I’m so happy with our stay at Sol House Mallorca. We had a small issue with our room when we arrived, but the staff rectified it immediately and gave us a phenomenal room.
The staff here are the standout. so courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The facilities are clean, amazing, and the location is super central.
My main takeaway is how accommodating the staff are. If you have any concerns during your stay, definitely speak to them because they will do everything they can to make things right. Would absolutely stay again!

Came back a couple weeks ago. We had a lovely stay, great location, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and there’s so many shops nearby. Room was great, however we noticed the door handle was a little damaged, the toilet seat had been broken previously and we could see it just got glued back together.
Our room was quite close to the lifts and the noise during the early hours of the morning was very loud, drunk people shouting in the corridors and banging their doors, so can be a bit hard to have a good nights sleep.
We had a great view from our room (pool and sea).
Easy to check in and out and staff were nice.
Overall a really nice stay but it would be great to see some improvements ❤️

Very disappointing experience. The room constantly smelled like sewage, the curtains were too short and let sunlight in from 5 AM, making it hard to sleep. Housekeeping staff were often loud in the corridors early in the morning, waking guests up.
Paying an extra €45 per night for one additional person in a double room felt excessive. Room service was very poor, with no proper cleaning or bed making, only towel changes.
Also disappointing was seeing used cups simply rinsed in the bathroom sink and placed back. Overall, I would not stay here again.

I have just returned from a 4 day trip 30/09 - 04/10 to Sol House Hotel and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and the rooms were spacious. Great restaurants along the beach which are minutes from the hotel. There were some noisy ‘hard core’ holidaymakers but you are in Magaluf, but being out of season this was not bad at all.
I asked the hotel for help to organise a birthday surprise for my daughter in her room and Nathan was absolutely brilliant, going above and beyond. Even taking the trouble to find us to make sure all was ok.
💯 would recommend this hotel 🙌 and would book again out of season only as could imagine noisy in season.

Where shall I start this hotel is like a zoo rooms to small and not cleaned properly the people that stay here are like football hulligans the noise was just unbearable all night people screaming and shouting no peace no relaxation even in the day around the pool just constant noise and shouting from the disgusting people that stay there got to be the worst ever holiday I have ever had never ever again if you want peace and relaxation do not go here just horrendous. Was just reading other reviews about the noise and you say you offer earplugs to guest absolutely ridiculous so you know you have a noisy hotel but instead of sorting this constant problem every night you offer earplugs 😅 SORT YOUR HOTEL OUT IT IS A JOKE!!!
