We spent two weeks at the hotel with the all-inclusive option. We would like to thank the entire hotel staff for their professionalism. If you're considering choosing the all-inclusive option, I can definitely recommend it. I'm not sure who said the meals are repetitive, because that’s simply not true. Maybe the breakfasts are a bit similar, but lunches and dinners are truly varied. There’s always a choice of at least four different kinds of fish and four different kinds of meat, along with plenty of side dishes. The food is tasty and fresh. The hotel also puts a strong emphasis on cleanliness, which is a big plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

I agree with other reviewers, that some staff had some disdain for non-Spanish guests.
The lifts were hard to come by, buttons didn't always work. Had to get out and get the stairs or another lift multiple times.
Didn't enjoy breakfast as the food was bland and only saw it getting topped up, rather than swapped out - in line with food hygiene. The churros were the only highlight of breakfast.
Didn't get to use the pool as there was too few loungers for the number of guests.
Room with a partial sea view meant 20% of my balcony had visible sea. I couldn't see the club, but I could hear it very loud from my balcony, including the chanting/ singers from the party goers. Faced the back of the hotel where the vents were, creating awful smells. There was also noise from all the bins emptying, audible from inside the room. Didn't use the balcony for these reasons.
The room inside was a little dated, some poor designs - including the shower.
Awful value. Would not return.

Both my wife and I were unwell with sickness. I wish he had read the reviews before staying here. It’s a great location and lovely beach across the road, but our 4-night stay was ruined as we were both unwell vomiting for the second half of the stay. It’s obviously an issue that is not being addressed seriously. We did mention it to reception and they were completely uninterested.

Warning: Avoid this hotel – it ruined our holiday!
We had to change hotels in the middle of our vacation due to several serious issues — and we received no compensation.
First of all, we got food poisoning shortly after eating dinner at the hotel. We were so ill that we couldn’t get out of bed or eat for over a day. We contacted our doctor in Denmark, who confirmed it was food poisoning. When we informed the hotel manager, he denied any responsibility and said we had to prove it came from their food. However, we got sick right after dinner at the hotel, and later we read reviews from other guests who had experienced the exact same issue and had received the same denial.
The hygiene at the hotel was poor in general. The room was never properly cleaned, and everything felt dirty and neglected.
The elevator was also unsafe — it shook violently and made loud noises. When we reported this and asked for a technician, the hotel simply ignored us. We had to walk to the 10th floor every day, which was especially difficult while being sick.
When we went to the manager again to complain, he asked for our room number and then disappeared into his office. After waiting for 10 minutes, we had to knock and walk in ourselves to speak with him. Still, he refused any kind of compensation. I was extremely sick and exhausted, and due to the stress and the unfair treatment, I ended up raising my voice — I simply had no energy left.
We changed hotels as soon as we were physically able to move — but we never got a refund for the days we didn’t sleep or eat at the hotel.
All in all, this was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The food seemed old, cleaning was poor, and the elevator was dangerous. When problems arise, the staff do nothing — and treat guests disrespectfully.

I was here about 3/4 weeks ago. I didn't observe anything untowards with regards to food or cleanliness however all 4 of us was unwell for 24 hours spread out over different days. It can't be food poisoning because that lasts longer than 24 hours and we were all unwell on different days. This is likely to be a norovirus. The problem is that you should not mix with people for 48 hours after your last symptom but no one is ever going to stay in their rooms for an extra 48 hours to avoid spreading it. This way it will just continue to spread. The hotel did offer us a complementary meal as we were only Bed and Breakfast. There are handgels every where and I didn't see anyone using them! Including going into the restaurant. I saw people picking bread up and putting it back down for other bread they preferred. The servers even put straws in your drinks with a utensil and not their hands. I feel that the hotel was doing as much as they could, it's clear they know their reviews and have tried to do a lot to improve it. They can't prevent humans leaving their rooms after catching a big though so it will continue expecially sharing sun beds, pools, bathrooms and people touching food who should know better.
