We had a pleasant stay at Club Paradisio. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was a good selection of food, and the hotel facilities, including the pools and beach area, were well maintained. The entertainment program offered a variety of activities during the day and in the evening. Overall, it was a nice holiday experience. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others looking for a relaxing vacation.

We had a really great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant was very good, with delicious food and great service. The pool was clean and well maintained, which made it very enjoyable and relaxing. We also loved the bar — it had a nice atmosphere, and the drinks were very good. Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit again.

Th receptionist, Romario was very welcoming and quick. The location is around 8 min drive to downtown and Abu tug marina. The beach is nice and clean with greenery areas around it. The breakfast has many varieties and tasty. The restaurant has a great view on the beach. We had a triple room, they got us an extra bed. The room would be spacious for two. However, the bathroom needs renovation for the shower and the tiles. All the towels on the beach and in the rooms need to be changed as many of them have stains. What I didn’t like is the housekeeping. He barely cleans the room; only the towels, the tissues and I have to ask for more towel and water bottles for the 3rd guest. There are some ants in the room. They sprayed it by the end of the day. I liked my stay in general.

All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to the reception team, especially Romario and Sandy. Their warmth, kindness, and professionalism truly made me feel like I was at home. ❤️ Also, a special mention to Mohamed, the lifeguard, who was so friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation, great hospitality, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere! 🌴☀️❤️

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Shawadfi of the Integrated Clinic at Hotel Club Paradisio in El Gouna for the outstandimg care I received during my stay. When I developed pneumonia during my vacation, Dr. Shawadfi immediately recognized the seriousness of my condition and began the appropriate treatment without delay. His professionalism, medical expertise, and genuine concern for my well-being were exceptional. What impressed me most was his extraordinary dedication. He even stayed more than two hours after his working hours to wait for my blood test results and ensure that I received the best possible treatment. Throughout my illness, he closely monitored my condition and always took the time to answer my questions and reassure me. I would also like to thank his assistant, Mina, for his kindness, professionalism, and valuable support during my treatments. The care, commitment, and teamwork shown by the staff at the Integrated Clinic were outstanding. Thanks to their excellent treatment, I recovered much faster than expected. Absolutely Amazing Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sheraton Miramar Resort is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. The resort itself is beautiful, with a fantastic atmosphere, gorgeous surroundings, and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every member of the team was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really tell that the staff care about their guests and take pride in what they do. A huge thank you to the entire Sheraton Miramar team for making our stay such a wonderful experience. ❤️ We genuinely enjoyed every moment and are already looking forward to coming back! We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton El Gouna. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The sea was crystal clear, and the beach was perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes every day. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Whenever we needed something, it was taken care of quickly and with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Gouna!

It was a fantastic vacation. Starting from check in, through all my stay. The location is beautiful and so peaceful. Room was nice, spacious, fresh, with a nice terrace with beautiful lagoon view. Breakfast was very good with lot of options, dinner was quite good too. On the down side, spa was absolutely bad,my worst massage ever, and a pointless coconut scrub . Really cant understand how this can be a sheraton spa, clearly no training is required/provided for the masseuse. Also sales staff continusly boder on the beach while relaxing, offering services Overall is was a great stay and would defenetly like to return!

We had an incredible stay at Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna! The resort is absolutely beautiful — clean, peaceful, and those views of the palm trees and Red Sea are unreal. But the real highlight was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel like family and went out of their way to help with everything. Thank you to the whole Sheraton El Gouna team for making our vacation so special. We’ll 100% be back! I just enjoyed a 4 night/3.5 day stay at Sheraton Miramar El Gouna. The room and terrace were lovely and exactly like the photos. AC worked perfectly. I enjoyed a ground floor room with lagoon and partial sea view. I opted for the all inclusive option which I would do again. This included all food and drinks (including local beer/wine/spirits and also sparkling water which I liked). The minibar was always stocked with whatever (non-alcoholic) drinks I requested. Note that room service is not part of the all inclusive program. The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets were very good with a lot of variety. The buffet restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating options. I also had dinner at the Arabic and Italian restaurants which had a set menu with the all inclusive option. The Italian restaurant is currently by the beach since I believe the original location is being renovated, but this was very nice for a dinner spot. Both dinners were very good. I enjoyed a burger and fries at the beach for lunch one day as well. You will see online that the pools are closed due to renovations - I didn’t mind this as I prefer the beach. If you’d like, you can take a free shuttle to two nearby resorts for pool access (but I think the Sheraton beach is the best option). There are 2 main beach areas and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy sun or shade. For an extra charge, you can paddle board, kayak, kite surf, etc. at the resort. There are multiple beach bars with drinks and food, and an indoor bar as well. You can order drinks to your sun bed, but not food (there is a designated eating area on the beach). The resort is beautiful and there are many paths to explore by walking/running/biking. I believe the original gym is also being renovated. The temporary gym is a bit small but has the basics and a nice view. The service was excellent all around - from reception, golf cart drivers, waiters, chefs, bartenders, airport shuttle, housekeeping, etc. I only left the resort once for an afternoon catamaran snorkeling/dolphin/sunset trip, and I did not get bored at the resort. I took an Uber from the airport to the resort for $20, but the airport shuttle back for $40 as I read getting an Uber in El Gouna is not reliable. I would definitely come back in the future, maybe during a slightly cooler time of year. I ended up here at the last minute due to a flight to Europe being cancelled, but I am glad I did - it was a very relaxing summer holiday!
