Fantastic hotel!
From the very first moment, we felt well taken care of, even though we arrived late at night. We were picked up together with our luggage in a golf cart, which was a lovely touch.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Even the walkways were washed regularly, and we didn't see a single insect during our stay.
Our room was looked after by Youssef Kamal, who did an amazing job. It was always spotlessly clean, and every day he surprised us with beautiful towel animals – and even decorations made from the curtains! Absolutely incredible! He truly deserves a bonus.
The entire staff provided excellent service. We'd especially like to thank Manaim, one of the waiters, Ali Mustafa, the beach waiter, and the lifeguards Attia and Muhhamad. In fact, everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling.
The food was very diverse, with something for everyone. My personal favorite, however, was the traditional Egyptian bread Aish Baladi.
The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful, with colorful flowers, palm trees, and perfectly maintained lawns. The beachside gym was another great feature, and I spent a lot of time there.
And the coral reef... simply breathtaking! Colorful, full of beautiful fish, and we even saw stingrays.
Since we had a late return flight, we decided to extend our stay until 6:00 p.m. It was arranged without any problems for a very reasonable price (around $50). Just before our extended checkout ended, a member of the hotel staff came to collect our luggage again, which made our departure smooth and stress-free.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

This hotel truly deserves 5 stars! We absolutely loved our stay at Pickalbatros. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived.
The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well organized. The food is amazing with a huge variety of dishes every day, so everyone can find something they enjoy. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The pools, beach, restaurants, and entertainment are all excellent.
We felt comfortable, relaxed, and welcomed throughout our entire vacation. This has been one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation in Egypt.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional – the staff was professional, friendly, and always made us feel well taken care of. We truly felt looked after throughout our entire stay. The team was highly competent and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. Room service was outstanding and provided at the highest level (room 6166 - Islam was the best). The life guard on section F was proffessional and always on rigdht place (thanks for Ahmed and Mohamed). We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

We returned to Egypt after 15 years. The hotel was nice, clean, well-maintained. 4 restaurants - an unfortunate main restaurant - one part of the food on the left side, the other part across the entire restaurant. The food was simply boring, repetitive and not very good. No theme nights. The Asian restaurant was terribly spicy, not tasty. We were pleased with the Ala Carte restaurant - perfect service, food.
Enough sun loungers by the pool, it's not cramped, there is a lot of space. Perfect.
There were few people in the water park - not all the slides worked. They were repairing and painting the facade of the tower where the elevator runs. There was a mess on the ground, sharp objects, nails!
The fitness center was terrible - most of the treadmills did not work.
ATTENTION! The resort is outside civilization. When using the hotel pharmacy, outrageous fees are charged. For Antinal 1500 Egyptian pounds....ridicule! Unfortunately there is nowhere else to go, only by taxi to the city.
Overall we will probably never return to Egypt. And not even to another hotel.
The hotel corresponds to 5 stars, if you are not demanding and want to use it for children, do not hesitate and go...but only at a special price. At full price it is nonsense.
