I have traveled all through Egypt for 6 years, and el gouna twice. The place in nice, the more approachable place in red sea from cairo. The rooms and the atmosphere are perfect. But the service should be better. It is suffering from trained personnel ranging from bar man to water sport facilities.

It was a fantastic vacation. Starting from check in, through all my stay. The location is beautiful and so peaceful. Room was nice, spacious, fresh, with a nice terrace with beautiful lagoon view. Breakfast was very good with lot of options, dinner was quite good too. On the down side, spa was absolutely bad,my worst massage ever, and a pointless coconut scrub . Really cant understand how this can be a sheraton spa, clearly no training is required/provided for the masseuse. Also sales staff continusly boder on the beach while relaxing, offering services Overall is was a great stay and would defenetly like to return!

Had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Miramar The resort is very nice. Lots of greenery, lagoons, and the environment is very calming. rooms are spacious Facilities are a bit old but they will start renovations in June 2026 Food is good but could be better given it’s a 5 stars hotel Staff is super friendly! Every single person was helpful and welcoming.

A good hotel. Rooms are renovated which is nice. It feels like an old school 5 star hotel. They need work on food options & servicing. Service and customer service does not exist. When we asked for taxis, restaurant reservations etc extra cleaning service (like baby bottle cleaning) Beach is beautiful Pools are underwhelming overall a comfortable stay but not real luxury just good with children

Our stay at the Sheraton Miramar in El Gouna was truly unforgettable – one of those rare holidays where everything feels just right, and leaving at the end is actually a little emotional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. A special thank you goes to Maged at the reception, who took great care of us from the very beginning. The entire resort is beautifully designed, extremely well maintained, and spotlessly clean. You can see the attention to detail everywhere. The rooms are very spacious, modern, and well equipped – and having direct access to the sea from the room is simply amazing. Waking up and being just steps away from the water is something truly special. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast was always fresh, varied, and prepared with great care. We especially loved the Miramar Restaurant, where we spent most of our time dining. The quality and taste of the food were excellent – a big compliment to the Chef Seref and his team for their fantastic work. We also really enjoyed the Orient 1001 and the Italian restaurant, both of which are highly recommended, but Miramar remained our absolute favorite. A huge thank you goes to the wonderful staff who made our stay so special. Mohammed Abdel Latef and Ayman did an incredible job – always attentive, friendly, and professional, with a genuine smile. Their dedication truly stood out. We would also like to thank the hardworking and kind team members Basmala, Mostafa Saad, Hamad and Hager – and many others we may not have mentioned by name. Every single person contributed to making us feel comfortable and cared for. What touched us the most was how the team fulfilled every wish. They even organized a beautiful birthday celebration for our daughter – with so much effort and love. It created a memory we will cherish for a long time. The massages were also a highlight of our stay – incredibly relaxing. A big thank you to Fatma. Overall, we had a breathtakingly beautiful stay. The entire team creates an atmosphere where you don’t just feel like a guest, but almost like part of a family. We left completely happy, without a single wish unfulfilled – and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is fantastic. The service is especially great. All the staff is very friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the Pharaoh's Bar in the evenings. Besides a pool table and board games, they offer handmade cocktails made by the bartender, Aysam. We sampled our way through the menu, and every single cocktail was amazing. Aysam is incredibly kind; he greeted us warmly every evening, taught us a few words of Arabic, and mixed cocktails just for us, tailored to our tastes. Also the Animation Team is very friendly, funny and offers great acticities such aus foam parties, sports and bike rides through downtown. If you want to have a fun time, go and check them out.

I highly recommend this hotel and RedCSports (Ingy and Moon - who organized everything for us). It has everything and the staff are amazing. The sports equipment in the hotel is properly maintained (eg good table tennis rackets and balls) and the staff are always eager to help in any way they can. The food is simply incredible - I have never been to an all inclusive resort like this which puts an effort on quality. The other great thing about this hotel is that it has something for everyone - if you want action and lively atmosphere or quiet and secluded, the hotel caters to your needs I short, this was the most amazing holiday I have ever had - I cannot fault any aspect of it - it was simply perfect. Highly highly recommended from a very seasoned traveler. Don’t bother looking elsewhere in El Gouna - just come here!

Eerste keer in Egypte bij El Paradisio. Big compliments to the animation team, Mimi, Nina, Tof, Ge, Rana, Bob, Joe and Sam. Great fresh and Healthy Food at Marco Polo and Beach House.
