Superb experience from check in untill checkout. Amazing friendly and professional staff at check-in and everywhere. Had an amazing experience during my stay as usual in my preferred suite at the 46th floor with such breathtaking views.. Sunset and Museum of the Future views. The food at the Daifi lobby was so tasty... The room service is perfect. Such a relaxing and luxurious stay...

Excellent location for getting around to all parts of Dubai.
We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were looked after superbly by the hotel staff. Special mentions to go Gretchel who arranged some special things for us during our stay.
The breakfast restaurant servers and staff were very polite and respectful, especially Maria and Donna and the male manager in the black suit (I forgot his name) who took the time to talk to us.
We used the executive club lounge, which the staff again were superb. We were looked after superbly by Maria, Aza and Sujata.
All the staff named above are an absolute credit to the Jumeirah company and deserve some staff award.
The hotel overall is excellent. Pristine conditions, very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Facilities are excellent. Transport and parking is very accessible.
This is our fourth visit here and we love this hotel.

Absolutely incredible hotel. This hotel exudes luxury from the moment you approach it. With incredible views of Dubai and The Museum of the Future we never tired of the backdrop throughout our stay. The level of customer service was incredible. The attention to detail of the lobby staff, reception team, restaurant, spa, concierge and house keeping were all extraordinary. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests and it really made the stay. The room was gorgeous with lovely facilities. The lighting and air con were fully adjustable which added to great comfort within the room. The restaurant food was absolute delicious with a huge variety and beautifully displayed. The hotel gym was exceptional with a massive range of fitness equipment. The whole experience was phenomenal and I really hope to have the opportunity to visit again. Thanks Jumeirah Emirates Towers for an amazing stay.
