i’ll start by saying this is no shame to the hotel or the staff as they were absolutely amazing this is just my honest opinion about my stay.
first the rooms are a decent size, got nice bathrooms and a good family sitting area, and the balcony is a decent size.
the pools they are great and the entertainment in the day is spot on. only thing i don’t get about is there is always a fat line to get into the pool for people for the ‘sun bed wars’ 😒
the evening entertainment is sometimes good but then sometimes it’s not. just depends one what the entertainment is like that evening. the staff is very friendly always said hello to my youngest one.
and is placed right near the beach and next two a load of bars and restaurants.
but the food.. the food on the first day was decent like i could eat it but from then it started to get boring just the same and felt a bit as i was continuously repeating what i was eating.
then the BANGING from above and next to the rooms. i booked two rooms one for me my wife and my youngest then one for my two teenage daughters and let’s just say we never really needed that second room because the banging scared my two daughters because it actually got so loud it’s sounded like as if someone is going to come through the roof. and it never really stops it carry’s on into the early hours of the morning. got no clue what they could be doing but it’s horrendous.
and the last thing is the air conditioning. in one of the rooms the air conditioning stoped working within ten minutes on being in the room on the night we arrived so my daughters room has been a absolute sweat box.

Just returned from a 10 night stay. Not sure i would return.
The food was ok but not much choice and very repetitive. First time we have stayed all inclusive and eaten elsewhere for at least one meal every day!
Pools are locked and do not open until 10am. This results in a queue of people from 9.30am who still put their towels down and leave for hours. I found pool 2 nicer, this was quieter and the bar area was nicer here too.
Rooms were ok. The beds in the bedroom were comfy. An extra bed was provided in the living area which was good because the sofa bed was absolutely knackered. It wasn't even comfortable to sit on, thankfully we didnt need to try and sleep on it. The rooms are a decent size and the kitchen area, although dated, was good for the fridge and storing snacks. Yes we had to buy own our snacks because not much available to keep hungry children occupied all day. Our shower cubicle had a shower curtain as it looks like a door had been smashed recently, or maybe the glass on the floor in the corner had been there a long time! Cleaners did come in almost every day and made beds etc.
Safe in the room has to be paid for. I wouldn't trust leaving valuables in the room without it.
Drinks were hit and miss depending on who made them. Most of them are poured directly from a machine and if youre lucky they add extra alcohol manually, but not all do this.
Some of the reception staff were nice, others not so nice. We were unable to extend our room on the last day but there is a decent sized luggage room which is kept locked. The shower and toilets in there didnt smell the best.
I really dont think we will return here as it was a very expensive holiday for what we got.

It was a fairly mixed experience with this hotel. I’ll start by saying I didn’t choose it - we went for a big family holiday and it was chosen by another family member.
Overall, it’s alright. It’s okay, but there’s nothing that really stands out as being more than that, other than perhaps the bar staff, who were generally all excellent, particularly Kamila.
The food is pretty good overall. Although the selection is fairly small, it changes quite a bit between meals so it doesn’t become too repetitive, and things like the chocolate fountains a couple of times a week were a nice highlight.
The drinks are okay too. There’s a good selection of spirits (although I’m not sure how strong they actually are, as I couldn’t seem to get much of a buzz), Amstel is a decent beer, and the cava was nice. The soft drinks, however, were disappointing - fake Coke, Sprite and Fanta that either tasted overly sweet or just poor.
The restaurant staff also seemed to pick and choose random moments to stop you at the door and make you wait for no apparent reason, even when there were clearly plenty of available tables visible. The owner of the hotel seemed to be the main culprit here - something of a Napoleon complex, I’d suggest. For the first 8 days of our 10 day stay one of the juice machines was only producing water, which we had pointed out a few times in the first few days but nothing was ever done about it.
The facilities in general appear to be lacking considering the number of rooms and guests they pack in. There simply aren’t enough sunbeds around the pools, enough bars, or enough seats in the restaurant when it’s busy. Likewise, there isn’t enough seating for the evening entertainment, either in the event room or outside the lobby bar. The pool areas themselves are generally crowded, with sunbeds packed very closely together, making them feel cramped and quite uninviting.
Twice during our stay, including on our last day, they closed off parts of the hotel for private events. Signs were put up suggesting we should all think this was perfectly normal for the time of year… yeah, of course. Your hotel is absolutely rammed with guests paying for all-inclusive, but you still need to make more money by closing off some of the already limited facilities for a few hours. Bit of a p*sstake, we thought.
The rooms are okay, if a little dated. They’re spacious enough, but the bed was incredibly creaky, and the air conditioning unit permanently displayed the temperature with a very bright light that couldn’t be turned off. We were also given a room at the front of the hotel near the road, and the window didn’t shut properly, so it was quite noisy. Not ideal with an 8-month-old baby sleeping by the window.
A few nice restaurants and bars in the surrounding area and about 10-15 mins walk down to the beach (longer back up in the heat) so overall location wise it’s not bad. However, for the price we paid I would definitely have excepted more. We won’t be back.

Stayed here for a week, myself and my two children. It's a 3 star hotel, so keep that in mind and you'll be fine. Rooms are a good size, altho ours was looking a little tired. Food is decent, not a huge choice but not the biggest of hotels.
Evening entertainment was OK, only about half an hour, so we picked and chose what we fancied.
Pools aren't huge, but never felt overly busy and always found sunbeds.
Ten to fifteen minute walk down to the beach or over to the markets.
Overall a nice stay. Nothing to complain about, would go back.

The hotel was nice enough. The staff were friendly. The pools were nice. The aircon though 🥵 nonexistent. No matter what setting it was on, it didn't make a difference. Had to sleep with the balcony door open every night. The food was just ok. Soft drinks tasted odd.
