Where do I even begin? This is, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in — and it’s laughable that it claims to be 4 stars. Completely fooled by the pictures online — looks like a pretty, quality hotel on booking sites and Maps, but in reality it’s awful. The “beautiful” sea you see in their photos only looks like that in the morning — by afternoon it’s murky and dull, more like the Thames river.
First, the smell. The corridors reek of old furniture and mustiness. It’s everywhere. Step into the reception and you’re hit with a wall of hot, stagnant air because there’s no air conditioning — in 40°C summer heat. No decent hotel would run a reception without AC in these conditions.
The parking situation is a complete joke. There are only SEVEN spaces for the entire hotel. We arrived late at night, spent an hour circling the area looking for a spot, found nothing nearby, and had to park far away. Because the hotel is perched on a steep hill and my mother has back problems, we had to pay for a taxi back.
The breakfast? Possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. Food looked like it had been sitting out for days, tasted like nothing, and the coffee was so bad it was almost undrinkable.
Towels? Changed only every three days. That meant using the same sandy, damp beach towels for almost our entire stay.
The staff? Cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. There’s already a comment on Google about the bald receptionist being rude — I now understand exactly what they meant. When I greeted him and asked how he was when we arrived to check in, he didn’t even bother to ask back.
This is NOT a 4-star hotel. Whoever awarded them that rating clearly has no idea what a 4-star standard is.
That’s it for now — I’ll be following up with photos tomorrow.

Overall the hotel is located in a good area , close to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. DO NOT book the standard basic room. We had to ask to switch (and pay extra), for a room that was better, as the room we had previously booked was extremely small for two people. There was a very small bed , and no space to move around. The air conditioning was also very poor. After we were moved , the room was much better! However, the hotel wifi does not work well and disconnects very frequently. There is also only one wall outlet in the room. We found the room clean , although there were some stains on blankets and we had to ask for a new comforter as the other one was dirty.

I recently had a 5-day stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The view from the high-floor room was breathtaking, and the friendly reception team were friendly enough. However, the air conditioning in my room wasn’t cooling it effectively, and the breakfast was quite repetitive. In 2025 and the premium WIFI and safe box were charged separately.

Decent location, rooms were okay. The staff was okay but one person did stand out. Vesna was always so pleasant and ready to help. She helped us plan out a day in Palma and suggested some great spots! Thank you for your kindness and friendly service! You made my trip so worth it

We stayed for 3 night, just for short party time, due to my friends birthday. Location of the hotel was perfect, modern and clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Many clubs and pubs around hotel area, plenty of nice restaurants and local shops to buy some snacks and drinks. Perfect place for someone who is looking for a party and nightlife style. Our rooms were on the high floor with amazing view on the Sea. Hotel had a beach access and many sunbeds around the pool, so you always could find some spot to chill. Meals were in the Buffett style with good quality of food, local food was very nice and fresh, also friendly and helpful staff.
