Best holiday! We are here currently, we were expecting chaos, crazy kids screaming and running around in the restaurant but none of that all. Its busy but not too much as we seen in other hotels.
Food is good, only for a 4 star you should expect a bit more choice but the quality is good. We love the daily paella. Rooms are good, very comfy beds and the view is amazing.
Ive been reading the comments and they are 100% right about the animation, the absolute best we have ever seen!! Frank the entertainer, the energy that guy is putting whole day long in the activities with so much hapinesss and getting everyone involved, is just amazing. We joined almost everything. The daily aguagym is a big party as well! But be on time as there are so many people joining in, to have a nice spot in the pool.
Bar staff is very friendly, they do a deposit system for a reclying cup per person. We just didnt understand how it worked, we had to keep the receipt but that wasn't clear to us. So we lost our deposit, so now we want to bring the cup home as a souvenir haha.
The elevators are slow I have to say, if this could be fixed, the hotel would be perfect. We are going back tomorrow,but we will be back bext year!

At first we were worried about some reviews regarding food poisoning, but everything was really nice.
In general all the food we ate was good, had a good variety and everything went well.
All the staff were really friendly and happy to help! The room was fine. The location was really good, near the beach.
But for sure the most pleasant experience was the animation team. Carla and Edgar were so awesome, we have never participated in hotel activities, and on this vacation we have joined so many of them! It was really, really fun, and we will sure miss that. They were more than animators, they were and are friends now :) Frank was also really nice with us, and always joyful.
In the end it was a really pleasant experience!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The services are excellent, and the staff are friendly, polite, and highly professional. Overall, it truly deserves a high rating for the quality of hospitality and comfort provided.
However, I do have one important observation regarding the restaurant. I would strongly recommend that the menu clearly lists the ingredients of each dish. As a vegetarian, I ordered a pasta dish assuming it did not contain any meat. After finishing the meal, I was informed by a staff member that it contained pork.
I sincerely hope this point can be improved for the benefit of future guests, especially those with dietary preferences or restrictions.

You can't knock this hotel really. It's got a great location, we also came here last year and we see now that the recent redevelopments have certainly improved it.
The lifts are slightly better this year but they are still not amazing.
Food is good. Good variety and reasonable quality.
What improved the most is the entertainment. I don't think i ever seen it this good. Frank and his team are full of energy, happy and are giving that extra mile, we havent seen it like this the other years.
They did an amazing show for San Guan, a Spanish night, what a party it was, we laughed so much, my friend won a cocktail 😎 one thing I need to say, we love a night of fun where the public joins in, Frank was the absolute best, but participation acts everyday gets a bit of the same, this year the hotel doesnt invest in shows, like a motown group or flamingo act.
We went to the puente real hotel two nights, which is right next to it, to see a live act and a flamingo, so at the end it was perfect.
The staff are probably the biggest plus they are all friendly and helpful especially the poolbar guys and Frank and team who made our holiday!

We have just come back from a few amazing days at this hotel, the young lady at the recepción gave us a great and welcoming check in, everything about this hotel is brilliant, the rooms are very nice and the cleaning is brilliant.
The food is great with enough choice for even the fussiest eaters, staff are great and very friendly, a great choice of pools to suit everyone, literally at the beach with a lot of trendy beach bars.
The entertainment was absolutetly fantastic every day, the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Frank and Edgar made our holidays, we will come back because of them.
We can’t recommend this place enough.
