We had a fantastic stay at Andaz Palm by Hyatt during our honeymoon. The hotel was extremely clean, the location on the Palm was perfect being so close to Nakheel Mall, and the Level 14 pool and gym facilities were a real highlight. The valet service was also excellent throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet was very impressive with a huge range of quality options to choose from each morning.
A big thank you as well to Keane at reception/concierge. He was incredibly helpful on arrival, answered all of our questions, and made us feel very welcome straight away.
His professionalism and friendly manner immediately put all of our concerns at ease and made the start of our stay seamless. Truly excellent service and a great reflection of the hotel. Thanks again, Keane!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Andaz The Palm Dubai! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. We felt at home immediately. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dinner was equally outstanding with excellent quality and great flavors every evening.

This was our first time at the hotel and it didn't disappoint. The rooms and facilities were great. Very well kept. We were here for two weeks so got to know a lot of the staff who work tirelessly without complaint. Kashif at front foyer was really helpful and friendly guy. No job a problem. The rooftop pool was so relaxing and sunka made sure everyone was catered for.
The food was really good so well done to chef Gopal and his staff who were all friendly and helpful. Special mention to Shallu who always made sure we had coffee and chatted to us every day. Also Ushan,Anna and Jenny. We have been going to dubai for a number of years and always find the hospitality to be the best than anywhere we have been.
