We had breakfast today with our friends at the restaurant in Andaz Dubai The Palm. We liked the design of the venue, which is modern, stylish, and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly doing their best to assist guests throughout the morning.
However, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations. The variety of food available was limited compared to what we expected, and the restaurant did not appear to be well organised for the number of guests present. There did not seem to be adequate preparation to accommodate guests comfortably, which resulted in delays and a less relaxed dining experience. The staff worked hard and remained professional, but it was difficult for them to ensure the comfort of all guests given how busy the restaurant was.
The food itself was average and acceptable, although it was not particularly memorable. Thank you to the staff for their efforts and service. With better organisation and preparation during busy periods, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

We are currently staying at Andaz Palm Dubai with our family for a holiday, and the entire experience has been exceptional — honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had recently.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The concierge, Mr. Sultan, was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. He genuinely took the time to have a conversation with us, shared stories about his native Kazakhstan and even discussed some special Kazakh meals we should try someday. As a lovely surprise, he upgraded us to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more special.
The food throughout the hotel has been amazing, and every member of staff we interacted with was exceptionally helpful, including the head chef.
A special mention to Laila, our waitress, who was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, attentive, and had such pleasant conversations with us. When the evening became a bit humid, she even went out of her way to arrange an outdoor cooling fan for us without us asking much — such thoughtful service is rare to find.
It’s the little personal touches and genuine kindness from the staff that make this place truly memorable. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious yet warm and welcoming stay in Dubai.

I had an amazing stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm! Everything from the rooms, cleanliness, atmosphere, food, and overall hospitality was excellent. The hotel has a beautiful vibe and the service was outstanding throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Fatima and Ibrahim for being incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. They assisted us very well and made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Their hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcomed.

We had such a wonderful stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm! The hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and very family-friendly, food was great. The staff made our experience even more special with their kindness and excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at the Andaz hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sultan at the front desk was so helpful and very accommodating. He gave us a free room upgrade and a late checkout. He was very kind, professional and did a great job. Huge thanks to Sultan and all the staff for an amazing stay!
