experiences that we will cherish for a long time. We were especially moved by the meticulous service and kindness of our host, Delly. He was so thoughtful, sending us a delicious bottle of wine for our celebration and arranging a late check-out to perfectly accommodate our travel schedule. The housekeeping team also did a flawless job keeping our room perfect throughout our stay. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic, and ultra-luxurious honeymoon in Dubai, I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. It is truly the best of the best. During our stay at The One & Only on the Palm in September of this year, we were thoroughly impressed by the hotel, its location, and the level of service provided. Upon our arrival, we received an upgrade to a junior suite, which was remarkable, featuring stunning views of the beach that overlooked the private beach and the Harbour. Our accommodation included half-board dining, and we opted to dine at the hotel most mornings and evenings, as it boasts three exceptional restaurants, each offering an outstanding ambiance, quality, and service. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel and its grounds. The gardeners would actually pause their work to greet you, which was a delightful touch; we felt truly pampered. Overall, the staff exceeded our expectations in their assistance, and we eagerly anticipate our return, hopefully in 2027. We would personally like to thank Ian who took care of us during our stay, a truly lovely person and went the extra mile to assist. To Hasan, who we looked forward to seeing everyday at breakfast and dinner - Hasan really made us feel very special and welcomed us to every sit down. My wife and I spent 10 nights at the O&O - the Palm, in a Junior Suite with Pool and were quite simply blown away! The hotel is spotlessly clean, decorated and designed beautifully and the service some of the best I’ve had in hotels around the world. Having a suite with a good sized pool, enabled us to have a host service, which for us was Ian and he ensured we wanted for absolutely nothing and made our stay all the more better. He was able to help us with everything from sourcing forgotten items, to confirming reservations at one of their 4 restaurants - all of which offered fantastic food; the in room dining service was also magnificent, there was an enormous breakfast buffet and a la Carte offering and I don’t think we had a single bad meal. The beach and pool areas, as well as the grounds are spotless and maintained daily and another nice touch is the Hotel’s collection of Rabbits and Falconers who carry Owls and Hawks. The staff all over the hotel are profoundly friendly and helpful and special mentions for us go to Ian (of course), Joel on the beach, Krishna, Jerzy(?) and the whole breakfast team, as well as the Concierge team who are very keen to assist when entering and leaving the resort.

He actually made our stay. The assistant manager was also very helpful and the staff at breakfast were very cheerful. I would highly recommend the hotel.
