The room was clean and spacious, shame the bed was two singles joined together. The food for the breakfast was amazing compared to other inclusive hotels in the uk, loads of options, coffe was tasty, juice was fresh too. Not sure why the reviews say otherwise but now is decent for the price. Pools are big and clean, no noise at all in this area. Not many Brits around either, many Dutch and other nationalities.
Definitely recommend.

Great location and good breakfast! Unfortunately, check in took a bit long, and the neighbors were quite noisy, but that’s not the hotel's fault. The security team from the reception quieted them down, so big thanks to them for that! I was also pleased to see that there is security at night checking everyone who enters the hotel grounds. The room was clean and the housekeeping girls were very friendly. Great value. Dont listen those who say it’s bad. For this price its perfect

For a three-star hotel, the room was fine and the facilities were adequate, although they should provide a fridge, especially when temperatures reach at least 30°C. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony was nice.
However, they really need to improve the cleanliness. When I arrived, the floor was dirty with sand, hair, and dust, and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. The room was never vacuumed during my stay, which I really don't understand. The breakfast is varied and good. The pools are nice, but they could be cleaned more frequently. At 10 a.m. one morning, there was a sock and cigarette butts in the pool, which was disappointing. The equipment is broken and old.
The reception staff are nice, and when one of the lights was broken, they promptly replaced it. However, the biggest issue is that, although this is an adults-only hotel, some guests behaved as if they were children around the pool — playing loudly, screaming at all hours of the day and night, and disturbing everyone throughout the hotel. I have never experienced guests being so loud and disrespectful.
The hotel was never peaceful, as there was constant noise and disturbance, including people playing loud music by the pool and even in their rooms. If I wanted to stay at a hotel where people played ball in the pool and behaved this way, I would have booked a family hotel that allows children.
I would not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for or enjoy this type of loud and inconsiderate atmosphere. (And don't know why all the disrespectful guests were all speaking German, you should be used to it or love this behaviour)

Very disappointing experience. The hotel is not at all like the pictures and feels old and run-down. The breakfast lacked quality. The reception staff often seemed annoyed whenever I approached them with questions or requests.
One of the very few amenities offered is an in-room safe, but surprisingly you have to pay extra to use it. The housekeeping staff were the exception – they were friendly, professional, and did a great job keeping the rooms clean.
The hotel was filled with drunk Germans in football suits during our stay. When I asked the reception if it was always like this, I was told, “Get used to it, that’s how it is here.” That response says a lot about the atmosphere and customer service. There was people partying all over the hotel.
The hotel also made mistakes with our room reservation, causing unnecessary frustration. The rooms themselves were acceptable and the air conditioning worked well, but that was one of the few positives.
Overall, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel or area in Mallorca.

Unfortunately, my stay was very poor. The breakfast buffet is misleading; despite its size, the options are extremely limited, and I was forced to eat only mushrooms and potatoes throughout my stay. There are absolutely no chicken or beef options, which was a major issue for me due to my pork allergy.
The room quality is subpar, especially the bathroom, which lacks a proper glass partition, causing water to flood the floor. Furthermore, the noise level is unbearable due to other guests talking loudly in the hallways at all hours, showing a complete lack of management.
The only positive note is the staff in the breakfast area and the cleaning ladies; however, the rest of the experience does not deserve a positive rating.
