I recently visited with my daughter for a girls' trip, and it was an incredible experience. The rooms and staff were exceptional, both helpful and professional. The kids' club was truly a highlight for my daughter, and the management there was outstanding. We couldn't be more pleased, and we’re already looking forward to returning.
The restaurant, room quality, and cleanliness were all excellent, and the all-inclusive service was top-notch. Additionally, I really appreciated the parent activities offered, like yoga, while the kids enjoyed the kids' club. The service throughout our stay was simply wonderful.

The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Carla at Guest experience, who went above and beyond to organize a surprise birthday cake in our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special.
Elena at reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Carmelo at the pool bar was hands-down the best waiter and Rita was the best host across all the restaurants, always making sure we'd be well taken care of.
The food was delicious with plenty of variety across the restaurants, the pools were spotless and perfect for relaxing, and the overall facilities were top-tier. It's super kids friendly and ideal if you want to disconnect.
Truly a 5-star experience — we’ll definitely be back!

We were truly fortunate to have Carla from guest services take such wonderful care of us during our stay. She surprised me with a lovely amenity and a heartfelt handwritten card for my birthday, which made being away from family and friends so much more special—thank you again, Carla!
The entire staff was kind and attentive, and I definitely recommend this property. The food was fantastic, and our room was cozy, quiet, and spacious and beautiful sea views. If I had to mention one small downside, it was that finding a quiet zone away from children, especially during meals or in the common areas, was a bit challenging. However, this did not take away from our fantastic stay. A huge thank you to the entire team!

Easily — and we say this with full confidence — the best hotel cuisine we’ve ever had on the island.
Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From breakfast to dinner, everything felt gourmet but not overdone. It’s the kind of food that respects ingredients and surprises you with balance and depth.
We only stayed for a short getaway, but we left knowing one thing: if we ever plan another escape within the island, this will be our first choice — no doubt.

The hotel offers beautiful sea views, direct access to the beach, and the food is quite good.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service and serious maintenance issues.
During peak season in August, the hotel was clearly understaffed. At breakfast, it often took 15–20 minutes just to get a clean table, and some of the staff seemed overworked and served guests reluctantly.
The room itself had problems as well. The shower was clogged and flooded like a small pool. Even though we reported it right away, it took two days before someone came to fix it. After the repair, things only got worse—we found a cockroach on the headboard of the bed. We reported this to the hotel, but they neither offered to move us to another room nor provided any form of compensation or solution plus the staff and manager acted like they didn’t care about it with answers such as “it’s very common at this time of the year”.
To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the hotel’s fine-dining restaurants, both in La Peseta and Kanna, almost every night we visited.
I would have considered returning to this hotel because of its great location and views, but due to the poor management and lack of proper service, I will not be coming back.
