This holiday was great for both me and my wife. It was a week in the sun after several weeks of rain in the UK.
The room was very spacious with plenty of facilities including, TV, sofa, mini fridge, large double wardrobe with plenty of hangers, room safe, sun terrace, and walk-in shower with double sinks.
The service was excellent from reception, housekeeping, restaurant and poolside, although at times it appeared that there were not sufficient staff, but we didn't have to wait long from ordering to receiving our orders.
The staff were very pleasant and always greeted you with a smile, and were very helpful at all times.

Great hotel .Really well run with lovely manicured grounds, three good pools ,great food, excellent staff.
As it says, a little Oasis from the business of Maspalomas,but only a few steps from the beach itself.
The evening entertainment was also of a very high quality,particularly the piano player in the reasonably priced cocktail bar.
Would definitely visit again, but maybe upgrade my room as the patio area was disappointing (see photo)
The only real minus was the policy of allowing people to reserve loungers around the pool by putting their towels on them from 8 a.m onwards, as some people did this and then rocked up at midday to claim them.I think the hotel needs to address this.

We have just returned from an excellent week here. Five stars for service (including housekeeping), the daily breakfast and dinner buffets, and the facilities. All top class. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Four and a half stars for the room - spacious, with a very good bathroom/shower, but rather spartan. Also four and a half stars for the location - very nice grounds and easy access to the beach, but the shops and cafes just outside the resort are quite downmarket. Good restaurants and shops at the nearby Lopesan Faro Boulevard are fairly close by, however.
We look forward to staying here again.

At the very beginning, we were disappointed that the transfer refused to take our infant. Then, at the hotel, we were denied check-in because the booking had not been paid with a physical card. We believe that in the modern world people use physical cards less and less. We stopped using physical cards after being robbed.
There are also no suitable activities for toddlers and no proper play areas. The hotel is not really suitable for children
However, overall it was not that bad. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the location is convenient, and the landscape design of the property is excellent.

A lovely hotel very well appointed the staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities are top class .I changed room as the first was a bit small with a staircase between bathroom and sleeping area something to note for people that have mobility issues. There was no difficulty in changing room . Breakfast was super . There is no 24 hour room service a limited snack service can be had in room during the day I was surprised about this myself but it’s a minor issue. I would highly recommend this hotel.
