Superb time in the Ibersol Torremolinos beach. Check in went very well, nice staff answering all of our questions, we had a lady with us in a wheelchair and everywhere in the hotel they had good accesibility.
We loved the food in the restaurant, absolutely amazing, they had show cooking everyday, and the amount of choice of deserts is just insane.
Highlight for us was the fantastic entertainment team, Frank, Carla and Edgar did a really great job, archery shooting, aquagym, it was so much fun, especially our kids joined it everyday!
The location isnt bad, it's just outside of Torremolinos but with a taxi (only 6 euros!) you are in the centre within a few minutes. We loved it, and we come back for sure.

We come here twice a year, lovely place. Food is great like always, it's normally not this hot this time of year but it was managable.
Recepción staff very helpfull, rooms comfy with nice views.
We loved the entertainment this time, quiz nights were absolute fun, the entertainment staff worked hard as well as the bar staff. Loved it, we b back soon.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Never Return
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly unacceptable. The service throughout our stay was awful — staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests.
The food was a complete letdown. I ended up with food poisoning after eating at the hotel restaurant, and overall the meals were extremely poor quality, bland and nowhere near the standard advertised. Nothing we tried was even remotely tasty.
To make matters worse, some of my wife’s personal items, including her makeup, went missing from our room. We reported this immediately, but the management showed no concern and offered no real assistance or resolution. Their attitude was shockingly unprofessional.
Overall, this hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. Poor service, terrible food, security issues, and zero accountability from management – I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Yes, it is beautiful and smells good, but what’s that for when you’re very likely to get sick on your holiday? The picture below is from the day when around 100 of us met at the reception to complain, all of us (or our families) were sick from their food. Even the Police was there that day.
How much responsibility are they taking? Zero. This was 3 weeks ago and their head of reception keeps ignoring me, or telling me this was definitely not the hotel’s fault. It was all just a coincidence.
Just read the previous reviews, it has been happening there for ages… Just avoid this place at all cost.

Avoid this place! Worst holiday ever.
We booked everything included, so every meal was from the hotel restaurant. On the second day, one of us got food poisoning, we thought maybe it was just some bad fish. But the next day, the other one also got food poisoning, even as a vegetarian! That’s when we realized the food here is just unsafe.
When we asked for medical help, the staff didn’t even take us seriously at all. By the end of the trip, their only response was that we couldn’t prove it came from the hotel food. Honestly, a terrible experience. The restaurant is not safe, would never recommend this hotel.
