Our weekend getaway was absolutely perfect, thanks to this beautiful hotel.
The unique interior design and the view of the pool and beach from our room were truly impressive. We stayed in the Spectacular Terrace Room, and it was just amazing. The incredibly spacious terrace was definitely the highlight.
But what left the most lasting impression was the outstanding service of the female staff member who warmly welcomed us in the lobby and personally guided us to our room. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm smile truly stood out. I wanted to ask for her name at checkout, but unfortunately, she wasn’t on duty that day. I sincerely hope to see her again on our next visit.
We’re also deeply grateful to all the staff members who warmly welcomed not only our family, but also our dog. It meant so much to feel genuinely cared for, all together as a family—including our furry friend. Without a doubt, this was the best pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at.
We’ll definitely be coming back for more weekend getaways!

W Dubai – The Palm is vibrant and full of energy, yet relaxing if you're looking to have a good time with kids. It's a unique mix — stylish and futuristic, but still welcoming and comfortable.
The corridors honestly make you feel like you’re walking through a spaceship… or maybe a really cool cinema 😁. It adds a fun, imaginative twist that both adults and kids can appreciate.
Rooms are spacious, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels fresh and high-quality. Service is on point too — friendly and efficient without being over the top.

Wow. Just wow. I can honestly say that the brunch I experienced at Akina Back this past Saturday is the most spectacular I have enjoyed in ages. From the moment I stepped in, I was transported into a world of lavish flavors, impeccable hospitality, and vibrant energy that truly redefines what a brunch should be.
The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Sophie, the incredible hostess who made everything feel so special. She welcomed me with warmth and pomp, making me feel like a VIP from the very first moment. Her attentiveness, genuine kindness, and radiant smile turned a simple brunch into a heavenly celebration. We even took a picture together—such a lovely moment that perfectly encapsulates her beautiful spirit. Sophie is a top-notch professional and an absolute gem; The W should be incredibly proud to have her on their team. She’s a shining example of hospitality at its finest.
As for the food, it was nothing short of divine. The lavish spread flowed seamlessly, each dish more sumptuous than the last. The standout highlights for me were the wasabi rock shrimp, the beautifully curated sushi platter, and the Korean fried chicken—each bite bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. Every dish was a testament to the culinary artistry that Akira Back is renowned for.
This brunch has now set the bar so high that I can confidently say I won’t miss it whenever I’m in Dubai. I’ve already booked my window seat—my new signature spot—ready to indulge in this extraordinary experience every Saturday am in Dubai 😀👍👌😉🌹!.

Positive:
Truly an amazing hotel with luxurious design, and the food is fresh and prepared daily. The rooms are spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.
Negative:
In the evenings, especially during the peak season in August, the hotel is very boring; there are no entertainment programs, no animation, and zero beach activities. There’s nothing around to explore if you go outside, and it’s very far from the city center. The person checking the pool temperature enters the pool fully clothed, which is quite unprofessional. It’s a perfect hotel for the elderly, but I wouldn’t recommend it for young people.

The hotel itself is beautiful and one of the best, facilities are more than amazing, the rooms are huge, the toilets are nice and the additional things included in the room is great too. The service is very bad, staff are rude, disrespectful and disturbing. We stayed for three days, we loved the hotel but staff made us hate it and want to leave the hotel as soon as possible. They lack communication skills and are very unprofessional. As well as they forced us to pay a very big amount of money for additional facilities in the hotel and when we went over everything weve done in the hotel, it sums up to half of what they asked us to pay, when we asked for the receipt, none was given. Hotel should train their staff to be professional and kind, as well as go over their financial situation.
