amazing amazing!! if you want a more relaxing vacation this hotel is perfect for that! Portocolom is great, not filled with tourists, close to pretty beaches even by walk or by bus (if you are not renting a car.)
The hotel staff is so kind, helping! 🤍 can play paddle, 3 swimming pools, so many sunbeds. Breakfast was also good. It was my first time in Mallorca and this hotel, and i would 100% come back. Thank you!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and, overall, we had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel is new and recently renovated. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the pool area. There were plenty of comfortable sunbeds, so it was always easy to find a place to relax.
One thing to be aware of is that the area where the hotel is located is quite quiet, with very little to see or do. However, you can easily take a bus to Cala d’Or, which is a larger town with many lovely restaurants, bars, and shops.
The dinner was decent, but we would have liked to see a wider variety of dishes. Some of the food was also a bit disappointing in terms of flavour.
Unfortunately, we only discovered the hotel’s entertainment programme at the very end of our holiday. We wish the staff had informed us about the activities, local attractions, and available entertainment when we first arrived, as it would have helped us make the most of our stay.
Overall, this is a lovely hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great 10 night stay at this hotel, things that stood out to us in a positive way were the facilities such as pool, gym, padel, paddle boarding, sunbeds! The entertainment guy (didn’t manage to catch his name) was brilliant, always smiling! We noticed that areas such as the pool, lobby, sunbeds and roof top terrace were kept immaculate. The hotel has a modern feel since its recent refurbishment, smelt great and had a stunning view overlooking the harbour of Portocolom. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
There are no sunbed wars at this hotel, always a sunbed available at any time of the day 🙌
However a few things I’d like to mention:
The amount of ants that were in our room was insane! They crawled all over us in our sleep and got into our suitcases, we notified reception and they sent someone to clean it however the issue still persisted! 🐜
The queue for the pool bar is extraordinarily long, especially at about 5pm, you can be stood in queue for 15 mins to place an order. Big shoutout to one of the women behind the bar who seemed to carry the whole team, she was putting in graft to get everyone served, the rest just seemed to be not up to much at times.
The bodywash in the shower wasn’t topped up so we had no body wash.
One thing I did notice is that there were never any quests sat in the lobby area, it was like a ghost town - strange as it’s such a lovely area.
Lobby bar is permanently closed.
The buffet food was okay at best. The time we used it for dinner, there was a fly infestation in the grapes. But the bar food menu is superb 👌
The hotel definitely has the potential to be a 5 star hotel 100%, needs more staff, less ants and better food.

What stood out the most for us was how genuinely friendly and welcoming everyone was — it really made a difference and made the whole stay feel special.
The hotel is recently renovated and has a very nice modern design. Our favorite area was definitely the pool area. It has a great atmosphere and on some days there was live music by the pool, which we really enjoyed. There was also live music in the evenings, and we especially loved listening to Sam sing.
The rooftop is also beautiful, with amazing views and really good drinks — perfect for a relaxed evening.
A special thank you to Rosi and Andrea from the reception team, who were always incredibly kind and helpful with any questions we had. We also want to mention Laura and Joan from the entertainment team. You can really see how passionate they are about what they do, and they made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. They organize many fun activities — we joined the kayaking tour on our first day and had such a great time.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Another big plus was the easy and free parking on the streets around the hotel.
Breakfast was also very good, with lots of options every morning. And every day, Loubna welcomed us with such kindness and a smile, which was such a nice start to the day.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to come back.

Really impressed with the hotel. It has been newly renovated it shows. Hotel looks lovely, staff are super friendly and helpful and food and drinks are great and well priced. They have entertainment in the evening and during the day around the pool. Some nice local bars and restaurants around and also just a short taxi drive from Cala D’Or
