We have just spent 11 unforgettable nights at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah celebrating our anniversary, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome and truly valued. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, and it was the genuine kindness of the team that made our anniversary so special.
A very special thank you to Borzo, our pool attendant, who greeted us by name every single day with the biggest smile. He always remembered exactly where we liked to sit and made sure everything was ready for us before we even had to ask. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his warmth, attentiveness and friendliness made our days by the pool even more enjoyable.
We would also like to thank Nadeem at the front of the hotel, who consistently went above and beyond for us. We were fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade during our stay, and Nadeem kindly helped us move all of our belongings, making the whole process effortless. He was always on hand to help with anything we needed and did so with such professionalism and kindness.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are outstanding, and every interaction with the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find such consistently high levels of service, and everyone played a part in making our anniversary one we’ll never forget.

Our stay at Waldorf Astoria The Palm was nothing short of exceptional. Although this was our second visit, this time was by far the best experience we’ve had.
From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every detail reflected the luxury, elegance, and outstanding hospitality that Waldorf Astoria is known for. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the service exceeded all our expectations.

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her exceptional service is a true reflection of the hotel’s high standards.

We came to Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah, Dubai to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the entire team truly made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, valued, and well cared for.
First, a special thank you to the Reception team, Yanis and Indira, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding support throughout our stay. They made sure everything was smooth and comfortable, adding to our wonderful experience.
We would also like to thank the amazing Mezzerie Restaurant team — Laxmi, Hermae, Grace, Ravi, Farwij, Santhul, Jasraj, Kathe, and Grayan — for making our breakfast experiences so enjoyable. Their friendly smiles, attentive service, and genuine hospitality made every morning special.

We had a great weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. A special thank you to Yanis, who welcomed us in the best way we could have imagined. The room he arranged for us had a stunning view and made our stay even more special.

Overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, while the outdoor ambience and landscaping create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. One of the highlights of the stay was the staff and guest relations team, who were consistently friendly, attentive and professional throughout my visit.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. However, considering the price point and the hotel's luxury five-star positioning, I felt that the in-room setup, furnishings, and amenities did not fully reflect the level of luxury I expected. Additionally, sound insulation could be improved, as noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable at times and affected the overall comfort.
In summary, I had a good stay and enjoyed the overall experience, particularly the service, location and outdoor environment. However, given the rates being charged, I do not feel the property offers the best value for money and falls slightly short of the luxury experience one would expect at this price level.
