Our stay at Blue Sea Cervantes was truly delightful. The hotel enjoys a strategic location in the heart of Torremolinos — close to the local market and just a short distance from the beach, making it ideal for families and travelers who want everything within reach.
One of the highlights was a public elevator located just one minute from the hotel, which significantly shortens the walk to the beach from 12 minutes to about 4. This is a great convenience, especially for families with children or guests with limited mobility.
The hotel offers beautiful views and excellent cleanliness. Our room was tidy and comfortable, and I’d like to thank the housekeeping staff for their kindness and professionalism.
The food at the hotel was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. Service throughout the hotel was exceptional, and I want to give special thanks to Manolo and Carlos from the restaurant — always friendly and smiling, they added a warm touch to our experience.
The customer service overall was outstanding, with all staff being courteous, attentive, and professional.
We didn’t stay during the high season, but we learned there is a children’s room with activities available only during peak periods. I sincerely hope the hotel considers keeping this room open all year round, as it adds great value for families.
The ninth floor offers a stunning panoramic view, and there is also a well-equipped gym, perfect for guests who like to stay active during their holidays.
Although there are four elevators, they were often crowded, especially at busy times. I hope the management can improve or expand the elevator system to better accommodate the number of guests.
Another great convenience is the car rental service available inside the hotel, and the paid indoor parking at €7 per day is a reasonable and helpful option for those with vehicles.
I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Málaga, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Just returned from 3 nights here and it was delightful. As I have a food allergy (gluten free) it is always a worry that I will struggle to eat. I was so pleased to find all food is labelled and there was gluten free bread, cereal and a cup cakes available. There was even a gluten free only toaster!
The lifts were hard work at busy times of the day but that is just a small thing. Really lovely holiday. Not really for families, as there isn't a lot for children to do. The entertainment day staff ( one guy in particular) were brilliant. They do aqua gym, games and bingo. The roof bar isn't included with the all inclusive just to be aware but it is lovely up there.
Would return again!

Stayed here for 5 days and probably would not stay again. Only friendly face we had was the first night we checked in otherwise we were looked at as garbage because we didn't speak Spanish. Did the all inclusive and was not impressed all it included was house wine beer coffee juice everything else was extra not to mention my boyfriend was served a beer that smelled like wet dog. Elevators took forever if you stayed on the top floor and were extremely hot.
Room was okay bed was hard and moved around constantly with the slightest movement, air conditioning was broken and barely worked, bathroom was extremely tiny. Walls are paper thin.
Breakfast lunch and dinner was always the same and there was no variety. Whatever was served at lunch was also dinner so you get bored of the food quickly.
Hotel needs a lot of changes.

Location of this Hotel is worth the 5 stars , sadly that is where it ends for me . When you enter the vast lobby you kind of expect the rest of the hotel to mirror the lobby , it didn't . Seriously dated rooms with absolutely no facilities , the standard for a hotel of this price , no tea and coffee , no iron, just your old fashioned basic room. The Air Conditioning just about holding out but by a thread......the phone that did not work, as with the TV despite asking for it to be looked at! The Lifts for all floors had a mind of their own and would stop wherever they decided!!
Breakfast - Reasonable display but all hot food ( even at 0730am when they opened) was tepid , with a country that produces some of the best fruit and veg it was a big disappointment .... Standard European attitude regarding the pool and if you were not out there at dawn forget getting a sunbed, the Pariso beach was a far better option.....I believe this hotel closes for 3/4 months a year , perhaps that's why they wont invest and make the rooms what they should be for a hotel such as this , sadly would not be back to the Blue Sea but Torremolinos was and always is stunning ! Come on Blue Sea , open that wallet and spend some money and give guests what they expect and deserve...........
