We stayed at this hotel from 26th to 30th October. (All Inclusive) Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a serious issue during our stay. On the second day, my daughter became very unwell, and I strongly believe it was caused by the hotel food.
Normally, you might expect it to be the meat, but in this case, I suspect it was the rice, as she ate rice a few times that day with other food that is unlikely to cause her illness. Google rice, as not many people would know the risks of left over un looked after rice. That evening, she was extremely sick — vomiting throughout the night — and spent the entire next day in bed recovering. Thankfully, she is usually very fit and healthy, but I dread to think what could have happened if this had affected a younger child, someone elderly, or anyone with existing health issues.
I visited the local pharmacy, where they provided anti-sickness medication and hydralytes, which helped her slowly recover.
Since returning home, I have read several very similar reviews from other guests mentioning sickness and diarrhoea, which makes me even more concerned that there could be an ongoing food hygiene issue that needs URGENT ATTENTION.
That said, apart from this incident, the hotel itself was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room had an amazing sea view. After my daughter became ill, we chose to eat out for the remainder of our stay, and there are some good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which was convenient.
Overall, it’s a real shame because the hotel has a lot of potential, but I sincerely hope management reviews their food safety standards to ensure no other guests experience what we did.

Unfortunately, not the best experience…
I had noticed some negative reviews about the food before booking, but I decided to give the hotel a chance — in hindsight, I probably shouldn’t have.
The hotel is located in an old building, and the area on the right side of the property doesn’t look great. While the hotel itself is clean, the rooms are quite small. The bathroom design is also inconvenient: there’s no proper shower tub, so water runs all over the floor and even toward the toilet.
The location is good, but the food definitely needs improvement.
The dishes are often not hot enough, lack flavour, or simply aren’t cooked properly. The options are very repetitive as well. Dinner in particular is not worth it — it’s quite expensive considering the poor variety and all the reasons I mentioned above...Charging €25 per adult and €20 per child is high, especially because no drinks are included. Most of the food is only warm instead of hot, and overall it just doesn’t have much taste.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Never Return
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly unacceptable. The service throughout our stay was awful — staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests.
The food was a complete letdown. I ended up with food poisoning after eating at the hotel restaurant, and overall the meals were extremely poor quality, bland and nowhere near the standard advertised. Nothing we tried was even remotely tasty.
To make matters worse, some of my wife’s personal items, including her makeup, went missing from our room. We reported this immediately, but the management showed no concern and offered no real assistance or resolution. Their attitude was shockingly unprofessional.
Overall, this hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. Poor service, terrible food, security issues, and zero accountability from management – I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When we entered the room, it immediately looked sloppily arranged, dust, poorly cleaned mirrors, black hair on the floor.
When I asked the reception to vacuum the room the next day, when I also asked to clean the room, it was not done.
There was no mini bar.
Breakfast was the same for all 5 days, no choice.
Dinner 25€ per person, without drinks, but we will not return there because it was not tasty.
Cocktails at the pool cost 15€ per person, terrible. I don't understand why, after staying at this hotel for 5 days, no one cleaned the floors in the room... I would give the hotel 2 stars. Only the view was good, only.

Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel in October for 5 nights. We read some of the reviews before coming and saw people saying about food poisoning, which we didn’t really believe/ take seriously. Sadly, on our last night we both got food poisoning, which we haven’t had before when staying in an hotel and it really did ruin the holiday and made our flight home extremely difficult. The rooms are clean and the pool area was good. Sadly, although the staff are doing the best they can, the hotel seems very short staffed. In the dining area there were only about 2 or 3 staff members to cater for the >100 people eating, many tables being left with dirty plates for over an hour. Sadly only 1 night we ate in the restaurant we got a drinks order taken and the other nights we went without because the staff just over run taking other orders and clearing as best they can. We also moved rooms after the first night as we were put in a room which was designed to be a family room with just one door separating us from the room next door so it was extremely noisy (even hearing the people next door going to the toilet). Thankfully the reception staff were very helpful and did move us, but we did have to move out the current room at 10am and then we didn’t get back into our new room until 3pm that day, which was a bit restrictive for the first day of our holiday. Overall, this hotel does have the capability of being really good, it’s presented well and modern but we wouldn’t go there again/ advise anyone else to go because of the food poisoning incident which really did ruin our holiday sadly and we came home feeling a lot more unwell and tired than when we left!
