My stay at the Waldorf Astoria The Palm was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed. The property is elegant, spotless, and beautifully maintained — exactly what you expect from a luxury resort in Dubai.
The rooms are spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable, with sea views that instantly put you in a good mood. The housekeeping team deserves special credit for their attention to detail.
Service is where Waldorf truly shines. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Whether at the lobby, pool, or restaurants, the hospitality was flawless.
The beach and pool areas are relaxing, clean, and perfect for a calm getaway. Breakfast was another highlight — excellent quality, great variety, and well managed even during peak times.
Overall, Waldorf Astoria The Palm delivers a premium experience with consistency and class. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, service, and pure relaxation. I’ll definitely return.

As soon as you walk into the hotel you can immediately notice that nothing is going to be too much trouble, staff are polite friendly and helpful.
The entrance is beautifully designed/decorated, smells amazing and very clean.
The pool is a decent size (no slides ) and a good sized adults pool (we didn’t use it as we have 2 children).
A special mention to Borzo and his team who ensured we had everything we needed around the pool area. He is polite, friendly and kind and again nothing is too much trouble for him.
Also Abhi, Raghu,Akram and chathura are really friendly, helpful and work very hard. All the team do a fantastic job especially having to work outside in the heat.
The beach is lovely, lots of sunbeds, staff clearing the sea of jellyfish, sea urchins to ensure swimming in the sea is safe and comfortable.
The view from the beach and the sunset 55 bar at sunset is absolutely beautiful. Perfect opportunity to get some beautiful photos.
For us we felt like the hotel was the perfect size, although there were probably lots of people staying here it never once felt too busy or overcrowded.
The restaurant and cleaning staff are also polite and again make sure everything is done to the highest standard.
The hotel is perfect for what we needed, a chilled relaxing holiday.

Recently returned from another wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with more and more hotels available in Dubai, it still stands out as one of the most stunning.
As well as the beautiful hotel the stand out feature are the people. A very special mention to Khalid as part of the Beach team, for many years now Khalid has provided my Mum and I with excellent service, very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Khalid is an absolute professional and has perfected the art of providing a luxury guest experience on the beach.
In addition to Khalid, we would like to thank Aziz on the Beach team who when our usual section on the beach was fully occupied on our arrival on the first day, he was amazing at making sure we found an alternative spot we were really happy with, he did this in a very calm and positive manner which after a long day of traveling provided a great start to our holiday. Continuing to check we had everything we needed each day after was much appreciated.
Moving into the hotel, we were delighted to see Mercy once again, you can’t help but light up when being greeted by Mercy. Always so helpful in wanting to meet your needs for your stay in the hotel and Dubai. Mercy is a lady in demand as everyone enjoys their conversations with her.
Finally we’d like to thank Evelynne in the Pearl Club who continues to be so graceful with her service to all.

We recently had the pleasure of attending the brunch at the Waldorf Astoria. The brunch concept was truly remarkable, especially for families. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. Our experience was made even more exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Nadeem and his team.
Nadeem is a true professional, always polite and attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. He ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was taken care of.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Nadeem for making our day so special.
We would also like to acknowledge the excellent contributions of the entire team, including Shoaib, Wasim, Abdu, Shirantha, Thetin, Santhul, Hirdoy, and Riyas.

This was our 6/7 trip to the Waldorf and the experience continues to be the VERY BEST of any hotel we have stayed in.
Every member of the team are superb, and the hotel, view, atmosphere and rooms are just beautiful.
We always feel so lucky to be able to stay here and so love that so many of the staff we see when we come back are still here from all our previous visits which makes the experience so special.
The Pearl Club is just such an amazing feature of the Waldorf and is another main reason we come back time after time. There is nowhere that matches this club in any other hotel.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to Borzo at the beach for looking after us again so superbly - making us feel so special from the minute we arrived and letting other areas know we were back in the hotel after a last minute booking.
Deepak was fantastic when we arrived at the hotel, helping us with our room location, helping us organise our luggage whilst we waited for our room as we arrived early in the morning and for helping take delivery and store some e-scooters and helping us use them for the 1st time which was so much fun (with tuition from Denis ! ) Thanks as well to Hasan for organising hiring of the e-scooters - all his help was much appreciated and so efficient and also to Hamid who looked after us from the minute we arrived as he has done in all the previous years we have been to the WA.
The Pearl Club Team were fantastic - Eshan and Jennifer were doing a terrific job the whole time we were there - so helpful, caring and both so efficient and especially when it was so busy ! Fantastic job by both of them. And thank you for the beautiful flowers which made me feel
so special. The food this year was even better than in previous years and the afternoon tea blew us away - best and most creative we’ve ever seen anywhere.
We had our final visit to LAO, which we love, as we know this will have changed when we come back - and the food and service were as fantastic as ever with great menu advice from Laquill (apologies for the likely incorrect spelling). A thank you to Samir for looking after us again this year in our suite as he has done in previous years - such a lovely person.
A final compliment and thank you to everyone that set up the beautiful bar at sunset55 - what an amazing addition to the hotel - makes such brilliant use of that area and looks gorgeous and whole area is so welcoming. All the team and Mangal at sunset55 looked after us so well this holiday - we loved it !
I cannot express enough what a magical hotel this is - staying here truly makes us so happy, special and relaxed.
We can’t wait to come back, thank you again to everyone for such a wonderful holiday.
