We're having another amazing holiday with H10.
We're currently in room 765 and highly recommend booking Privilege. The Gaudi restaurant is a fine dining experience like no other, with incredible service from Marta and her team. But that's not all - our spacious and beautifully furnished room offers stunning views across the sea. Lunch at the La Brasserie is always a hit, with branded drinks, plenty of sun loungers or Bali beds available anytime.
Despite being full, the hotel feels relaxed and inviting with plenty of spots to unwind. The grounds and pool areas are immaculate. Every member of staff has gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We haven't had any issues booking any of the restaurants, but Privilege is definitely the way to go. Book it, you won't be disappointed. We're only halfway through our holiday, and we're already having so much fun!. Thank you to all the team 🙏

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming—exactly what we were looking for.
The food was excellent throughout our stay. There was plenty of variety, everything was fresh, and the quality consistently impressed us. The hotel also offered a great selection of alcohol, including recognizable name brands, which was a nice touch and made drinks by the pool or at dinner feel a bit more special.
Speaking of the pool, there were always sun beds available, no matter the time of day. This made it easy to unwind without the usual scramble to "reserve" a spot early in the morning. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile, which added to the overall relaxed vibe.
That said, there were a couple of minor disappointments. The spa area felt a bit outdated, we noticed that some pool tiles were coming loose, which could use some attention. Additionally, one evening was advertised as an Abba tribute night, but unfortunately, it didn’t deliver on that promise. It seemed like a mix-up or miscommunication, which left a few guests a bit underwhelmed.
Overall, these were small issues in what was otherwise a lovely and laid-back holiday. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel to others!! ❤️🥂☀️

I had a wonderful 5 night stay! I am gluten intolerant and the chefs were brilliant showing me all the food I could have and that was safe for me and I really enjoyed all the meals. I stayed half board, the quiet infinity pool area was beautiful, again the bar staff were great. The hotel is stunning and the staff are all very pleased to help if you need to ask questions. I would definitely return to this hotel!

Returned a few days ago from a lovely stay here.
An overriding feel here is one of peace and relaxation. Whilst we were in the first full week of the school holidays there was no sense of it being crowded though assumed it was near fully booked.
A major plus is the approach to sunbeds - these aren't supposed to be reserved and as a result there is a good deal more courtesy and respect between holiday makers. There are though genuinely so many sun beds, outside seating areas and the 4 posters nobody ever misses out or has to get up excessively early to get the best ones.
Our room was fabulous, lots of small touches, was well looked after by the maids and great bathroom, comfortable beds and fabulous sea view. AC was excellent in the room.
To explain that we went for the privilege package and are glad we did. Each of the a la carte restaurants are superb and whilst the buffet restaurant itself is perfectly serviceable, nothing beats being waited on! I would strongly recommend booking the Japanese restaurant on arrival (or in advance if possible) as this is only open 3 evenings a week and has limited capacity. This is an amazing evening as it involves show cooking. Equally the Italian, Gaudi (fine dining) and La Brasserie are all very good.
A couple of minor negative points - the checking in process, unnecessarily long and drawn out, kept waiting in reception for ages when all we wanted to do after a long journey was access our room, get changed, have something to eat and jump in the pool! A tour of the hotel on arrival I feel would be in order as well given it is quite spread out and not the best signposted. Also, some of the advertised activities appear to be forgotten about or certainly not very well promoted by the animation team.
Overall though would highly recommend!

I finally decided to visit Gran Canaria after many years of hesitation, as I had always perceived it as a boring destination. Having now been here, I can say I was right, at least from my own perspective. If you still want to come and experience this boredom for yourself, this is the best hotel you are likely to find.
The food is excellent, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the staff are very friendly. This review reflects only my personal experience and may not match how others feel.
