I had perfect stay at Sofitel JBR, i'm so happy that i cancelled my other hotel stay and moved for quick stay to your hotel. Hotel is strong in every aspect. I would like to thank first Noureldeen Sabri for his professionalism. From breakfast you have chef Ushan, whos wrapes and French Toast are uniques! As i love to eat, also thaks for chef Seng Tu Aung and chef Sumit for buffet! and very cute lady Divya.

We recently booked a two-night stay at this exceptional hotel and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The level of service here is truly top-tier. Every single team member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.We want to give a special mention to the incredible staff who made our visit so memorable. The concierge team was welcoming and efficient, and the pool staff were always attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to relax. The dining experience was equally spectacular thanks to the outstanding restaurant crew. It offers unbeatable convenience with excellent amenities right at your doorstep. Having a Spinneys supermarket nearby was highly convenient for quick essentials. Furthermore, the property sits in a prime spot just moments away from the vibrant JBR Walk and the beautiful Jumeirah Beach, making sightseeing and dining out completely effortless. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and cannot wait to return!

We recently stayed at the Sofitel Dubai The Palm for 3 nights and ended up dining at Laguna every single evening because the experience was just that good.
A huge thank you to Baha, who looked after us so well throughout our stay. His service was genuinely outstanding — attentive, friendly, professional and always making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived each evening.
We also want to personally thank Vipin, the restaurant manager, for coordinating everything so smoothly and ensuring our family had such a special experience every night. Alongside Fiona, who was absolutely wonderful and helped make our evenings feel truly memorable, the whole team made us feel incredibly valued and cared for.
One evening there was a small issue with one of the dishes and the way the team handled it was exceptional — professional, kind and incredibly generous. They went above and beyond to make things right, even when we insisted it wasn’t necessary. That level of hospitality says everything about the standards at Laguna.
The food, atmosphere and service were all fantastic, but it was the people that really made this restaurant stand out. We genuinely felt treated like royalty throughout our stay.
Thank you again to Baha, Vipin, Fiona and the entire Laguna team — we will absolutely be back.
