Our stay at Sheraton Soma Bay Resort continues to be something truly special. We have been coming here for the past 20 years, and it remains just as authentic as ever - even after its complete renovation. The hotel has managed to modernize beautifully without losing any of its charm or genuine character, which is quite rare.
It’s a place where you always know what you’re getting: quality, comfort, and consistency. The food is excellent - we chose the B&B option to enjoy the flexibility of deciding our own lunch and dinner plans, and it suited us perfectly. Even the room service exceeded expectations, from delicious pasta dishes to perfectly prepared beef tenderloin.
The service is, as always, outstanding. The staff truly make you feel like part of a family, and that warmth is something that keeps bringing us back. A very special thank you to Miriam, who has known us for many years and always ensures that we have everything we need - her care and attention mean a lot to us.
We have traveled extensively around the world, but Sheraton Soma Bay will always remain our favorite destination. The views are simply magical, the beach is spotless, and the rooms and facilities are consistently clean and well-maintained.

Amazing hotel, beach lounging, pool deck cabanas, expansive food outlets (buffet restaurant, a large cart, Cafe, bars, and cafeteria), very attentative warm service across all grounds from all staff led by Mr Monsif.
The rooms are well appointed, recently renovated to Marriott's global standards.
The hotel is well connected to all Soma Bay village amenities with easy walkable promenade or short golf cart ride, shuttle buses available ad well.

As a solo female traveler - having a great time. Yes, there is still minor construction work going on but it is not annoying. At least not to me. You barely notice them. So overall my experience so far is just amazing. No complains.
Great room, all rooms have sea view. All-inclusive so far very good. Many different cuisines for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant and there are bars on every corner of the resort.
If you are not a picky posh eater you will be more than fine on all-inclusive without extra expenses.
The beach - the best part of it. Quiet, half empty, peaceful, clean, paradise.
Service - they are polite and welcoming. And if you tip them as is recommended you will be spoiled like a habibi. ❤️🙂

Our stay at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort was absolutely fantastic. We spent ten days there as a family and enjoyed every single moment.
The resort has been recently renovated, and the entire property is beautifully designed—spacious, well-maintained, and very relaxing. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Whether in the restaurants, at the bars, or with housekeeping, the staff was consistently attentive, friendly, and highly professional. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of at all times.
The food was excellent every evening—varied, high-quality, and very well prepared. There was a wide selection, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully presented.
The beachfront is stunning, with clear water and plenty of space to relax. The pool area is equally impressive and works perfectly for both relaxation and families.
We also enjoyed several massages during our stay, which were outstanding and highly recommended. Our children had an amazing time at the Aqua Splash area, which made the experience even more special for all of us.
A very special thank you to Wael Al-Baba, Khaled, Taheer, Alzaeem and Mohamed Fathy—your kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable.
Overall, we loved this hotel and would happily return anytime. We can highly recommend it without hesitation.
