My stay at Sheraton Soma Bay Resort exceeded every expectation and was, without a doubt, one of the finest resort experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every detail reflected genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and a commitment to excellence. The entire team deserves special recognition for their warmth, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction. Every interaction was met with sincere smiles, prompt assistance, and a level of care that made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The accommodations were immaculate, elegantly designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping maintained the room to the highest standards every day, ensuring a flawless and relaxing environment. The culinary experience was equally impressive. Every meal featured an outstanding selection of high-quality international and local cuisine, beautifully presented and consistently delicious. The variety, freshness, and attention to detail made dining one of the highlights of my vacation. The resort itself is simply breathtaking. I had a wonderful 7-night stay at Sheraton Soma Bay Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and outstanding hospitality in a stunning beachfront setting. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always attentive, making every guest feel valued. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping throughout my stay. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh international and local dishes. The private beach was absolutely beautiful with crystal-clear water, the pools were well maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. Overall, Sheraton Soma Bay Resort delivers excellent service, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing luxury experience. I highly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a memorable Red Sea vacation, and I would happily stay here again.

I'm here right now ...and I can recommend this resort totally..very good food they can cook the cuisine same as cusinie countries... Indian, Thai and Moroccan food. They used very good ingredients and variety. Staff working with love welcome. Said the restaurant manager with all his team same as one goal respect and love what they do. Very good beach and you can snorkeling or driving early with amazing spots and reef 🪸. It will be not my first visit.... Thanks a lot Abdelhalim Esmat 21 June 2026

Our stay at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort was absolutely fantastic. We spent ten days there as a family and enjoyed every single moment. The resort has been recently renovated, and the entire property is beautifully designed—spacious, well-maintained, and very relaxing. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Whether in the restaurants, at the bars, or with housekeeping, the staff was consistently attentive, friendly, and highly professional. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of at all times. The food was excellent every evening—varied, high-quality, and very well prepared. There was a wide selection, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully presented. The beachfront is stunning, with clear water and plenty of space to relax. The pool area is equally impressive and works perfectly for both relaxation and families. We also enjoyed several massages during our stay, which were outstanding and highly recommended. Our children had an amazing time at the Aqua Splash area, which made the experience even more special for all of us. A very special thank you to Wael Al-Baba, Khaled, Taheer, Alzaeem and Mohamed Fathy—your kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable. Overall, we loved this hotel and would happily return anytime. We can highly recommend it without hesitation.

Nothing good, except food quality was excellent. - No Hospitality - No Animation team, Just DJ - Very weak AC except inside rooms - If you take your towels from aqua park area, you must leave them before comeback to the hotel - I asked for my room number 10000 times, I was so frustrated, this is a simple way called bracelet with different colors!! For sure, I will NOT recommend or revisit this resort again.
