My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai on the Palm was truly exceptional. From the moment of arrival, everything felt elegant, calm, and perfectly organized. The hotel combines timeless luxury with a warm, personal atmosphere that makes you feel genuinely welcome.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with stunning views to dubai coast and absolute comfort. The beach and pool areas were peaceful and perfectly maintained—ideal for true relaxation. Every detail reflected the high standards and refined taste the Waldorf Astoria brand is known for.
Breakfast and dining (Turkish buffet in the Mezzerie Restaurant) were highlights of the stay, with excellent quality, variety, and attentive service throughout.

You truly feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest here.
The room was excellent – very clean, comfortable, and stylishly furnished. The service throughout our stay was attentive, polite, and courteous.
A special compliment goes to Head Chef Mr. Mohammad Hazine and his two Sous Chefs, Mr. Bharati and Ms. Patrice. The food was outstanding – perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. A fantastic team with great passion for what they do.

We had a fantastic experience.. from the food to entertainment and most especially the service. Great selection of food. Love love the oysters, lobsters, lamb chops and sashimis. The drinks are also good! Special thanks to Nadeem, Asitha and Hridoyn for the outstanding service. Our kids love the fairies, the magician and the singer. Super fun Saturday brunch!

I love that this hotel has an adult pool ! The service is great , both Samar and Sassi were awesome, making my day super enjoyable! Big kudos to Waldorf for hiring such professional staff!
The only thing I would slightly improve is selection of snacks and food at the pool. Maybe less fries options, and some diversity.
