The amenities were world-class — from the pristine pool and state-of-the-art fitness center to the luxurious spa treatments that melted every ounce of stress away. Everything was impeccably maintained and readily available.
A very special mention goes to Romaissa at the reception, who went above and beyond from the very first smile. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for our comfort made an already wonderful stay truly memorable. She is an absolute asset to this property — the kind of person who turns a great hotel into an unforgettable experience.

Our stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites was truly memorable, and first of all I would like to say a big thank you to Mr. Mehul for managing our reservation professionally and making everything smooth from the beginning.
A special thanks as well to the amazing front office team, especially Mrs. Romaisaa, who genuinely tried her best to make us happy during the entire stay. Honestly, every single employee inside the resort was welcoming, smiling, and always willing to help with the best level of service.
I would also like to thank all the chefs who supported us during our stay, especially because we have two children with food allergies. The chefs were always careful and professional in preparing special meals with different ingredients to avoid any medical issues for our kids, and we truly appreciated their care and attention.
Now for the feedback which I believe can help improve the resort experience even more:
The most important point is the activities for teenagers. Compared to many other resorts, there is a big opportunity for improvement in this area. Teenagers between the ages of 10–14 need more entertainment options such as a dedicated gaming area with PlayStation or arcade games, more age-appropriate activities, or even a small outdoor water play area designed for them. I have two children aged 12 and 14, and unfortunately they did not find enough activities to truly enjoy their time, which would make us think twice before returning again.
Also, regarding the kids club, my 5-year-old daughter personally felt that it was “too boring” and not very entertaining. Since Rixos is part of such a large hospitality group, I believe it would be great to introduce more creative and engaging activities suitable for different age groups.
Another important point is the pastry and desserts in the main restaurant. With all respect, the sweets selection was below expectations in terms of taste and quality, and I believe this area also needs improvement.
Overall, despite these points, the hospitality, service, and care from the staff were excellent, and we truly appreciate all the effort from everyone in the resort.

We had a fantastic meal, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was Rupa’s service. I’ve stayed in over 10 hotels in Dubai, and I can honestly say she is the best waitress I’ve ever encountered.
Her knowledge of the menu, guidance on food and drinks, and attention to detail were exceptional. She anticipated everything before we even had to ask, made perfect recommendations, and ensured our drinks were never empty. The service felt genuinely warm, professional, and effortless — not forced or scripted.
Rupa elevated a great meal into an outstanding experience. Her level of care, confidence, and hospitality is exactly what luxury service should feel like. You simply can’t beat it.
Rixos is very lucky to have her — she’s an absolute credit to the hotel.

Deepak and Widitatama at the Bodrum bar very attentive and friendly. This is just a few members of staff that we talked to. All the hotel staff were polite and friendly and we wanted for nothing. All restaurants were great and food choices were unbelievable. Had a great week and sad to be leaving. We will be back. Thankyou
