We had a wonderful stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. The resort is beautiful, with stunning views, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that made our getaway truly memorable.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. What made our stay even more special was the outstanding service provided by the staff. We would like to give special thanks to Ariel and Nestor for their exceptional hospitality, friendliness, and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience throughout our stay.
We also had a fantastic dinner at Mekong and would like to recognize Reni for the excellent service. Reni was welcoming, attentive, and helped make our dining experience truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the overall dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay.
The dining options were excellent, with a great variety of delicious food, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pools, beach access, and the peaceful ambiance of the resort.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and look forward to returning in the future.

We had an amazing two-night family stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is very family-friendly and offers a great environment for children.
We visited during a very busy period over the Eid holiday, yet the team remained professional, organized, and attentive throughout our stay, which was highly appreciated.
There are, however, two areas where I believe improvements could be made:
1. The hotel would benefit from some renovation and modernization. While the property is well maintained, it feels somewhat dated for a five-star hotel.
2. The dining experience could be enhanced. The main breakfast restaurant was excellent, with a great selection and quality of food. However, one of the other restaurants did not meet the same standard. The prices were relatively high compared to the quality of the food and overall experience. It may be worthwhile to review the current restaurant offerings and consider upgrading the dining concepts to better align with the hotel’s five-star positioning.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future.

“As someone with very high standards who has stayed at many hotels over the years, I can honestly say this has been one of the most enjoyable and stress-free experiences we’ve had in Dubai. Usually, we always encounter at least one issue somewhere — but here, everything has been exceptional from the moment we arrived.
The service is outstanding. Every single staff member is professional, attentive, warm and genuinely helpful. Whenever we asked for something, it was handled immediately with a smile. The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the overall level of hospitality is truly impressive.
You can really feel that the management and team care about guest experience. A big thank you to the chefs, housekeeping, restaurant staff, front desk team, and everyone working behind the scenes — you all deserve recognition.
We are staying for two more days and we are genuinely so happy here that we are already planning to come back again.
The only small suggestion we would make is adding a water slide area for children 😊 Also, the main infinity pool has an absolutely stunning view facing Atlantis, however during the daytime it becomes extremely hot under the sun. Some additional shaded areas around the pool would make the experience even more comfortable for families with children. Because of this, we personally preferred spending more time at the lagoon pools instead.
Other than that, this place is close to perfect. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Dubai.
