We had a fantastic short break in Jan 2025. Weather was fab for January and the hotel was amazing. This was our 2nd visit and it was briliant, prefect trip to relax and recharge. Highly recommend booking directly with hotel. They really looked after us as we arrived early and we got a lovely treat in our room. Really looking forward to coming back again soon.

Great location with lovely veiws. Very big and busy hotel even in winter. Maybe too many people in summer and waiting for lifts was an issuse in winter. Could feel overcrowed. Wifi was poor.
However would still consider as lots of positives.

The Good:
Hotel staff were all polite and friendly,
Hotel was clean and tidy,
Food was great, and reasonable price,
Great views,
Taxi rank outside,
Two supermarkets close by,
Bus stop outside,
Daily room service,
Pools good.
The Average:
Rooms are small, we had a sea view room. Two adults, two 12yr kids. The limited time we spent in the room we felt on top of each other. These rooms are for two adults and one young child max I'd say.
Internal supermarket a tad expensive, but you expect that for the convenience. Example can of Fanta lemon €1.60 in hotel supermarket, €0.80 in external supermarkets across road.
The Bad:
WiFi: Reception, is very limited in lots of places. We were lucky enough to have good reception in room but were constantly disconnected. We even paid for "premium WiFi" for €3 per day, this made no difference in terms of speed and we were still constantly disconnected, so a waste of money.
Noise: We were on floor 4, so away from the panorama bar on floor 6 however, other customers were main issues, slamming doors at 2am, shouting, moving furniture etc can all be heard from above and around you on the same floor. Sound insulation is none existent.
Hotel hosted 3 weddings in our 1 week stay, we are all for people having a good time but again it's a family hotel so being woke up by lots of noise up until 2am while bar is open, is not great experience.

just got back, nice location, across the road DIA supermarket is cheaper than hotels mini market. room get cleaned everyday.but don't change sheet unless I pulled it out leave on the floor .8am ppl starting to line up for sunbeds. crazy busy . none residents just sneak in use sunbeds . it kicked off .but don't know if hotel does anything about it. kids friendly hotel but game room is small. trashed by kids while parents are drinking somewhere else. 2am kids running around outside rooms and hallway. jumping about.hotel doesn't do anything while parents let them kids do it.if you are looking for peace and quiet this hotel isn't for you or if you have kids but don't mind them to learning bad behaviour that from others then go ahead. I wouldn't come back again. bus stop 3 mins walk which is nice. buffet breakfast pretty much same things.cereals milk bread sausages eggs salad cakes hash browns ham cheese. juice really watered. milks doesn't have English sign which is annoying I don't know what's UHT whole milk or semi milk.one morning my sweetcorn in my salads was sour, buffet dinner every day different theme, but was disappointed with paella 😔 ohh...dont put down hotel towels for sunbeds or someone turns up without sunbeds pool staff will pull yours aways give it to them.thats little heads up.hope it helps.and somehow it's 2 single beds with sofabed.so I slept with my husband separately.😆

Sunset Beach Club is great for families — right by the beach, big pools, and helpful staff. Rooms are decent with kitchenettes, but some feel a bit old. It gets crowded in summer, and the food is just average. Good value if you want a lively beach holiday.
