Perfect hotel with excellent facilities. Great services and relaxed atmosphere
Lovely pools
Only thing that takes the shine off is the benefits of privilege customers. It's not fair that all inclusive cannot enjoy the a la carte restaurants
Staff are friendly and always helpfull

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were offered champagne, lemon water, or still water while the receptionist explained everything about the hotel during check-in, which gave a great first impression.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries were of good quality. A big plus was that no one reserved sun loungers by the pool, which made the atmosphere much more relaxed.
The town itself is very cozy, quiet, and peaceful, with a lovely beach and a supermarket close by. With good walking shoes, it’s not far at all to Puerto Rico, and there is also a direct bus that’s easy to use. The hotel staff are always happy to help with directions or transport.
There is live music every evening after dinner in the lounge bar. It can be a bit loud and can be heard in the rooms, but thankfully there is a reasonable end time, so it didn’t disturb us too much.
The bars are great — the staff work quickly and really try to make everyone happy without letting anyone wait too long. The buffet is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a very wide and varied selection, so there is truly something for everyone.
A special mention goes to Airam in the lounge bar — super friendly, amazing drinks, and such a great vibe. He sang along to the music and had an incredibly positive and fun personality that really stood out.
All the other staff were also very friendly and always greeted us politely. Overall, a fantastic experience in a calm and welcoming hotel.

Our stay at the H10 in Las Meloneras (December 2025) was, in large part, excellent. The hotel's design is a standout feature—it is modern, spacious, and impeccably styled. At no point did we feel crowded or lacking in personal space. The staff, in their individual roles, were consistently present and welcoming. Special mentions must go to the team in the Spa and the staff in the main dining room and reception bar area, who were exceptionally friendly and contributed greatly to the pleasant atmosphere. The food was a definite highlight. Breakfast and dinner buffets were impressive: the quality was consistently high, the presentation was inviting, and the variety of choices catered to all tastes. A particular entertainment highlight was "Duke's Band" and their tribute to Queen, which was an absolutely outstanding show.
Areas for Improvement: The main issue we encountered was a lack of coordination and consistent information among the staff. On several occasions during the first few days, we received conflicting or misleading information regarding the location of facilities like the doctor's office or the padel court, as well as opening hours and restaurant access (e.g., being mistakenly directed to the à la carte Gaudi restaurant reserved for Privilege guests). It would greatly improve the guest experience if all staff members had a firm, general knowledge of the hotel's key locations and policies to provide accurate guidance. In addition, the nightly entertainment program was somewhat underwhelming aside from the fantastic Queen tribute.

We have been coming back to this hotel for certainly 10 times since 2013. Always a pleasure to enjoy the friendly staff, the nice rooms and views and the quiet location at 2km walking distance (nice stroll) from the Lighthouse. Nice to see how the rooms are refurbished as well as the buffet restaurant. The food is rather 4 and not 5 stars, but the price/quality is perfectly in balance. I cannot think of anything negative.
Looking forward to coming back next year!
Thank you, to all the staff!

Second time here. Loved it last year. This year not so much. It’s still a decent hotel but probably 4 star really. Rooms are fine but no different to a standard hotel abroad, although the floors are very dirty (bottom of feet black). Food is definitely not as good. In fact the restaurant is a bit of a nuisance. They like to seat you so you can end up sat next to noisy tables, children, people with stinking colds and so on. I prefer to choose where I sit. In addition, there is sometimes a queue to get in the dining room. The food itself is OK but again nothing special. A lot of it is cooked while you wait which slows everything down. At breakfast many things were empty and slow to be refilled. Bar service is generally OK but we’ve had better. Sometimes have to wait some time for a drink. Table service is hot and miss and they seem to favour the people they know.
We came in November. There might have been 6 children in the hotel and yet the entertainment is so geared towards them that it goes on until 9.30pm. We adults have to wait until then to get maybe 90 minutes. Weird.
As I say, it’s still nice and if you’re booked to come you’ll enjoy it, but not sure we’ll come again.
