We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Sa Coma, with plenty of charming little restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For a budget hotel, it exceeded expectations in every way. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast was great— the eggs and bacon, which were freshly cooked on the spot. There was a good variety of both hot and cold options to choose from each morning.
Our room was a decent size, and we had requested a top-floor room, which they were kind enough to provide. We stayed at the back of the hotel, and the view from our balcony was stunning—looking out across the countryside and towards the distant mountains. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and with a decent shower.
If we had to mention one small downside, it would be the limited pool hours—it was only open from 10am to 5pm, which might not suit everyone, especially in peak season. That said, we only used the pool on our last day, so it wasn’t a major issue for us.
Overall, this hotel was a fantastic find—clean, comfortable, well-located, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Perfect location but hotel rooms need upgrading. Absolutely no housekeeping done while we were there. Only towels replaced every 2 days. We had an apartment with a kitchenette but no cloths or washing up liquid to wash dishes. Small details like that would improve the experience. Bar staff and reception staff were lovely. Restaurant was terrible. We didn't get to eat until 8pm the day we arrived. By that time the buffet was nearly empty and what was there was stone cold. Didn't go back!!

Staying here right now. I don’t know why people saying internet is not free (it is), or that you have to pay for aircon (u don’t pay for it, you leave deposit for the remote and get it back after), same goes for towels, it’s 7.50 for beach towel, whole stay, change as often as you need. Room towels were changed after 2 days as advertised.
Some reviews say there r couple of shops around, well it’s not couple, tonnes of shops to buy food and tonnes of restaurants. Some ride on things for kids (1-2 euro each)
We staying in sea view room and it’s so beautiful, although very noisy at times, so if you need more peace-guess better to take Mountain View on other side of building.
Half board food is good enough, plenty to choose from. Water in the pool is super comfortable. Most Staff r friendly.
Things I am not very happy about
2.50 a day for safe. Shouldnt charge to keep belongings safe. Or at least not that much.
At breakfast you get juice/coffee, but at dinner you must buy drinks. No even basic water is given for free and you can’t bring your own water. Paid for half board and ended up spending 5£ every night at dinner for water for family (2.40 per small bottle).
No washing up liquid in kitchen. And be prepared for Vicious Mosquitoes!! Get all the plug ins and creams you can 😆
Don’t know if management actually reading this, but your lifeguards not doing their job. Spending most time on the phone. What’s the point in paying someone who doesn’t keep guests safe?

Arrived afternoon time, rooms wasn't quite ready but staff was more than helpful. Rooms was quite spacious, we didn't eat in our apartment so can't comment on facilities. Looked ok though.
Pool bar service could be better but was still ok, Reasonable prices.
Pool area was clean and tidy, one Pool guy was quite moody and rude , but overall nice to relax. Had a pleasant holiday

The location was great. Beautiful sea view. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Good sized pool with plenty of chairs. Inflatables are available to use. Good addition of pool tables air hockey and ping pong table.
Now onto not so positive note.
The cleaning was not existent. All housekeeping does it change towels and add toilet paper although not every 2 days. In our week’s stay we had 2 rolls as we checked in then no more been added till day before we were leaving which weren’t great. No cleaning done. I have seen comments that it has been said and on booklet that you can have it requested. I can guarantee I have listened properly and this was not advised nor I received the booklet explaining this. Only received the questionnaire key card and excursion booklet with a map. I have travelled quite a bit and never had to request cleaning of the room.
Would be nice if a sponge and washing up liquid were provided to wash the pots. Drinks in the bar are a bit overpriced and not much going on in evening. Only 2 nights had some entertainment on.
Overall a nice stay however not sure if I would return.
