Just coming to the end of a 10 day stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms were lovely, well appointed, comfortable furniture and beds, our suite had spectacular water and sunset views. Unlike many hotels on the palm this relatively small hotel exudes a luxury boutique feel. All of the staff were beyond amazing with astounding attention to detail. The only area where this was not so was the concierge desk where the staff were utterly hopeless and indifferent. We replaced the ineffective concierge with Google. Only other minor niggle would be that the hotel is on the far reaches of the palm, so a descent uber ride from most other things things. We ate at all the restaurants and food and staff were exemplary. Hints for future travellers. Do not upgrade to a Pearl Club room, the benefits of doing so are illusionary. Do rent a bed or cabana on Sunset 55, this is the ultimate Dubai beach experience. Will certainly be back despite it's minor inconsistencies.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall atmosphere and service quality. Everything was well maintained and made our stay very pleasant and relaxing.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Samir, who did an amazing job during our stay. He was professional, friendly, and always attentive to our needs. His support and positive attitude truly stood out and made our experience even better.
Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a meal in a retined setting.
As for the food, while some dishes were enjoyable, not everything met expectations in terms of flavor, and a few items felt underwhelming compared to the overall setting and reputation.
Laximi did a great job serving us .

Have to congratulate David Wilson the GM of this fabulous hotel. We are staying for a week and have to say the hotel runs like clockwork - we just can’t fault it. From the facilities, amazingly comfy beds, to the excellent food quality and choice. But what really makes it a great hotel are the staff. Always on hand, never have to wave at a waiter in the restaurants for attention and all the staff throughout the hotel wear a smile, always a nod and a good morning/afternoon. Finally a very special mention to Wasim Rahaman at breakfast incredibly personable and efficient and Samir in housekeeping very friendly and helpful.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
