This was our 2nd visit within 7 weeks. We enjoyed it so much that on our return in September we booked a return visit in October.
As always, the staff are absolutely amazing - reception, concierge, room attendants, restaurant staff, bar staff. They are always so happy and fun and go out of their way to make their guests happy too. Brilliant service from all staff throughout the hotel and they are a credit to Mitsis Hotels.
Food very good and especially in the Italian and Meat Restaurants as before. Great entertainment once again.
We wanted to pass on our thanks to everyone and especially to Georgia in the lounge bar who makes great cocktails and they were very accommodating with my cocktail requests!! 🍍😂❤️. Special thanks to Costas also in the lounge bar who was always really good fun to chat to. It was a great bar area to chill late into the evening.
Staff in the main bar were also brilliant and service was excellent throughout.
It was an absolute pleasure to be back and we look forward to returning again next year.

What a fantastic holiday. From start to finish, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible.
They are all very friendly and seem very happy in their work. They work exceptionally hard from noon till night, but special mention has to go to the most wonderful man, Miltiadis who simply does not stop. He brings you drinks as and when you need them and always with a smile and cheeky banter.
The hotel is well kept and although the room are a little dated, any small maintenance issues are dealt with very promptly. The hotel has a wonderful homely feel to it.
The buffet had great selections throughout the week with plenty of variety, so something for everyone, and although quite bust, you never had to wait long.
We loved our stay here and will miss this gem of a find.

We stayed at Mitsis Ramira for a last-minute getaway at the end of the season, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and always ready to help. Our room was clean, spacious and had a very comfortable, large bed. The balcony doors had extra shutters, making the room completely dark — perfect for a good sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped, and the beach/pool towels were large and soft.
The beach is pebbly, so water shoes are a good idea. Even in late October, the weather was sunny and warm enough to swim and sunbathe. The loungers were comfortable, with umbrellas and a nearby beach bar offering snacks and drinks.
The main restaurant had a good variety of food; freshly cooked dishes were the best. The outdoor garden area was much quieter than the main hall. The à la carte Meat restaurant served an excellent steak.
We also loved that Mitsis guests can visit other hotels in the chain — we spent one lovely day at another resort. The Mitsis app made booking services easy, with almost no need to go to reception. There’s also a convenient shop on-site with reasonable prices.
Overall, a fantastic stay — great service, relaxing atmosphere and excellent value. We’ll gladly come back!

This is the most wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing and will do anything to make your stay memorable. Nothing is too much trouble and any issues are dealt with promptly and with a smile. A big shout out to Mitiladis who brings drinks around the pool with his cheeky banter making everybody laugh. He works tirelessly. The fridge in the room is replenished every other day with water, wine and soft drinks and a nice little gift is waiting for you as well. As a coeliac I have been so well looked after by Mina, the food and beverage manager who feels more like a friend, bringing a chef at every meal to explain all the food that I could have. The food is varied and plentiful. The entertainment has been really good. The whole experience has been wonderful. Would we return to this hotel absolutely.

Definitely not a 5* hotel
If they write on their website that it is an ultra all-inclusive 5* hotel, then it may just be their big dream. In reality, it is at best an average hotel and 3*.
When we arrived, everything seemed to be going smoothly at first, check-in was quick. But when we were shown to our room, which was located in a separate building at the back of the hotel, we realized that it was definitely not the Deluxe Double with sea view room that we had booked. We went back to the reception to explain the situation. Then they tried to explain that they did not know how it happened that we were given the wrong room. But there is nothing that can be done right away and we will only get our correct room the next day. If I had not done thorough preliminary work in advance, we would have been in a cheaper room than we had booked. In our country, this is called cheating the consumer. The first day we had to stay in this temporary room, where the hairdryer did not work, the water in the bathtub did not drain. We were promised that there would be bottled water, soft drinks and wine in the mini fridge. There were only a few soft drinks left over from previous guests, not even bottled water. Nothing had been brought in by 9pm either. We even had to go to the reception to ask for bottled water ourselves.
The next day after lunch we finally got the right room that we had booked and paid for. We could have been satisfied with this room.
The a la carte restaurants, which are actually located behind a partition at the back of the main restaurant, are nothing special. The service in one of them left a lot to be desired and we had an unpleasant experience.
The food selection in the main restaurant is poor, mostly the same dishes all the time. The seasoning of the dishes offered leaves a lot to be desired. The selection of sweets is very small.
In the evenings the waiting time in the bars is long. You sit at an empty table, the waiters walk past us, but no one comes out to ask us for our order.
In addition, the bars are very noisy in the evenings, the music is very loud.
Some of the hotel staff are pleasant and friendly, but there are also many who are bored and tired.
Some guests are not polite and behave rudely towards other guests.
Overall, this hotel does not seem to meet the standards of Mitsis hotels.
We would definitely not visit this hotel again under such management.
