Our family loves this place. The hotel is affordable for the quality and service you get. It's very well kept, very very clean. Room service is very good. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. The bar is perfect and happy hour is an amazing deal. The pools are great and there are different pools for younger children. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly. There is a supermarket across the road from the hotel as well as a mouthwatering burger van which I would 10000% recommend trying!!! The food in the hotel wasn't our personal favourite so we opted for Coco's which is just down the road.

We visited last week July 2025
-The rooms are very small. The pull out bed was just about functional. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. Prices were UK level. Get a sea view! I probably wouldn't have gotten over my initial disappointment if we hadn't.
-Food at the hotel was ok; some might say good.
-Elevators were way too busy and took way too long except before 9am; we always ended up using the stairs so luckily we were on floor 5 and only had one flight for the main floor and ground floor pool wasn't that long down.
-Hotel was always packed with Irish and UK guests so pools were a caricature; almost no space to walk around with kids going mad jumping in the very crowded pool and some adults forgetting their consideration and either not managing them, or doing the same; pool was medium sized and probably too small for the crowds. Guess its to be expected at this time of year.
-Location was good for the beach but you have to walk across the road, it not right on the beach like the pictures imply. Not really a problem.
-There is a convenience store on the lower ground floor which was great but there is a slightly cheaper one across the road, 4min walk past Burger king.
Overall a good experience but way too expensive for what it is.

Great hotel for a kids holiday. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We visited late July and it was very busy. Sun loungers were a challenge to get by the pool(the pool attendant will find one for you) Restaurant down stairs was very good food. Rooms were a little on the small side but the view was brilliant from the balcony. Plenty of entertainment at night for the kids but the prices in the bar was a bit strong for kids popcorn and drinks. I would visit the hotel again.

Garden junior suite ground floor. Plenty of room for the 3 of us, 2 adults and a young child. Guard rail provided for the bed on request. Cleaners didn't insist on cleaning if we weren't ready to leave apartment, they came back later, super. Plenty of beds at the pool, just make sure you're ready at the gate (9:00 or 10:00 depending on time of year) if you have a spot you like. Most of all, the staff were all faboulous; so pleasant and smiley, great with our child. Would recommend for families with kids. Make sure to email ahead if you've any special requests/requirements to avoid any disappointment on arrival. We did, and it made for a very smooth check-in

I stayed at this hotel for a week and really appreciated several aspects of the experience. The kids’ entertainment was excellent—engaging and well-organized—and the restaurant service was consistently professional and friendly.
However, the triple room felt quite cramped for two adults and two children under five. There was no double bed, just two single beds (which we gave to the children) and a sofa bed for the adults, which wasn’t ideal for comfort. On the plus side, the kitchenette in the room was very practical, especially as the hotel only offers half-board rather than all-inclusive. Fortunately, there’s a budget-friendly supermarket nearby called El Día, which helped fill the gaps.
We did notice that queuing etiquette wasn’t always respected, whether waiting for lifts or in other areas—occasionally guests would skip the line or lie down while waiting, which made it necessary to stay alert.
The beach is conveniently close, just a few steps away, but quite rocky and not ideal for young children, especially since high winds made the waves strong on most days.
Staff were generally courteous and professional. However, during checkout, I encountered one exception: a lady receptionist handled a misunderstanding about pool towels in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh. Although I had followed the advised process and left the receipt with the first aid staff, she dismissed my explanation, walked away mid-conversation, and gave no apology. I didn’t mind the cash refund instead of credit card, but her tone and attitude made it seem as though I was entirely at fault.
Overall, while most of the stay was enjoyable, the checkout interaction left a disappointing final impression. I hope the hotel can continue improving its customer service, especially in moments where understanding and empathy matter most.
