Everything was fabulous! The hotel is wonderful, the room was comfortable and very clean. All meals was outstanding. Staff was helpful. Doaa from the reception deserves a special mention for her kindness and professionalism. The beach was beautiful, clean and the house reef is unforgettable.

This was my 3rd time in Sheraton Soma Bay. Since the last time (2 years ago) many renovations took place. In the meantime the rooms have much improved and have become more luxurious. Also, the main restaurant and the food have improved. I really appreciate this approach to stay in the competition. Thankfully, what was the best part of my time was the service and especially the genuine friendliness and warm-hearted hospitality! Therefore, it was a huge pleasure for me to see many of the staff again, whom I have become really good friends with over the years and also stayed in touch over WhatsApp! The following great people have made my stay very beautiful and have contributed to wonderful memories which will accompany me through the next year: Doaa from the reception, who was very helpful with all of my many requests; Ahmed and his colleagues at the beach, who helped me find a good and shady spot every day; Hicham and Sohby in the lobby, who ensured a warm welcome, fruits and drinks and a friendly goodbye; Gamal, Tareq, El Sayed and Saied in the main restaurant, whose company was a huge pleasure at every meal; and finally - but most importantly - my best friend at Sheraton Soma Bay: Mohamed from water sports/swimming pool next to the gym, who personally asked about my well-being on WhatsApp every day. God bless this great hotel! I had a 5-Star-Vacation and will come back next year!

Our stay at the Sheraton was overall a very positive experience. The room was comfortable, with a nice view of the garden and a partial sea view, just as expected. The gym was well equipped and the sauna, while functional, could benefit from some renovation.
What truly stood out to us was the friendliness and positive attitude of the staff. From the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, every single person was exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
The hotel itself is large, spacious, and currently undergoing renovation. This was the only real downside, as some works were still in progress and not yet completed.
The beach, however, is absolutely fantastic – one of the best we have experienced outside of Greece.
If we were to wish for something more, it would be evening events or better music at the bar, which would add more atmosphere, similar to what we saw in a nearby competitor hotel.

A Mixed Stay: Great Staff and Renovated Rooms, But Ongoing Work Impacts Dining and Space
This review is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff were fantastic—attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist. The newly renovated rooms are also clean, though we did find some residual construction dust.
However, the renovations had a significant impact on our stay. While the work wasn't overly intrusive, we did experience a few days of noisy "demolition" while at the pool, which wasn't ideal. The biggest issue, though, was the dining experience. With the main restaurant closed for renovations, the meals were a definite step down from our previous visit. The quality of the food was still good, but the variety was severely lacking. In the past, the pastry selection alone was larger than the total amount of food now available.
Finally, while the rooms are new and clean, they are noticeably smaller than they were before the renovation. It's a shame, as the previous rooms felt much more spacious.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential once the work is complete, especially with such a great team. But for now, the ongoing renovations are impacting the experience, particularly the dining and room size.

First of all the receipting was great;with a welcome drink. Th staff in reception are great, they facilitate the check in almost in no time, finalised all my requests with a wonderful compliment smiles, did their best to make me satisy and happy. The rooms are amazing in space, cleaned and comfortable new furniture.
Till now deserved the rating I gave to it. Will continue the rating of other facilities and food through my accommodation.
The food is very tasty and staff are flying around to serve and present help
