We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton El Gouna. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed.
The sea was crystal clear, and the beach was perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes every day.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Whenever we needed something, it was taken care of quickly and with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome.
Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Gouna!

It was a fantastic vacation. Starting from check in, through all my stay. The location is beautiful and so peaceful.
Room was nice, spacious, fresh, with a nice terrace with beautiful lagoon view. Breakfast was very good with lot of options, dinner was quite good too.
On the down side, spa was absolutely bad,my worst massage ever, and a pointless coconut scrub . Really cant understand how this can be a sheraton spa, clearly no training is required/provided for the masseuse. Also sales staff continusly boder on the beach while relaxing, offering services
Overall is was a great stay and would defenetly like to return!

We had an incredible stay at Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna!
The resort is absolutely beautiful — clean, peaceful, and those views of the palm trees and Red Sea are unreal. But the real highlight was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel like family and went out of their way to help with everything.
Thank you to the whole Sheraton El Gouna team for making our vacation so special. We’ll 100% be back!

We would like to highlight the front office manager and staff, and especially staff in the Miramar restaurant and bar.
Joseph and Moussa from Miramar restaurant treated us as family, same as the bar staff Mohand, Toka and Refa.
And special thanks to Ehab from the family beach - he was always there for us. They all made our stay enjoyable, relaxing and an overall pleasure. This surely is a hotel we would love to come back to.
