We just spend the long weekend in Santa Ponsa. Was lovely. The apartment is no luxury but has everything you need. Some noise at night but does last to late at night. Was unforgettable. We will definitely come back. Staff was so nice and helpful. We really loved it

A really nice stay here recently with my husband and daughter. The receptionist was really friendly and was so kind to my daughter. On check-out she gave her colouring markers which meant a lot as my daughter was sad to go home. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There were two single beds and a pull out couch. The air con was welcomed! The hotel is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of up town. There are 2 pools, which my daughter loved and I must say the pool attendant/lifegaurd was also very friendly and kind. Right outside the hotel there is a supermarket and lots of nice restaurants and the beach is less than 100yards. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again.

Every staff member was kind and helpful, which I appreciate the most. The beach was so close and easily reachable. We got a sea-view apartment as we ordered. The view was stunning.
The rooms were clean, cleaner than the most hotels, apartments.
Santa Ponsa is close to Palma which makes it living city and you can travel to it by bus in 30 minutes if you haven't got a car.
Highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the apartments as a group of six, and everything was nice and very clean. We had big balcony with a view. We truly enjoyed our stay.
There was no housekeeping service but since visit was short, it didn’t affect us much. For a longer stay, it might be something to discuss. We received fresh towels almost everyday tho.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes from a bus stop with a direct connection to the airport.

Staying here currently, lying in bed at 2am listening to the room above making unnerving noise. Nothing improved when I complain. Here with 2 adults 3 kids, while the rooms are ok the noise here is terrible all young people. Should not be advertised as a family hotel. Pool is also filthy used the beach most days. Will be happy to leave tomo.
