We recently stayed at Vistasol Apartments and overall had a really enjoyable experience.
The location was a major highlight—situated right on the strip in Magaluf, it was perfect for getting around and enjoying everything the area has to offer.
The staff were fantastic throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and all spoke very good English, which made everything easy and stress-free.
We didn’t use the hotel restaurant, so I can’t comment on the food directly, but it always sounded very busy at breakfast time. At €14 per person, we felt it was a bit on the expensive side, especially when compared to nearby spots like Eastenders, just a short walk away, where you can get a full English breakfast for about half the price.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which suited our needs perfectly. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and saucepans for anyone who wants that option.
The interior showed some general wear and tear, which is to be expected for the price point. However, the balcony completely made up for it—the view was absolutely priceless. We were lucky to get such a great spot, with sunshine throughout the entire day.
Very noisy throughout the whole night and early hours from other guests.
The only real downsides were the WiFi and noise at night, which were both quite frustrating being woken up in early hours and WiFi disconnecting depending on which room you were in, so it wasn’t very reliable.
Overall, a great stay for the location, value, and views—just don’t rely too much on the WiFi and stay out to the early hours to miss being woken up!!

I have stayed here for many years with friends in September. I stayed in june with my girlfriend Angela. It was her birthday on the 26th june 2026. I asked if the vistasol would decorate our room wow the vistasol went above and beyond with decorating our room a bottle of wine was organised for a certain time for us to return to the room. Fantastic. The vistasol customer service is 💯 perfect. We have an early flight on the 28th . They have organised a taxi for our early flight at 0605. The food is amazing. The music at the pool us amazing. Staff all round look out for there clients. Hence the fact I have stayed here for many years. The air-conditioning on my room on ground floor could not be adjusted to a cooler setting. It showed 27* but also 10* this could be adjusted up wards but not to a colder setting. Staff at reception desk stated its set by a computer.

Great location right in the heart of Magaluf, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The apartments were clean and comfortable, and the views were really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, although service could occasionally be a little slow during busy times. Overall, very good value for money and a great place to stay if you want everything nearby.

Amazing hotel quality- prize it’s so really good, it’s well maintain and the facilities are quite good, they have a big gym, spa, volleyball area and it’s really close to magaluf beach and the strip with all the pubs! Rooms are spacious and quite clean! The staff are quite friendly! Toni made us quite delicious cocktails! And the emilios food of the buffet is impressive and quite fulfilling

Room was ok, apart from broken fridge and air-conditioning that got fixed on the second day of a 4 day holiday. Awful view of the car park and back of the adjacent hotels laundry and service area, we were on the ground floor.
Lots of groups of youngsters who dominated the pool playing ball with a football and annoying guests by constantly throwing the ball out and hitting them, group cannon balling and splashing people who were sitting quietly around the edge. The lifeguard was a joke, most of the time he was on his phone, seamingly, watching videos with the sound on loud or phoning someone. He told a few people to not play ball or dive but they basically took no notice and he did nothing!
We were half board.
Breakfast was acceptable, pretty standard pastries, breads, cheese, meats, salad and fruit. Coffee and juice from concentrated
I think the scrambled eggs were from powder but the rest of the cooked options were fairly good.
Dinner was terrible, cold and tasteless and just horrible options. We barely ate anything other than plain pasta but even that tasted and looked old, dried up and cold. We did try the other options but couldn't eat it.
Staff were friendly, repair men were friendly and efficient.
We wouldn't come here again and wouldn't recommend it, sorry to say.
